BetFury Withdrawal Problems? Not Paying Out, Blocked Accounts and Refund Options

Licence status, what the record shows and the routes open to players anywhere, with sources. A listing is a record, not an allegation of wrongdoing.

If BetFury is not paying out, has blocked your account or has taken your winnings, this page sets out what the operator's own terms allow, what the public record shows and the recovery routes open to players anywhere. BetFury is operated by Universe B Games B.V. (Curacao company 155126) under Curacao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1494/0942, which the CGA register listed as Assessment in progress at our last check while the validator on the operator's own footer seal showed it as Active. If you have lost money to BetFury, or lost a lot of money there, the sections below cover withdrawal delays, blocked accounts, confiscated winnings, silent support, large balances and where to complain.

Licensed: betfury.io, betfury.com and betfury.cl are the approved domains on Curacao licence OGL/2024/1494/0942 held by Universe B Games B.V., and the CGA register (3 September 2026 edition) records that licence as Assessment in progress with an expiry of 31 July 2026 that has passed, while the CGA validator reached from the site's own seal showed the status as Active on the same date

Our free licence checker covers this and every other operator we hold a file on.

Who operates BetFury

BetFury is operated by Universe B Games B.V., a company registered in Curacao with company registration number 155126 at Seru Loraweg 17C. That is what clause 1 of the terms says, what the site footer says, and what the Curacao Gaming Authority certificate portal says. The licence is OGL/2024/1494/0942, and the certificate names three approved domains: betfury.io, betfury.com and betfury.cl. The CGA register of 3 September 2026 carries the same licence number, the same entity and the same company number at row 130, so the entity, the number and the regulator all match across the operator's own material and the register. There is no separate company details page: the operator publishes its entity and licence data only in the site footer and in clause 1 of the terms, and those terms sit on a GitBook subdomain, docs.betfury.com. betfury.io and betfury.com sit behind a Cloudflare challenge and could not be read directly, so the footer wording above was read from Wayback snapshots.

Four record conflicts sit alongside that match, and each is recorded here as two facts rather than resolved. First, status: the CGA validator opened from the operator's own footer seal states that the current status is Active, while the CGA register of 3 September 2026 gives the status as Assessment in progress and shows an expiry date of 31 July 2026 that has already passed. The certificate portal page itself prints no status word. Second, dates: the footer says the licence is effective as of 31 July 2025 and the certificate says licensed since that date, while the register records the licence as issued on 31 January 2026. Third, the entity suffix: the register, both certificate pages and the current terms say B.V., while the site footer of 15 February 2026 and the casino.guru listing today say N.V. That February footer also gave a different registered address, Dr. H. Fergusonweg 1. Fourth, the regulator's own naming: the Certificate of Operation issues in the name of the Curacao Gaming Authority and the Certificate B2C in the name of the Curacao Gaming Control Board, the same body under its earlier name, and both pages are footed as CGA material.

One further mismatch bears on the complaint route. Clause 1 and the footer name the Curacao Gaming Authority as the regulator, but clause 22.6 tells a dissatisfied customer to lodge a complaint with a body it calls Gaming Services Provider N.V. Clause 22.7 separately names EGIS-ADR as the ADR provider. The route that follows the licence is the CGA one, quoting OGL/2024/1494/0942; the clause 22.6 wording is a fact about the terms, not a second regulator. No sister consumer brand, shared entity or former operating company was found for Universe B Games B.V., and the register carries a single licence for it. The brand has run since 2019 on the AskGamblers listing and in the operator's own H1 2026 release, although its own documentation says six years in one place and seven in another, so no launch day or month is stated here.

What the terms allow BetFury to do

The terms carry no version number and no effective date; the GitBook page shows only that it was last updated about a month before 4 September 2026. Read them before a dispute, because they set the boundaries of one. On payouts, clause 9.1 allows the wait to be prolonged up to the point when all the needed procedures are conducted, stated as up to seven days and more if needed, while clause 9.5 leaves BFG token payouts open ended and clause 9.12 allows up to seven business days on some fiat routes. Clause 9.11 restricts payment to the wallet, card or account the deposit came from and rules out third-party destinations, and treats a deposit from an exchange hot wallet as a possible basis for freezing a withdrawal. Clause 9.4 allows the withdrawal fee to change at any time without notice. Clause 17.1 requires a 100 per cent wager of the incoming deposit before a withdrawal for casino play, 300 per cent for sports betting and 1000 per cent for BetFury Futures, a requirement the clause states does not apply to BFG deposits or to users of Rank 5 and higher, with clause 17.4 adding 2x on fiat deposits and 3x for sports.

On identity and money, clause 17.2 allows the operator to ask for any KYC documentation at any time and to restrict the service, deposits or withdrawals until identity is sufficiently determined, with a seven-day first response and a full procedure inside 30 days. Clause 17.2.1 extends the request to occupation, source of funds and source of income. Clause 17.1.2 allows the operator to ask for confirmation of the origin of funds without explaining the reason and to freeze the funds until it is given. On closure and forfeiture, clause 6.4 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice and without returning all funds; clause 6.3 allows bets to be cancelled or voided and money withheld on non-compliance or other reasonable grounds; clause 4.1.10 states that a block for prohibited software or advantage play is at the operator's sole discretion and cannot be appealed by the player.

Three further clauses shape any recovery route. Clause 22.4 gives fourteen days from the date a wager was decided to lodge a dispute, and says no claims will be honoured after that period. Clause 6.12 says betting history is kept for not longer than 30 days, so the evidence a player needs has a shelf life. Clause 23 and clause 6.10 bar the transfer or assignment of an account, its winnings or any claims connected with it without the operator's written consent, so a route has to run in the player's own name. Clause 26.6 puts the terms under Curacao law with the courts of Curacao as the exclusive forum, and clause 26.5 makes the English version prevail over any translation.

Withdrawal delayed or refused

A BetFury withdrawal pending for days sits with clause 9 rather than with any published timetable. Clause 9.1 says the wait can be prolonged up to the point when all the needed procedures are conducted, stated as up to seven days and more if needed. Clause 9.5 leaves BFG token payouts open ended, and clause 9.12 allows up to seven business days on some fiat routes. The marketing copy on the .com home page says a payout can take 24 to 72 hours after a manual audit of each transaction, so the operator's own material carries two different answers. Before any cash out, clause 17.1 requires a 100 per cent wager of the incoming deposit for casino play, 300 per cent for sports betting and 1000 per cent for BetFury Futures, which clause 17.1 states does not apply to BFG deposits or to users of Rank 5 and higher, and clause 17.4 adds 2x on fiat deposits, rising to 3x for sports. Clause 9.11 pays only back to the wallet, card or account the deposit came from, and treats a deposit from an exchange hot wallet as a basis for freezing the withdrawal. Complaints published on Trustpilot describe verification demanded before a small bonus withdrawal could be paid and tournament prize winnings withheld.

Account blocked or frozen

BetFury can block or close an account without giving a reason. Clause 6.4 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice and without returning all funds. Clause 6.3 allows the operator to cancel or void bets and withhold any money in the account, including the deposit, on non-compliance or other reasonable grounds, and says it may not always be able to give prior notice. Clause 5.1 allows registration to be refused at sole discretion without a specific reason. Where verification is stuck, quote clause 17.2: it lets the risk department restrict the service, deposits or withdrawals until identity is sufficiently determined, sets a seven-day first response and a full KYC procedure inside 30 days, and allows permanent closure if the player declines or the deadline passes. Dormancy is a separate issue and the terms contradict themselves: clauses 6.14 to 6.16 freeze an account unused for twelve months, charge 50 USDT (about £39 / $50) a month while a balance remains and delete it after 24 months, while clause 7.1 says BetFury does not block or suspend inactive accounts. Complaints published on Trustpilot describe an account blocked with the balance withheld and support access removed after the reviewer complained.

Winnings voided or confiscated

Confiscated winnings at BetFury rest on a wide set of clauses. Clause 8.5 allows a positive balance to be forfeited on a reset of the wager or on conduct the clause attributes to duplicate accounts, collusion or dishonesty. Clause 4.1.10 covers prohibited software and advantage strategies: funds and deposits may be withheld and the account blocked without the right to restore, at the operator's sole discretion and, in its own words, it cannot be appealed by the player. Clause 6.8 allows termination with no obligation to refund on bonus misuse, clause 5.13 closes duplicate accounts immediately and reclaims winnings, and clause 8.3 forfeits winnings from wagers made with funds that were later reversed. Clause 17.3 says payment will be withheld where dishonesty or criminal acts are suspected, and clause 17.1.2 allows the operator to ask for confirmation of the origin of funds without explaining the reason and to freeze them until you confirm it. A source of funds request is provided for in the terms; what can be tested is whether it was raised only after a win and whether the clause cited covers the facts. casino.guru logs complaint titles about winnings confiscated with disputed amounts of 1,413 USDT (about £1,090 / $1,410) and 5,379 USDT (about £4,140 / $5,380).

Site not responding or gone dark

BetFury has not gone dark. betfury.io, betfury.com and betfury.cl are the three approved domains on the CGA certificate, and the operator published an H1 2026 performance report in July 2026, so a redirect is not a closure: the Wayback crawl of 1 May 2026 records betfury.io returning a 302 to bf1.io, which is not on the approved list. What players describe is silence rather than absence. Complaints published on Trustpilot describe chat and support access removed after the reviewer complained, and VIP account management that one reviewer says pressed for further deposits after heavy losses. The terms set the clock. Clause 22.1 sends complaints to support@betfury.com, clause 22.3 says the operator intends to respond within 28 days, and clause 22.4 says disputes must be lodged within fourteen days from the date the wager was decided, with no claims honoured after that period. Clause 6.12 says betting history is kept for not longer than 30 days, so download your statements early. Clause 22.7 names EGIS-ADR as the ADR provider, while clause 22.6 points complainants at a different body from the regulator named in clause 1.

What the record shows

Regulator / court actionBelgian Gaming Commission (Kansspelcommissie)· 2022-03-16

The Belgian Gaming Commission lists betfury.io at entry 337 on its register of illegal gambling sites blocked by the Commission, with a Commission decision of 16 March 2022 published in the Belgian Official Gazette on 11 April 2022. The entry names the domain and dates from before the current Curacao licence, which the CGA certificate dates to 31 July 2025 and the CGA register records as issued 31 January 2026, so it is not a finding against Universe B Games B.V. Neighbouring entries in the same round include bc.game, which indicates a bulk blocking decision of 16 March 2022 rather than a BetFury-specific ruling. Belgium is also on the operator's own restricted list at clause 3.3.

Is BetFury legit?

"Legit" is really three separate questions. BetFury holds licence OGL/2024/1494/0942 and is recorded as licensed under Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA). 1 documented item sits on the BetFury file above, it carrying an issuing body and source. No UK Gambling Commission licence is recorded for it, meaning neither GamStop nor the UK dispute framework reaches it, and that gap matters more than any review score when something goes wrong. No licence anywhere is a promise of fair treatment. Our free licence checker matches any Curaçao licence number against the CGA's own register.

Complaints about BetFury

The public picture splits in two, and both halves are set out here. On Trustpilot, the betfury.io profile shows a TrustScore of 4.1 out of 5, banded Great, across 2,525 reviews, with the business replying to reviews including negative ones under a label saying it may use AI assistance with replies. On casino.guru the brand carries a Safety Index of 9.1, banded Very high, with 70 complaints logged of which 21 are recorded as resolved, 44 rejected and none unresolved. AskGamblers gives it a CasinoRank of 7.5 out of 10, a player rating of 7.5 from 43 reviews, and shows no complaints filed at all.

Against that, complaints published on Trustpilot under the one-star filter describe an account blocked and the remaining balance withheld, with the reviewer saying support justified it on the basis that they had withdrawn more than they deposited and had declined identity verification; verification demanded before a small bonus withdrawal could be paid; wagering conditions the reviewer says could not realistically be cleared; VIP account management the reviewer says applied pressure to keep depositing after heavy losses, with a promised personal bonus replaced by a deposit bonus carrying wagering; tournament prize winnings withheld; and chat and support access removed after the reviewer complained. Others dispute game outcomes and stated return figures, and one questions the age of the published testing certificate. One reviewer states they have complained to the Curacao regulator naming Universe B Games and the licence reference. Operator replies published on the same page say identity checks are not driven by the size of a withdrawal, that bonus wagering sits separately from withdrawal checks, that the games use certified RNG and provably fair systems, and that chat moderation was applied for language rather than for criticism.

casino.guru logs its own complaint titles, which show the same shapes: accounts closed, accounts closed over a multi-accounting claim, winnings confiscated with disputed amounts of 1,413 USDT (about £1,090 / $1,410) and 5,379 USDT (about £4,140 / $5,380), cashback not granted on a disputed C$52,258 (about £29,400 / $38,100), deposits delayed on 3,500 INR (about £32 / $41) and winnings not received on C$422 (about £240 / $310). It rates the operator slightly negative on other factors for a win limit of $300,000 (about £231,000) per spin or game round, flags the dormancy rule as an unfair term because balances can be voided after less than four years of inactivity, and notes in its pros and cons that the casino tries to dispute complaints publicly. On AskGamblers, positive reviews describe fast crypto payouts after verification, while negative ones describe bonus funds lost while waiting on support, returns below advertised figures, and support refused after the reviewer used a VPN at registration. All of these are player accounts published on review sites, not findings by any regulator.

A complaint about BetFury should go to BetFury itself first, in writing, through the complaints channel it publishes or its support address where it publishes none, with every reply kept. If BetFury does not resolve it, escalation points at Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA), and in practice the pressure comes from the evidence your own records support. The sequence is set out in how to escalate a casino complaint.

What the licence requires

BetFury is regulated by Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA) under licence OGL/2024/1494/0942, and no UK Gambling Commission licence is recorded for it, so GamStop and the UK dispute-resolution framework do not apply. Read more on how Curaçao casino law works.

Since the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (the LOK) came into force on 24 December 2024, Curaçao licences are issued directly by the Curaçao Gaming Authority, which requires licensees to verify player identity, operate responsible-gaming measures and publish a complaints procedure. What it lacks is the UK layer: no GamStop participation, no Gambling Commission oversight and no UK dispute-resolution requirement. That gap changes where the pressure points are; it does not remove them.

The Curaçao Gaming Authority accepts player complaints against its licensees. Quote the licence number on file, and run the operator's own published complaints procedure first.

If you are trying to recover money

Because BetFury is licensed in Curaçao and not by the UK Gambling Commission, no UK adjudicator can order a refund, so recovery runs as a claim built on BetFury's own complaints process and contractual terms, taken forward with a regulated legal partner where the evidence supports it. Preserve your account evidence first, then see how gambling-loss recovery works, the evidence you need to recover losses, and how to escalate a casino complaint.

Before you write, look BetFury up on the Curaçao enforcement register: a recorded action against the licensee changes what the complaint should say.

Two guides carry the detail for a Curaçao brand like BetFury. Getting your money back from a Curaçao casino sets out the complaint order and what the regulator can realistically do about BetFury. Where you had self-excluded with BetFury and it kept taking deposits, read what a failed self-exclusion is worth. The free complaint route finder maps the order for you.

If the amount is large

A five or six figure balance at BetFury meets two hard caps in clause 9. Where a win is $50,000 (about £38,500) or higher, clause 9.6 reserves the right to pay it in equal parts within 30 days at a maximum. Clause 9.7 sets a Maximum Win Limit that applies regardless of the amount won on any bet or spin, capped at the equivalent of $300,000 (about £231,000), with a right to cut the amount above that limit from the account and to pay the limit itself in equal parts within 90 days. casino.guru rates that cap a negative and describes it as a low win limit for a casino it bands as big. Clause 9.8 adds that after the letter it refers to, the player will not have any claims to the platform, and that a claim made afterwards may be construed as extortion, which is worth reading closely before signing anything. The licence allows identity checks, and the terms set out what may be asked: clause 17.2.1 reaches occupation, source of funds and source of income, and clause 17.1.2 allows funds to be frozen until their origin is confirmed. VIP handling is where the published complaints turn. One reviewer on Trustpilot describes VIP account management pressing for further deposits after heavy losses, with a promised personal bonus replaced by a deposit bonus carrying wagering, so document what the VIP manager said rather than chasing it. Where the complaint goes next is set out in the routing section below.

Where you are playing from

The route against BetFury is set by Curaçao law, not by where you live. Start with a written complaint to BetFury: the LOK gives you six months from the incident, costs nothing, and obliges BetFury to acknowledge within a week and answer within four weeks, with one four-week extension allowed to BetFury. Unresolved, the LOK requires a licensee to offer alternative dispute resolution at its own expense and the Authority requires that body to be a CGA-certified one, on a timetable it expects to run no longer than 90 days; a licensee that has not engaged a certified provider is short of that requirement rather than outside it. Copy complaints@cga.cw: the Curaçao Gaming Authority will not decide your BetFury case or award compensation, but it uses complaints to police the BetFury licence. The final step against BetFury is the Curaçao court, because Article 5.5 obliges a licensee to write Curaçao law and the Curaçao courts into the gaming agreement, and the old civil-code bar on gambling claims no longer applies to claims against a licensee.

If you are in the United States

Clause 3.3 lists the United States, together with its dependencies, military bases and territories, among the jurisdictions in which accounts may not be opened or used, and casino.guru states that the casino is not licensed in the United States, so the route sits with the Curacao licence.

If you are in the EU

The Belgian Gaming Commission lists betfury.io at entry 337 on its register of gambling sites blocked by the Commission, decision 16 March 2022, published 11 April 2022. That entry names the domain and predates the current licence, so it is not a finding against the licensed entity. Clause 3.3 restricts twenty EU states including Belgium; the Netherlands Kansspelautoriteit site search returned no results, and the Spanish sanctions register could not be read on the day of checking, so treat Spain as unchecked rather than clear.

If you are in Canada or Australia

Australia is on the operator's restricted list at clause 3.3, but the ACMA blocked gambling websites list carried no entry for betfury.io, betfury.com, betfury.cl or bf1.io when it was read on 4 September 2026. Canada is not on the restricted list, and casino.guru publishes complaint titles with disputed amounts in Canadian dollars. BetFury does not appear on the iGaming Ontario register of registered operators, so an Ontario route is not open.

If you are in the UK

The United Kingdom is listed as a restricted jurisdiction at clause 3.3, and searches of the Gambling Commission public register on 4 September 2026 returned no result for betfury or for universe b games, so GamStop, IBAS and the Commission play no part. The route is the Curacao one: the operator's clause 22 procedure inside its fourteen-day dispute window, then the Curacao Gaming Authority quoting licence OGL/2024/1494/0942, with EGIS-ADR named at clause 22.7.

FAQ

Common questions about BetFury

Can I get my money back from BetFury?

Possibly. BetFury is licensed in Curaçao, outside the UK system, so no UK adjudicator can order a refund. Recovery instead works through the operator's own complaints process, the evidence your payment history supports, and where appropriate a regulated legal partner. The right route depends on your evidence, and our initial assessment is free and confidential.

BetFury is operated by Universe B Games B.V., licensed in Curaçao, under licence OGL/2024/1494/0942. It is recorded as licensed under Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA). The brand has operated since 2019. This licence sits outside GamStop, so a GamStop self-exclusion does not block accounts held under it.

BetFury is not open to UK players on the record on this file. Clause 3.3 of the terms lists the United Kingdom among the jurisdictions in which accounts may not be opened or used, alongside the United States, Australia and twenty EU states. Searches of the Gambling Commission public register on 4 September 2026 returned no result for betfury or for universe b games, so there is no UKGC licence, no GamStop coverage and no UK dispute route. The licence in force when you played is what shapes the routes open to you.

Our research records 1 regulator or court action for BetFury, with its issuing body and a source you can check. A listing is a record, not proof of wrongdoing, and every case turns on its own evidence.

Preserve the evidence first: screenshot your balance, the stuck withdrawal, chat transcripts and emails, and save the terms as they read today. Then make one formal written complaint and escalate to the right authority or a regulated legal partner. Avoid closing the account or accepting a partial settlement before you have taken advice.

No. Nothing is sent to any operator without your written consent. The first an operator hears of your case is a formal complaint you have approved.

The terms do not promise a figure. Clause 9.1 says the wait can be prolonged until all needed procedures are conducted, stated as up to seven days and more if needed, and clause 9.12 allows up to seven business days on some fiat routes. Clause 9.5 leaves BFG token payouts open ended. The marketing copy on the .com home page says 24 to 72 hours after a manual audit, so record the date you requested your payout and the reply you were given.

Yes, at the operator's discretion rather than at a published threshold. Clause 17.2 lets it ask for any KYC documentation at any time and restrict the service, deposits or withdrawals until identity is sufficiently determined, and clause 17.1.4 says this can happen at deposit or at withdrawal. Clause 17.2.1 extends the request to occupation, source of funds and source of income. It gives itself a seven-day first response and 30 days for the full procedure.

Clause 6.4 allows closure or suspension of any account without prior notice and without returning all funds, and clause 6.3 allows bets to be voided and money withheld on non-compliance or other reasonable grounds. Clauses 5.12 and 5.13 cover duplicate accounts, and clause 17.2 allows a restriction until identity is determined. Ask in writing which clause was applied and request your transaction history before clause 6.12's thirty-day retention window closes.

The licence claim checks out and the record carries conflicts alongside it. Universe B Games B.V., company 155126, appears on the Curacao Gaming Authority certificate for OGL/2024/1494/0942 with betfury.io, betfury.com and betfury.cl as approved domains. The CGA register of 3 September 2026 records that licence as Assessment in progress with an expiry of 31 July 2026 that has passed, while the validator reached from the operator's own seal showed Active on the same date. betfury.io has been on the Belgian blocked list since 2022.

Clause 6.13 says that on a closure request the account will never be unlocked and the entire history of that account will be permanently deleted from the operator's database. Clause 6.12 keeps betting history for not longer than 30 days in any event. If you have an unresolved payout or a withheld balance, download your statements, transaction references and chat logs before you ask for closure, because they are the evidence a complaint runs on.

BetFury holds no Gambling Commission licence, so a GamStop self-exclusion does not reach it and cannot have been live here. Where you had self-excluded with BetFury itself and deposits still went through, its responsible gaming notice states that it will block any new account and confiscate the winnings on that account, so keep the exclusion request, the dates and the deposits that followed it as your evidence.
