About Us

About our mission.

We are a support initiative committed to helping people reclaim their money and rebuild their lives.

Curaçao-licensed casinos sit outside the UK's regulatory system. On paper, the island's licensing regime now requires player protections; in practice, enforcement has historically been weak, and many operators still apply no meaningful deposit limits, honour no UK self-exclusion, and are hard for a UK player to hold to account when they refuse to pay out.

This isn’t a grey area. It’s gambling abuse.

Countless victims suffer in silence, burdened by shame and isolation, unsure of where to turn. Clinton & Co Advisors was founded by one of these victims, someone who refused to back down, successfully recovered their losses, and now collaborates with specialists to help others do the same.

Our Commitment

While we do not provide legal advice, we connect you with specialised legal consultants who have the expertise needed to stand up to offshore operators and fight your case.

The Company

Claims specialists, not a law firm

Clinton & Co Advisors exists because a growing number of British players lose money to gambling operators that failed the duties owed to them, and most of those people have no idea a recovery route exists. The firm was built to close that gap: to read the licence positions, preserve the evidence, and put cases in front of the right people while the record is still intact.

We are claims specialists. We are not solicitors or a law firm. We connect clients with regulated legal partners. We do not give legal advice, and we do not pretend otherwise. Where a case needs legal force, it is taken forward by the regulated legal partners we work with, typically on a no win, no fee basis, and you decide at every step whether to proceed. Our own role is the casework: assessing eligibility, reconstructing account histories, verifying operators against licence registers, and preparing the file the legal work stands on. Law firms, debt advisers and introducers who meet these cases first can refer a claim or work with us.

Everything we publish is researched by the people who assess player cases day to day, checked against primary sources under our editorial standards. If we fall short of the standard you expect, our complaints procedure sets out how we put it right.

The Founders

Who is behind Clinton & Co

Clinton & Co Group Limited was founded and is run by its two directors. Every page on this site is written by one of them and carries their name, so you always know who stands behind what you are reading.

Jake Thomas

Co-founder and Director

Jake Thomas is a co-founder and director of Clinton & Co Group Limited. He leads the day-to-day casework: assessing player cases, reconstructing account and payment histories, verifying operators against licence registers and preparing the files that regulated legal partners take forward. He writes most of the guides and operator files published on this site.

Ravi Pathak

Co-founder and Director

Ravi Pathak is a co-founder and director of Clinton & Co Group Limited. He leads the firm's Curaçao work: tracking the licensing regime that replaced the master-licence system, the Gaming Authority's licence and enforcement registers, and the dispute routes that changed with it. He oversees case review and signs off published content, checking that what the site says about operators, licences and recovery routes stays accurate before it goes live.

Editorial Method

How we research what we publish

Every guide, operator file and update on this site is researched, written and maintained by the people who assess player cases day to day, and each page now carries the named author who wrote it. Nothing here is bought-in content, and no page is produced by anyone removed from the casework it describes.

Who writes here

Every article carries a named byline for the founder who wrote it, and the structured data behind each page names the same person as the author.

How we research

Research starts at the source. Licensing claims are read against the register of the authority that issued them, enforcement points against published Gambling Commission decisions, and player-protection duties against the licence conditions themselves. Where a fact cannot be traced to a primary record, we leave it out rather than repeat it.

How reviews work

Published and last-reviewed dates appear on every article, and the same dates sit in the page's structured data. Guides are revisited whenever the rules or the underlying facts move. If you spot something out of date, tell us and we will re-check it against the record.

The standards we write to are published in full on our editorial standards page, and everything we have published is indexed in the articles library.

FAQ

Common questions

Who are Clinton & Co Advisors?

We are a UK support initiative that helps players reclaim money lost to online casinos that bypassed their player-protection duties. We were founded by someone who went through it, recovered their own losses, and now works with specialists to help others do the same.

No. We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. We build your case from the records and connect you with specialist legal consultants who have the expertise to stand up to offshore operators. You always decide whether to proceed.

The initial assessment is free, with no hidden fees and no obligation. Where a claim is referred to a legal partner, they typically work on a no win, no fee basis, so you only pay a percentage of any funds that are actually recovered.

Cases where an operator failed a duty it owed you: a UK-licensed site that let a GamStop-excluded player keep gambling, or an offshore, Curaçao-style casino that ignored self-exclusion and then refused to pay out. If you are unsure whether yours fits, ask us.

Start with the free assessment. It takes about two minutes, an advisor reviews every submission personally and replies within one working day, and nothing is shared with any operator without your written consent.
