The Anjouan Gaming Authority register carries gamdom.com against that number, issued 30 June 2024 with an expiry date of 29 June 2026, and held no renewed record when we read it on 7 September 2026. Who operates Gamdom, and who used to

Gamdom is owned and operated by Moon Revolution Limitada, a limited liability company organised under the laws of Costa Rica with registration number 3-102-903008 and a registered address in the Escazu district of San Jose. That statement appears in the site footer (read 7 September 2026) and in the ABOUT US section above clause 1 of the terms, and the Anjouan Gaming Authority public licence register, read 7 September 2026, carries the same company name against the licence. The footer prints the licence number as ALSI-152406043-FI; the register prints it one character longer, as ALSI-152406043-FI4. That register row is an Anjouan Gaming Authority internet gaming licence, type b2c, which is an offshore licence of the Union of the Comoros: not a UK Gambling Commission licence and not within GAMSTOP. The brand itself has not been renamed. What changed is the company behind it and the regime it is licensed under.

The historic operator is Smein Hosting N.V., a Curaçao company numbered 141727, which held Curaçao licence OGL/2024/424/1065. The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate portal still serves a certificate for that licence naming gamdom.com and six sister domains, and states that Smein Hosting N.V. has been licensed since 16 September 2024. The Curaçao register records the same licence number as Expired, issued 24 June 2025 and expiring 24 December 2025. Those dates do not agree with each other and neither is reconciled here; all three are as previously recorded and were not re-read on 7 September 2026, and are set out here only to show that Gamdom is not a Curaçao matter today.

The change of entity is not only a historical note. AskGamblers still publishes Smein Hosting N.V. as the owner and the Curaçao Gaming Control Board as the regulator (previously recorded; not re-read on 7 September 2026), which shows why account paperwork, an old review or an email from support may name a company that no longer runs the site. When a balance is in dispute, matching the deposit to the entity that actually held it is the first piece of work.

What the Anjouan register actually shows

The register entry names the domain directly. Searching the Anjouan Gaming Authority public licence register for gamdom.com on 7 September 2026 returned exactly one row: Moon Revolution Limitada, licence ALSI-152406043-FI4, type b2c, issued 30 June 2024, expiry date 29 June 2026, licensed domain gamdom.com. Entity, regulator and domain all line up with what the operator's footer says about itself, though the footer prints the licence number one character short, ALSI-152406043-FI rather than the register's ALSI-152406043-FI4. Two further facts sit beside that. The expiry date on the register passed seventy days before this check, and no renewed or replacement record for Moon Revolution Limitada or for gamdom.com exists on the register as read.

The register's status column does not separate one record from another, and this page does not use it. Every row on the register, including this one, is shown as valid regardless of expiry date, so valid carries no discriminating information here. The Authority's own status-definitions page, previously recorded and not re-read on 7 September 2026, names Active, Suspended, Revoked and Expired as the categories that matter and states that only an Active licence is authorised to conduct licensed internet gaming activity, but the register table itself does not use those words for any row. The expiry date is the only field on the register that distinguishes one record's currency from another's, which is why it is printed here rather than a status word.

One further limit sits on the register. Only gamdom.com is on it. The five sister domains the operator lists as its own in its structured data, and the six on the historic Curaçao certificate, are not named anywhere in it.

No adjudicator named in the terms

What a Gamdom dispute has to run on is set out in the operator's own terms rather than inferred. Clause 17 sends a complaint to support@gamdom.com, asks the parties to attempt to resolve the issue informally, and commits the company to make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve it in a timely, fair and transparent manner. It sets no deadline for doing so. It names no independent adjudicator, no alternative dispute resolution provider, no ombudsman and no regulator escalation route, and the responsible gambling page names none either. The operator's own process is the only process the contract offers. The Anjouan regime itself requires a licensee to give players access to an independent alternative dispute resolution service, so the alternative dispute resolution step that appears in the routing section comes from the licence rather than from this contract.

Clause 16 adds a third body of law to the picture. The terms are governed by the laws and regulations of Costa Rica, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Costa Rican courts, and all services are stated to be provided from within Costa Rica. So the company is Costa Rican, the licence relied on is issued in the Comoros, and the excluded territory list the site applies is the offshore regime's. A player pursuing a balance is dealing with three separate frameworks at once, none of which is the one in their own country.

That does not close off a claim. It changes where the pressure comes from. Without an adjudicator named in the contract, what a claim rests on is the operator's own wording: the clause it relied on, the date it relied on it, and whether its conduct matched what the clause says.

Withdrawal delayed or refused

Clause 5 is the term that governs a Gamdom withdrawal sitting in processing, rather than a payment queue. That clause makes a payout conditional on required KYC being successfully completed, on there being no ongoing investigation that would reasonably justify delaying it, and on no suspected bonus abuse or other terms breach. Clause 4.1 adds a condition to every deposit, promotional or not: you must wager the value of the deposit at least once before requesting a withdrawal, and if you have not, the operator may delay or deny the request until you have. Nothing in the terms sets a processing deadline. Clause 5.2 says only that processing times may vary by provider, clause 5.3 attributes crypto timings to network congestion and internal review times, and clause 10 promises to investigate without unnecessary delay. There is no outer limit and no service standard anywhere in the document. A withdrawal fee may also apply, disclosed before you confirm the request. Complaints published on Trustpilot describe slow identity verification, funds held for the duration of verification and repeated document submissions that do not clear the block; complaint titles published on casino.guru include delayed winnings and a delayed payout.

Account blocked or frozen

Clause 2.5 lets Gamdom suspend, restrict, limit or close an account where it believes that is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, to investigate suspicious or prohibited activity, to enforce responsible gambling protections or to protect the platform. On permanent closure the balance is returned unless there is evidence of illegal activity requiring retention, or you have committed what the clause calls serious breaches or Forbidden actions, in which case it may retain funds to offset losses caused to the company or its partners. Clause 2.3 allows one active account per person and treats a second as a breach whether intentional or unintentional, detected by a combination of technical tools and behavioural analysis. Clause 6.1 tightens that for bonuses to one account per individual, per IP address, per residential address, per device, per email address and telephone number, and clause 10 forbids masking your location with a VPN or proxy. Complaints published on Trustpilot describe accounts locked after a large win and permanent closures without a clear explanation, some attributed by the operator to a terms breach the reviewer disputes; complaints published on AskGamblers describe funds locked during internal investigations running past a week with no stated timeline. Ask in writing which clause was applied and record the balance at closure.

Winnings voided or confiscated

Confiscated winnings at Gamdom are dealt with by clause 10 of the terms. Its Forbidden Actions include using the site without genuine gameplay or wagering intent, using payment methods that do not belong to you or do not match your account details, providing inaccurate, misleading or incomplete information during registration, verification or payment, attempting to bypass self-exclusion or deposit limits, and cooperating with others to exploit promotions. The consequences paragraph sets out what follows: the operator may adjust or remove bonuses, review winnings linked to non-compliant activity, or delay withdrawals, and says that in some circumstances your remaining deposit balance may be returned to you, subject to KYC. That wording returns the deposit, not the winnings. Clause 6.3 lets it revoke a bonus and reverse associated winnings, and clause 9 lets it cancel and revert affected bets, rounds and winnings after a game malfunction. Refund Policy clause 1.14 goes further: if notarised or certified identification is not supplied within 30 days of a request, the account is closed, all funds in it are forfeited, and the decision is stated to be final, binding and not subject to appeal. Complaints published on casino.guru include three separate confiscated-winnings cases, with disputed sums shown as 1,790 USDT (about £1,410 / $1,790) and 1,250 USD (about £985 / $1,250).

Site not responding or gone dark

Gamdom has not gone dark. gamdom.com is live and is the one domain the Anjouan register names against licence ALSI-152406043-FI4, a record given an expiry date of 29 June 2026 with no renewal on the register when we read it on 7 September 2026, so what players describe is silence rather than absence. The site's own structured data lists gamdom.eu, gamdom.io, gamdom.vip, gamdom.win and trgamdom.com as its sites, and the historic Curaçao certificate adds gamdom.one. None of those appears on the Anjouan register. A redirect to a mirror would not change who owes you the money, but it would move you onto a domain no register names, so record which address you played on. The terms shape what silence costs. Clause 17 sends complaints to support@gamdom.com and promises reasonable efforts to investigate in a timely, fair and transparent manner, but sets no deadline and names no independent adjudicator, ombudsman or regulator escalation route; the responsible gambling page names none either. The Belgian Gaming Commission lists gamdom.com on its register of illegal gambling sites blocked by the Commission (entry 220, Commission decision 21 April 2021, published in the Belgian Official Gazette on 29 April 2021). The list was read on 4 September 2026 and its most recent entries are dated 27 August 2026, so the listing is current. gamdom.com is the only Gamdom domain on it. Spelinspektionen, the Swedish Gambling Authority, decided on 22 January 2024 to prohibit Smein Hosting N.V. from providing gambling in Sweden. The authority's published page records the decision date, the category illegal gambling, that the prohibition was lifted on 19 August 2024 and that the supervisory case is closed. Two limits on this item matter: the decision page does not name Gamdom, and the link to the brand comes from trade press, which reported that Smein Hosting websites under the Gamdom brand or their affiliates were found to have Swedish-language marketing. Smein Hosting N.V. is the historic Curaçao entity, not Moon Revolution Limitada, which operates the site today. (Previously recorded; not re-read on 7 September 2026.)

Is Gamdom legit?

"Legit" is really three separate questions. Gamdom holds licence ALSI-152406043-FI4 and is recorded as listed under Anjouan Gaming Authority, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros. 2 documented items sit on the Gamdom file above, every one carrying its issuing body and source. No UK Gambling Commission licence is recorded for it, meaning neither GamStop nor the UK dispute framework reaches it, and that gap matters more than any review score when something goes wrong. No licence anywhere is a promise of fair treatment.

Complaints about Gamdom

The complaint record runs in both directions, because the same platform carries both sides of it. casino.guru gives Gamdom a Safety Index of 9.8, rated very high, rates its terms and conditions Fair with zero issues found, and lists it on no blacklist. The same page records 89 complaints in total, of which 68 were rejected and 18 resolved. Complaints published on casino.guru describe winnings confiscated in three separate cases with disputed sums shown as 1,790 USDT (about £1,410 / $1,790) and 1,250 USD (about £985 / $1,250), an account closed with funds confiscated at 57,702 USDC (about £45,400 / $57,700), winnings delayed at 3,193 USD (about £2,510 / $3,193), an account locked at 13,000 JPY (about £70 / $88), an account that stayed open despite closure requests, and a player able to open a second account despite self-exclusion.

Complaints published on Trustpilot describe slow identity verification, accounts locked after a large win, withdrawal delays, permanent closures without a clear explanation, closures attributed by the operator to a terms breach the reviewer disputes, funds held for the duration of verification, repeated document submissions that do not clear the block, and unresponsive support. Trustpilot shows 5,120 reviews with 67 per cent at five star and 12 per cent at one star, and displays no TrustScore, attributing that to a breach of its guidelines by the company.

Complaints published on AskGamblers describe funds locked during internal investigations running past a week with no stated timeline, accounts terminated with winnings withheld on a general reference to irregularities, and winnings withheld after verification was passed with the operator citing its own discretion rather than an identified rule. AskGamblers records 9 of 14 complaints resolved, at an average of five days. These are player reports on complaints platforms, not findings by any regulator.

A complaint about Gamdom should go to Gamdom itself first, in writing, through the complaints channel it publishes or its support address where it publishes none, with every reply kept. If Gamdom does not resolve it, escalation runs through the Anjouan route set out under Where you are playing from, because the Anjouan authority does not handle player complaints itself. What the licence requires

Gamdom is regulated by Anjouan Gaming Authority, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros under licence ALSI-152406043-FI4, and no UK Gambling Commission licence is recorded for it, so GamStop and the UK dispute-resolution framework do not apply. An Anjouan licence sets a light-touch framework. Operators are expected to hold player funds responsibly and publish their terms, but enforcement is limited and there is no UK-style ombudsman behind it. The obligations still exist in the operator's own terms, and those terms are usually where a withheld-winnings or bonus dispute is won or lost.

Anjouan Gaming does not handle player complaints itself: its third-party complaint policy expects a written complaint to the licensee first, then a referral to an approved dispute resolution provider, then the courts. A formal, deadlined complaint citing the operator's own published terms, supported by your account and payment history, is therefore the first step.

If the amount is large

A five or six figure balance meets Gamdom's discretion rather than a published cap. Clause 5 states that the company imposes no fixed maximum monthly withdrawal limit, then reserves the right to process large withdrawals in structured instalments for operations, security or compliance reasons, and clause 5.2 puts the operative minimum and maximum in your account rather than in the terms. The limit that applies to a £50,000 balance (about $65,000) is therefore one you cannot read in advance. casino.guru records the withdrawal limit as unlimited with no win limit, which matches the absence of a published cap, while clause 5 keeps the instalment discretion. Clause 2.1 allows verification checks at registration or at any time afterwards, especially where specific financial thresholds are met or risk factors arise, and clause 2.2 lets the operator request identity, age, address and source of funds documents, listing government issued ID, a utility bill or bank statement, and payment method information. On a £100,000 win (about $130,000) what can be tested is when that request was raised, what documents were demanded, and whether a decision ever followed. Refund Policy clause 1.14 puts a 30 day clock on notarised identification and forfeits the whole balance if it is missed, so the date of any such request is worth recording. Where you are playing from

Your location shapes the domestic angles below, not the route, which comes from the Gamdom Anjouan licence. Raise the complaint through the Gamdom complaints procedure, which the policy expects to be reached via the interactive seal where the site carries one: under the policy Gamdom has 30 calendar days to respond, and a game-outcome dispute must be lodged within 14 calendar days of the session (the operator’s own terms may set a shorter first-stage window). A complaint escalated before the 30 days are up is excluded, and so is a complaint from a player in an excluded territory, which is why the country paragraphs below decide whether this route is open to you. After 30 days without a satisfactory answer, refer it to an approved ADR provider (EGIS-ADR, Axion ADR, iGaming ADR or CADRE B.V.), which Gamdom must engage and pay for, in English. Note what the Authority says of itself: it does not handle, mediate or adjudicate player complaints, and it publishes neither a postal address nor a time limit for ADR. The step after ADR is a court claim against the company operating Gamdom.

If you are in the United States

The United States is named in clause 3.4 among the territories Gamdom does not serve, and the clause warns that an account may be restricted where the service is accessed from one of them using false information, a VPN or a proxy. The route runs through the operator's own clause 17 process. Whether the Anjouan stage is open after that is unsettled: the Anjouan licence's own stated excluded territories, read on 4 September 2026, are Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the USA, and no Anjouan complaints procedure dealing with a player in one of those territories was found in the sources read for this page.

If you are in the EU

Belgium blocks the site. The Belgian Gaming Commission has listed gamdom.com on its register of illegal gambling sites since a decision of 21 April 2021, published in the Belgian Official Gazette on 29 April 2021, and the list was current when read on 4 September 2026. In Sweden, Spelinspektionen prohibited the former operator Smein Hosting N.V. from providing gambling on 22 January 2024 and lifted that prohibition on 19 August 2024; the decision page does not name Gamdom and the link to the brand comes from trade press. A site search of the Netherlands Kansspelautoriteit returned no result for either name. Sixteen EU states, Belgium and Sweden among them, are listed in clause 3.4 as territories the operator does not serve. France, the Netherlands and Spain are also named among the Anjouan licence's own stated excluded territories, read on 4 September 2026, so for a player in one of those three the Anjouan stage of the route is open to the same question set out below.

If you are in Canada or Australia

Australia is listed in clause 3.4 among the territories Gamdom does not serve, but gamdom.com does not appear on the ACMA blocked website list, which was read on 4 September 2026 and carries a last updated date of 20 July 2026. Canada is not listed in clause 3.4 at all. In both countries the route starts with the operator's clause 17 process, and the Anjouan stage after it stands differently in each: Australia is named among the Anjouan licence's own stated excluded territories (Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the USA, read on 4 September 2026) and Canada is not, and no Anjouan complaints procedure dealing with a player in an excluded territory was found in the sources read for this page.

If you are in the UK

The United Kingdom is listed in clause 3.4 among the territories Gamdom does not serve, sterling is not among the currencies the About Us page names, and searches of the Gambling Commission public register on 4 September 2026 returned no result for gamdom, moon revolution or smein. There is therefore no GamStop coverage, no UK alternative dispute resolution provider and no Commission complaint route. The route is the operator's clause 17 procedure. The Anjouan stage after it is less certain, because the United Kingdom is named among the Anjouan licence's own stated excluded territories (Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the USA, read on 4 September 2026) and no Anjouan complaints procedure dealing with a player in one of those territories was found in the sources read for this page: quote licence ALSI-152406043-FI4 and the register expiry date of 29 June 2026, and treat that stage as untested.
