We do not discuss individual client cases with the media without the client’s explicit written consent, and we will say so plainly rather than offer anonymous colour. Everything we publish is researched against primary sources under our editorial standards, and we hold the same line in interviews.

Eligible cases are referred to the regulated legal partners it works with; Clinton & Co is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Initial assessments are free and confidential, and the firm accepts no advertising from gambling operators.

Research and data
Our data study, The state of offshore casinos targeting UK players: the 2026 data, analyses the 62 operators British players ask us about most: licences, regulators, enforcement records and terms, with sources on every figure. The underlying dataset is published as a versioned CSV with a source and a retrieval date on every claim, released under CC BY 4.0: reuse it freely with attribution to Clinton & Co Advisors and a link to the study. For background on an individual operator, our operator files record licence positions, regulator actions and documented complaint patterns, each checked against the primary registers described in our editorial standards.
We also intend to publish a quarterly Casino Complaint Report drawn from the reports players send us through our report a casino page. We will publish the first edition only when the sample is large enough to support honest findings; we do not extrapolate from small numbers, and until that threshold is met this page will say so rather than publish early.
