The duelbits.com footer, read live at https://duelbits.com/en on 6 September 2026, states: 'duelbits.com is a brand name of Liquid Entertainment N.V. Reg No 153298, having its registered address at Zuikertuintjeweg z/n (Zuikertuin Tower), Willemstad, Curaçao, licensed to conduct online gaming operations by the Government of Curacao.' The same footer quotes a licence number, 365/JAZ, and names Herpestidae Services Limited (Reg No. HE 410029, 1 Avlonos, Maria House, Nicosia, 1075 Cyprus) as a wholly owned subsidiary of Liquid Entertainment N.V. providing management, payment and support services related to the site.

The Curacao Gaming Authority's v2 online register, edition 3 September 2026, carries one row for Liquid Entertainment N.V.: licence OGL/2024/1507/0838, status Assessment in progress. That number does not match the 365/JAZ the live footer quotes, and nothing published on the register or the site ties this specific row to duelbits.com rather than to some other product the same entity might run, so the row is recorded here without being merged into duelbits.com's licence claim. A read of duelbits.com's own terms of service in a previous session (printed revision 2 September 2025, read 4 September 2026) had stated in clause 1 that the site operates under licence OGL/2024/1507/0838, the same number as the register row, which does not agree with the number the live footer states this wave. Duelbits' own published pages therefore do not agree with each other on the licence number, and the number that is on the register cannot be confirmed as duelbits.com's.

Because of that mismatch, the licence claim could not be validated against the register on 6 September 2026. This is a downgrade from a previous verified reading of this record; it follows directly from the live footer read and is not a claim that Duelbits holds no licence at all, only that the number it currently publishes does not correspond to a register entry that can be confirmed as its own. duelbits.io, a separate domain the site's translation strings redirect blocked-region visitors to, is run by a different company, Elevated Entertainment Ltd (Anjouan reg. 16101), under Anjouan licence ALSI-112310013-FI5; that fact was recorded in a previous session and was not re-read this wave. casino.guru, AskGamblers and LCB all date the Duelbits brand to 2020.

What the terms allow Duelbits to do

This section reflects a previous read of the duelbits.com terms of service (printed revision 2 September 2025, read 4 September 2026). This wave's attempt to re-fetch the live terms page on 6 September 2026 returned a Cloudflare bot-check page (HTTP 403, Ray ID a36967a7dbe91893), and the Wayback Machine snapshot of the promotion terms page was an application error page rather than usable text, so none of the following could be re-confirmed this wave; it is carried forward rather than re-verified.

Clause 6.1 allowed the operator to request government identification, proof of residence, proof of ownership of the payment method or crypto wallet, and source of wealth or source of funds documentation from high volume players, at any time. Account blocked or frozen

Duelbits can close an account under several clauses. Clause 4.1 permits one account per player: where duplicates are opened, all accounts may be blocked or closed and the credits and winnings in the duplicates will be void. Site not responding or gone dark

Duelbits has not closed. duelbits.com is live, and a CGA certificate read in a previous session (4 September 2026) recorded it as one of three approved domains, with duelbits.net and sportsbits.com. Opened from a blocked location it shows a notice that products and services are not available in that region and redirects to duelbits.io, a different company under a different licence, so a player can end up mid dispute on a site the Curacao licence does not cover. What players report instead is silence. Clause 12.1 names support@duelbits.com as the first step and clause 12.2 points to a Player Complaints Policy Guidelines procedure before escalation to the CGA, yet no such complaints document sat in the operator's published set as read live on 6 September 2026, and the archive of terms versions promised by clause 2.3 was not found there either. Australia is prohibited in both companies' terms, under clause 3.2 on duelbits.com and in the banned regions clause on duelbits.io, so clause 3.3 applies to an Australian account.
