Metaspins Withdrawal Problems? Not Paying Out, Blocked Accounts and Refund Options
Licence status, what the record shows and the routes open to players anywhere, with sources. A listing is a record, not an allegation of wrongdoing.

Players searching for help because Metaspins will not pay out, has frozen an account or has kept hold of winnings will find here what the operator's own terms permit, what the public record on its licence shows and where a complaint can realistically go. The operator behind the brand is 3-102-959384 SRL, a Costa Rican company whose registered name is simply its own Costa Rican company registration number with the suffix SRL attached. Its Anjouan licence, number ALSI-202606048-FI2, was checked on 7 September 2026 against the Anjouan Gaming Authority public licence register, which listed the licence as valid for metaspins.com, issued 30 June 2026 and due to expire 29 June 2027. Whatever the size of a loss connected to Metaspins, whether a short delay or a much larger sum, this page works through delayed withdrawals, account blocks, confiscated winnings, support that has stopped responding, large outstanding balances and the route a complaint can follow.

Who operates Metaspins
Metaspins is operated by 3-102-959384 SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica. The company's registered name is not a trading word but its own Costa Rican company registration number followed by the suffix SRL: the footer, read on 7 September 2026, states "Metaspins.com is owned and operated by 3-102-959384 SRL registration number 3-102-959384", and clause 1.1 of the terms, read the same day, repeats the same registration number and gives the registered address as San Pedro, Cuatrocientos Metros Al Norte Y Cincuenta Al Este Del Automercado Los Yoses, Edificio Ofident, Oficina Tres, Costa Rica. Clause 1.1 also states that the operator is "licensed and regulated by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority (AOFA) for the provision of online games of chance." The footer, separately, names the licensor as "the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros" and states the licence number as ALSI-202606048-FI2. The Anjouan Gaming Authority public licence register, read the same day, carries one row for this company: 3-102-959384 SRL, licence ALSI-202606048-FI2, status valid, type b2c, issued 2026-06-30, expiry 2027-06-29, with metaspins.com listed as the domain. Every step needed to confirm this licence checks out: metaspins.com's own footer states the company and the licence number, and the register lists that identical company and number against that identical domain. The licence is an Anjouan Gaming Authority internet gaming licence of the Union of the Comoros, an offshore licence, not a UK Gambling Commission licence and not within GamStop.
The terms place the operator's governing law in a different country from its licensor. Clause 1.1 and clause 19.2 both state that any agreement or relationship under the terms is governed by the laws of Costa Rica and that disputes are referred to the courts of Costa Rica, with clause 19.2 naming Costa Rica a second time as "the laws of Costa Rica". Neither clause names Anjouan as the governing law or the forum for disputes. No sibling brand, second domain or payment agent is named anywhere in the footer or the terms read for this record.
What the terms allow Metaspins to do
The terms at metaspins.com/info/terms-and-conditions set out what the operator can do before, during and after a withdrawal. Clause 12.3 states: "The Casino reserves the right to check your identity prior to processing payouts and to hold withdrawals for the time needed to check your identity. In case You provide false Personal Data, the withdrawal can be refused and the Player Account terminated, of which You will be informed by email." Clause 12.5 adds that "The maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player could be limited depending on the payment method chosen" and that the operator "reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments until the full amount is paid out." Clause 9.4 authorises "such verification checks as we may require ourselves or may be required by third parties (including regulatory bodies) to confirm your age, identity and contact details and to prevent money laundering", which the clause defines as "the Checks". Clause 9.10 requires a player to comply with a verification request within 30 days and states that failure "may result in us suspending or permanently closing Your Account." The same clause adds that "we reserve the right to withhold withdrawals and confiscate the remaining balance in Your Account if compliance with our verification requirements is not met within the stipulated time." Clause 9.9 goes further where identity details do not match: "we reserve the right to immediately close or suspend Your Account and any winnings and bonuses will be confiscated and depending on circumstances any remaining balance of the deposit returned." Clause 9.1.5 states plainly, "The money deposited is not derived from any activity which is illegal." This is the only source-of-funds statement in the terms read for this record; no separate source-of-funds document was found.
Outside verification, clause 10.4 lets the operator "close your Player Account and to refund to You the amount on your account balance, subject to deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at Casino’s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice." The same clause separately reserves the right to "retain payments, if suspicion or evidence exists of manipulation of the casino system." Clause 11.6 states that a player whose account is blocked or suspended who nonetheless deposits gives the operator "the right to retain the funds." Clause 16.10 allows the operator, on reasonable grounds of a rule breach, to "suspend their gaming account, cancel the bets, refuse to pay the winnings or use the funds on the Player’s gaming account for compensation of its own losses resulting from the actions of the Player." Bonus funds carry their own confiscation clauses: clause 14.6 reserves the right to "confiscate any winnings obtained as a result of a faulty bonus set up, human error or other errors out of our control"; clause 14.7.1 states that multi-accounting or proxy use "will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and winnings"; clause 14.7.2 reserves the right to "withhold or void any winnings obtained through fraudulent or unfair practices"; and clause 14.11 caps the maximum bet while an active bonus is in play at "5 USDT or equivalent in the player’s chosen currency." The same clause adds, "Exceeding this amount may result in bet failure." Clause 13.1 classifies an account dormant after twelve months of no activity and permits "a maximum administrative fee of 10 $ (or equivalent conversion in cryptocurrency)" to be deducted after thirty days' email notice. Clause 1.1 and clause 19.2 place the terms under the laws of Costa Rica, with disputes referred to the courts of Costa Rica; no complaint-window clause or named alternative dispute resolution provider was found in the pages read for this record.
Withdrawal delayed or refused
A delayed Metaspins withdrawal should be measured against clause 12.3 of the terms, which lets the operator confirm your identity before releasing a payout and hold the funds for as long as that check takes, and states that false personal data can see a withdrawal refused and the account terminated. Clause 12.5 adds that the maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player could be limited depending on the payment method chosen, and lets the operator split the payout into monthly instalments until the full amount is paid out. Clause 9.4 authorises verification checks required by the operator or by regulators, and clause 9.10 gives you 30 days to comply with a verification or information request, after which the operator may withhold withdrawals and confiscate the remaining balance if that deadline is missed. None of the pages read for this record state a maximum number of days for a withdrawal to complete.
Account blocked or frozen
Metaspins can close or suspend an account under several clauses. Clause 10.4 reserves the right to close a player account and refund the balance, subject to withdrawal charges, at the casino's absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice. Clause 9.9 reserves the right to immediately close or suspend an account where identity details do not match, confiscating any winnings and bonuses and, depending on circumstances, returning the remaining deposit balance. Clause 9.10 allows suspension or permanent closure where a verification request is not met within 30 days. Clause 11.6 states that a player whose account is already blocked or suspended and who nonetheless deposits gives the operator the right to retain those funds. A written request naming the specific clause relied on, together with the transaction history and the balance shown at closure, is the starting point for challenging the block.
Winnings voided or confiscated
Confiscation of winnings at Metaspins runs through several clauses rather than one. Clause 9.9 confiscates winnings and bonuses where identity verification finds a mismatch. Clause 9.10 confiscates the remaining account balance where a verification request is not met within 30 days. Clause 14.6 reserves the right to confiscate any winnings obtained as a result of a faulty bonus set-up, human error or other errors out of the operator's control. Clause 14.7.1 forfeits bonuses and winnings for multi-accounting or proxy-server use, and clause 14.7.2 reserves the right to withhold or void winnings obtained through fraudulent or unfair practices. Clause 14.11 caps the maximum bet while an active bonus is in play at 5 USDT or its equivalent, and states that exceeding it may result in bet failure. Clause 16.10 allows the operator, on reasonable grounds that a rule was broken, to cancel bets, refuse to pay winnings or use the funds in the account to compensate its own losses. What can actually be challenged is the wording of whatever confiscation notice is sent and the particular clause it names.
Site not responding or gone dark
Metaspins has not gone dark. The home page and the terms page both returned a normal response when read on 7 September 2026, and metaspins.com is the only domain the Anjouan register carries against 3-102-959384 SRL. Two attempts to read independent review pages for this record, on AskGamblers and on casino.guru, returned HTTP 404 and HTTP 403 respectively on 7 September 2026, so no attributed pattern of players describing silence from support could be read for this page; that is a statement about what could not be read, not a finding that no such pattern exists. Clause 9.10 sets 30 days as the window in which the operator expects a reply to its own verification requests; the terms read for this record do not state a matching response time the operator owes a player. Every message sent to support is worth keeping with its date, alongside the original payout request and whatever reply, if any, comes back.
What the record shows
Our research found no substantiated public regulatory or court action against Metaspins. This file reflects licence and status records only, and is not a suggestion of wrongdoing.
Is Metaspins legit?
"Legit" is really three separate questions. Metaspins holds licence ALSI-202606048-FI2 and is recorded as licensed under Anjouan Gaming Authority, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros. No substantiated regulator or court action against Metaspins appears in our research. No UK Gambling Commission licence is recorded for it, meaning neither GamStop nor the UK dispute framework reaches it, and that gap matters more than any review score when something goes wrong. No licence anywhere is a promise of fair treatment.
Complaints about Metaspins
Two third-party review pages were checked for attributed complaint themes on 7 September 2026. The AskGamblers listing was sought at https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/reviews/metaspins-casino and, as a second attempt, at https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/reviews/metaspins; both returned HTTP 404 and neither page could be read. The casino.guru review at https://casino.guru/metaspins-casino-review returned HTTP 403 and could not be read. Trustpilot was not attempted. No attributed player complaint theme is stated on this record: none was read, so none is claimed.
A complaint about Metaspins should go to Metaspins itself first, in writing, through the complaints channel it publishes or its support address where it publishes none, with every reply kept. If Metaspins does not resolve it, escalation runs through the Anjouan route set out under Where you are playing from, because the Anjouan authority does not handle player complaints itself. The sequence is set out in how to escalate a casino complaint.
What the licence requires
Metaspins is regulated by Anjouan Gaming Authority, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros under licence ALSI-202606048-FI2, and no UK Gambling Commission licence is recorded for it, so GamStop and the UK dispute-resolution framework do not apply. Read more on what an Anjouan licence means for UK players.
An Anjouan licence sets a light-touch framework. Operators are expected to hold player funds responsibly and publish their terms, but enforcement is limited and there is no UK-style ombudsman behind it. The obligations still exist in the operator's own terms, and those terms are usually where a withheld-winnings or bonus dispute is won or lost.
Anjouan Gaming does not handle player complaints itself: its third-party complaint policy expects a written complaint to the licensee first, then a referral to an approved dispute resolution provider, then the courts. A formal, deadlined complaint citing the operator's own published terms, supported by your account and payment history, is therefore the first step.
If you are trying to recover money
Because Metaspins is licensed in Anjouan (Comoros) and not by the UK Gambling Commission, no UK adjudicator can order a refund, so recovery runs as a claim built on Metaspins's own complaints process and contractual terms, taken forward with a regulated legal partner where the evidence supports it. Preserve your account evidence first, then see how gambling-loss recovery works, the evidence you need to recover losses, and how to escalate a casino complaint.
Metaspins sits outside the UK framework. For the wider picture, read getting money back from an offshore casino. If you self-excluded before Metaspins took your deposits, read getting money back after gambling on GamStop. If the amount is large
A large balance at Metaspins is governed by the payment-method and verification clauses instead of any published ceiling. Clause 12.5 explains that the maximum withdrawal amount could be limited depending on the payment method chosen, and lets the operator split the payout into monthly instalments until the full amount is paid out; no fixed daily, weekly or monthly limit is printed anywhere in the terms read for this record. Clause 9.1.5 is the only source-of-funds statement found: that the money deposited is not derived from any activity which is illegal. Clause 9.4 and clause 9.10 authorise identity and source verification and give 30 days to comply, with confiscation of the remaining balance reserved if that window is missed. These are rules the operator has chosen to publish itself, which makes it worth checking, after a large win, whether the verification demand only appeared once the win came in, whether the documents asked for went further than a 3-102-959384 SRL account reasonably needed, and whether clause 12.5's instalment option was used on a balance that had already cleared for payment. Clause 13.1 is separate: it deducts a maximum 10 USD administrative fee, after 30 days' notice, from a balance left inactive for 12 months, which is not a confiscation clause but can erode an untouched balance over time. The paragraphs below, organised by region, set out where a complaint against Metaspins can be taken forward.
Where you are playing from
The Anjouan route runs in three stages, and they follow the Metaspins licence rather than your passport. First, a written complaint through the Metaspins complaints procedure, which the policy expects to be reached through the interactive seal where the site carries one, and which Metaspins must answer within 30 calendar days (14 calendar days is the deadline for raising a dispute about a game outcome). Second, a referral to one of the four ADR providers approved by Anjouan Gaming, EGIS-ADR, Axion ADR, iGaming ADR or CADRE B.V., once the 30 days have run without resolution or reply; Metaspins is obliged to participate and to bear the cost, and the process runs in English. Third, a court claim against the company that operates Metaspins. A complaint from a player in an excluded territory is outside the policy entirely, so the country paragraphs below settle whether any of this reaches you. The Authority does not adjudicate complaints itself, gives no time limit for the ADR stage and publishes no postal address, so the 30-day clock is the one to document.
If you are in the United States
Clause 3.7 of the terms names "United States of America, Puerto Rico" among the countries the service is not offered to, alongside a long list of other restricted and sanctioned territories. The clause also states that the restriction is applied "consistent with various jurisdictions' laws, regulations and norms" for the prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing and trade sanctions violations. No court record, insolvency filing or regulator action naming Metaspins or 3-102-959384 SRL was read for this record, so the practical route for a US-connected account runs through the operator's own account and payment records, documented and dated, alongside whatever the account itself shows about where it was opened and used.
If you are in the EU
Clause 3.7 restricts France and its listed overseas territories, the Netherlands, Spain, Lithuania and Malta by name; those are the only European Union member states the clause's list names. The clause groups these alongside sanctions-list countries under the same money-laundering and trade-sanctions rationale rather than a licensing rationale specific to each state. No EU regulator action naming Metaspins or 3-102-959384 SRL was read for this record. Governing law and the courts for any dispute are set, by clause 1.1 and clause 19.2, as those of Costa Rica, not of any EU member state.
If you are in Canada or Australia
Neither Canada nor Australia appears among the restricted countries listed in clause 3.7 of the terms read for this record. Clause 14.7.1 forfeits bonuses and winnings where a player uses a proxy server to exploit or abuse a bonus, which is the only clause found addressing masked location, and it is framed as a bonus-abuse rule rather than a general residency check. No Canadian or Australian regulator action naming Metaspins or 3-102-959384 SRL was read for this record.
If you are in the UK
Metaspins holds no UK Gambling Commission licence: its licence is an Anjouan Gaming Authority internet gaming licence of the Union of the Comoros, meaning neither GamStop nor the UK's own dispute-resolution schemes have any role to play in a Metaspins case. Clause 3.7 of the terms names "United Kingdom (including any overseas territories)" among the restricted countries, and a separate restricted-country notice on the home page states "Metaspins is not available in United Kingdom 🇬🇧 yet…". Neither page read for this record names a UK-specific complaints route or ADR provider. The route is the operator's own account and payment records, documented and dated.

Common questions about Metaspins
Can I get my money back from Metaspins?
Possibly. Metaspins is licensed in Anjouan (Comoros), outside the UK system, so no UK adjudicator can order a refund. Recovery instead works through the operator's own complaints process, the evidence your payment history supports, and where appropriate a regulated legal partner. The right route depends on your evidence, and our initial assessment is free and confidential.
Who operates Metaspins, and is it licensed?
Metaspins is operated by 3-102-959384 SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica whose registered name is its own Costa Rican company registration number followed by SRL, with registered address San Pedro, Cuatrocientos Metros Al Norte Y Cincuenta Al Este Del Automercado Los Yoses, Edificio Ofident, Oficina Tres, Costa Rica, licensed in Anjouan (Comoros), under licence ALSI-202606048-FI2. It is recorded as licensed under Anjouan Gaming Authority, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros. This licence sits outside GamStop, so a GamStop self-exclusion does not block accounts held under it.
Does Metaspins accept UK players?
Metaspins is not open to UK players on the record on this file. Clause 3.7 of the terms states: "the service is not offered to individuals or entities in United States of America, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom (including any overseas territories), Isle of Man, Jersey, Gibraltar, Spain, France and its overseas territories" among a longer list of restricted countries. A separate restricted-country notice on the home page, not the footer, adds a plain line: "Metaspins is not available in United Kingdom 🇬🇧 yet…". The licence in force when you played is what shapes the routes open to you.
Is there anything documented on file about Metaspins?
Our research found no substantiated public regulator or court action against Metaspins. This file reflects licence and status records only, and is not a suggestion of wrongdoing.
What should I do if Metaspins will not pay out or has frozen my account?
Preserve the evidence first: screenshot your balance, the stuck withdrawal, chat transcripts and emails, and save the terms as they read today. Then make one formal written complaint and escalate to the right authority or a regulated legal partner. Avoid closing the account or accepting a partial settlement before you have taken advice.
Will Metaspins know I contacted Clinton & Co?
No. Nothing is sent to any operator without your written consent. The first an operator hears of your case is a formal complaint you have approved.
How long does a Metaspins withdrawal take?
Nothing in the terms read for this record commits the operator to a set number of days. Clause 12.3 lets the operator check identity and hold a withdrawal for the time needed, and clause 12.5 allows the maximum withdrawal amount to depend on the payment method and to be paid in monthly instalments. Clause 9.10 gives 30 days to comply with any verification request.
Does Metaspins require identity verification?
Yes. Clause 9.4 authorises verification checks to confirm age, identity and contact details and to prevent money laundering, and clause 12.3 allows an identity check before any payout. Clause 9.10 sets a 30-day window to respond to a verification request, after which the operator reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and confiscate the remaining balance.
Why is my Metaspins account locked or suspended?
Clause 10.4 allows the operator to close an account and refund the balance, less withdrawal charges, at its absolute discretion without stating a reason. Clause 9.9 allows immediate closure or suspension where identity details do not match, with winnings and bonuses confiscated. Clause 9.10 allows suspension or closure where a verification request is not met within 30 days. The clause relied on should be requested in writing, along with a copy of the account's transaction history.
Which regulator licenses Metaspins, and can that licence be verified?
The Anjouan Gaming Authority public licence register, checked on 7 September 2026, carries 3-102-959384 SRL on licence ALSI-202606048-FI2, status valid, type b2c, issued 30 June 2026 and expiring 29 June 2027, against the domain metaspins.com. The operator's own footer and terms name the same company, the same licence number and Anjouan as the licensor. This is an offshore Anjouan Gaming Authority licence of the Union of the Comoros, not a UK Gambling Commission licence.
What is the process for making a complaint about Metaspins, and would a regulator get involved?
No complaint window, escalation route or named alternative dispute resolution provider was found in the footer or terms read for this record. Clause 1.1 and clause 19.2 place any dispute under the laws of Costa Rica and the courts of Costa Rica. The practical first step is a dated written complaint to the operator itself, backed by the account and payment records.
Has Metaspins faced a lawsuit or class action that shows up on public record?
For this record, no court judgment, insolvency filing or class action against Metaspins or 3-102-959384 SRL was found. Attempts to read two independent review pages, AskGamblers and casino.guru, were unsuccessful on 7 September 2026 (HTTP 404 and HTTP 403 respectively), so no attributed complaint theme from either site is reflected here.
