Who operates GodOdds

GodOdds (written God Odds on its own pages) is operated by Usoftgaming N.V., a Curaçao company with company number 141305. Its footer gives a registered address of Kaya Richard J Beaujon z/n, Willemstad, and the eGaming License seal in that footer resolves to a Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate of operation for gododds.com, which records licence CGA/2025/1353/1345 as granted on 9 April 2026 with a current status of Active. The licence certificate at cert.cga.cw lists five approved domains under the same licence: betswagger.com, gododds.com, hustlescasino.com, ph.casino and playhubcasino.com. The company's own site, usoftgaming.com, links its Login and Play Now buttons to betswagger.com.

A few details sit side by side without matching. The gododds.com footer gives the Kaya Richard J Beaujon z/n address, while usoftgaming.com shows Fransche Bloemweg 4, Willemstad. Clause 16.1 of the terms says the site is regulated by the "Curacao Control Board", an older title; the certificate is issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority. casino.guru records the owner as Usoftgaming B.V., whereas the site and the certificate say N.V. The Trustpilot profile for gododds.co.uk shows an address at 3 St Mary Street, Cardiff, which does not appear anywhere on gododds.com. The site has no about page. The register edition held on this site (27 August 2026) lists the licence as expiring on 9 October 2026; the certificate prints no expiry, so the position after that date needs a fresh check.

Payments, disputes and the Cyprus link

The money does not necessarily move through the Curaçao company. Clause 3.3 of the terms names Pulsion Processing LTD as the payment processing agent that handles the majority of payments for Usoftgaming N.V., and clause 3.19 says all payment disputes are handled under Cyprus law. The gaming relationship itself sits under the Curaçao licence: clause 14.12 names CADRE as the alternative dispute resolution body, approved by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under certificate CGA/ADR/2025/01, and the LOK requires every licensee to accept a free complaint within six months of the incident, to give a final ruling within four weeks (extendable once by four weeks), and to offer ADR at its own cost, with Curaçao law and the Curaçao courts as the seat for the gaming agreement. So a GodOdds dispute can have two addresses: the Cyprus payment agent for a payment that failed, and the Curaçao licensee for a balance it will not release. Establishing early which entity actually took your deposits is part of the evidence.

Withdrawal delayed or refused

A GodOdds withdrawal pending for days is usually sitting behind a document request rather than a payment queue. The terms give no processing time. Clause 3.17 says a player must "undergo a one time verification" before cashing out, and clause 5.1 keeps "the right to demand additional documentation" after that. The KYC page adds that "we may restrict you from withdrawing funds" while checks run, and the payouts page caps cash out by loyalty level, starting at £2,000 a day and £5,000 per 30 days ($2,600 / $6,500) at Copper. Payments are handled by a Cyprus agent, Pulsion Processing LTD (clause 3.3), and clause 3.19 puts payment disputes under Cyprus law, so a payout may not come from the Curaçao company at all. Complaints published on Trustpilot describe verification running far past the five working days reviewers were quoted, documents re-requested several times, and withdrawal methods narrowed to crypto. Keep each withdrawal request, its reference and every document request, with dates.

Account blocked or frozen

The GodOdds terms let the operator "suspend or terminate the Player's Account immediately at its absolute discretion" (clause 3.6), and clause 16.2 repeats the right to "suspend and close accounts" over where a player lives, against a prohibited list that clause 16.3 admits is open-ended ("although there is no specific list"). The KYC page goes further: services can be ended "without any statements or explanations to the client" for a breach of the KYC policy, and documents can be refused for "any other reasons employees or contractors of the Company shall deem appropriate". Complaints published on Trustpilot describe accounts suspended or closed shortly after a withdrawal request or after documents were sent, with expanding KYC asks (passport, utility bill, bank statements, payslips, notarised copies) ending in a failed-KYC closure. The single casino.guru complaint on file, from December 2024, follows the same sequence of repeated ID requests, a ban, then silence. A closure is not the end of the claim. The balance at closure and the reason given are the two facts to fix in writing straight away.

Winnings voided or confiscated

Two clauses do most of the work when GodOdds cancels winnings. Clause 3.12 allows one account per player, and the KYC page says the operator is "entitled to cancel additional accounts", "cancel winnings thus gained and return deposits". The same page applies that outcome to accounts it treats as anonymous, where "the account shall be closed, winnings cancelled and deposits paid out", and to underage play, where winnings "will be forfeited". Nothing in the terms says what evidence the operator must hold before it treats an account as a duplicate, or gives the player a route to challenge that decision beyond the complaints clause and the ADR body it names. Complaints published on Trustpilot describe winnings withheld after suspension with only the deposit returned, and bonus terms with high wagering and restricted bets leading to forfeited balances. A deposit-only refund after a source of funds or duplicate-account finding is the pattern to document: the operator's stated reason, the sum of confiscated winnings, and whether it ever produced the evidence behind the decision.

Site not responding or gone dark

GodOdds is live and its certificate is Active, so silence from this operator is more likely to be support going quiet than the site going dark. The structure still matters if it ever does. The licence is held by Usoftgaming N.V. and covers five domains (betswagger.com, gododds.com, hustlescasino.com, ph.casino and playhubcasino.com), so a domain change or a redirect to a sister brand does not change who owes you the money. The site has no about page; the only company details are the footer, the terms, the privacy policy and the seal. Complaints published on Trustpilot describe support becoming unresponsive once a withdrawal is contested, and the one casino.guru complaint describes no further replies from the operator after documents were sent. The register edition we hold shows the licence expiring on 9 October 2026 while the certificate prints no expiry, so the certificate at cert.cga.cw is worth re-checking after that date. If the site or its support stops answering, save the certificate page, the terms, your account history and every payment record now, before anything changes.

What the record shows

Our research found no substantiated public regulatory or court action against GodOdds. This file reflects licence and status records only, and is not a suggestion of wrongdoing.

Is GodOdds legit?

"Legit" is really three separate questions. GodOdds holds licence CGA/2025/1353/1345 and is recorded as licensed under Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA). No substantiated regulator or court action against GodOdds appears in our research. No UK Gambling Commission licence is recorded for it, meaning neither GamStop nor the UK dispute framework reaches it, and that gap matters more than any review score when something goes wrong. No licence anywhere is a promise of fair treatment. Our free licence checker matches any Curaçao licence number against the CGA's own register.

Complaints about GodOdds

Two Trustpilot profiles cover the brand. Complaints published on Trustpilot for www.gododds.com (TrustScore 2.1 from 20 reviews, 80 percent one star, profile unclaimed) describe accounts suspended or closed shortly after a withdrawal request or after documents were submitted, repeated and expanding KYC requests (passport, utility bill, bank statements, payslips, notarised documents) followed by a failed-KYC closure, winnings withheld after suspension with only the deposit returned, unresponsive support, and bonus terms with high wagering and restricted bets leading to forfeited balances. Complaints published on Trustpilot for gododds.co.uk (TrustScore 3.4 from 15 reviews, 60 percent one star, claimed May 2026) describe difficulty withdrawing winnings, accounts blocked after wins while deposits were still accepted, verification taking far longer than the stated five working days with documents re-requested several times, withdrawal methods restricted to crypto, and disputed deposit refunds.

casino.guru gives the casino a Safety Index of 6.9, with one complaint directly about GodOdds and 28 about related casinos; 731 of its 955 black points come from those related brands, and the platform notes that the link to four other casinos lowers the score. The one direct complaint, submitted in December 2024, describes repeated additional ID requests, then an account ban and no further replies after documents were sent; it was closed in January 2025 when the player stopped responding to the platform. On the sister brand BetSwagger, which shares the licence, Wizard of Odds rates the casino Low (2.6 out of 5) with a stay-away warning and reports unexplained suspensions, refused withdrawals and refunds limited to deposits; an LCB forum thread from 2018 about ph.casino and BetSwagger records a withdrawal delay marked resolved after the operator cited a technical issue with one payout method. All of these are attributed reports from review platforms and reviewers, not findings by any regulator or court. No regulator, court or enforcement item naming GodOdds or Usoftgaming N.V. was located.

A complaint about GodOdds should go to GodOdds itself first, in writing, through the complaints channel it publishes or its support address where it publishes none, with every reply kept. If GodOdds does not resolve it, escalation points at Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA), and in practice the pressure comes from the evidence your own records support. The sequence is set out in how to escalate a casino complaint.

What the licence requires

GodOdds is regulated by Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA) under licence CGA/2025/1353/1345, and no UK Gambling Commission licence is recorded for it, so GamStop and the UK dispute-resolution framework do not apply. Read more on how Curaçao casino law works.

Since the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (the LOK) came into force on 24 December 2024, Curaçao licences are issued directly by the Curaçao Gaming Authority, which requires licensees to verify player identity, operate responsible-gaming measures and publish a complaints procedure. What it lacks is the UK layer: no GamStop participation, no Gambling Commission oversight and no UK dispute-resolution requirement. That gap changes where the pressure points are; it does not remove them.

The Curaçao Gaming Authority accepts player complaints against its licensees. Quote the licence number on file, and run the operator's own published complaints procedure first.

If you are trying to recover money

Because GodOdds is licensed in Curaçao and not by the UK Gambling Commission, no UK adjudicator can order a refund, so recovery runs as a claim built on GodOdds's own complaints process and contractual terms, taken forward with a regulated legal partner where the evidence supports it. Preserve your account evidence first, then see how gambling-loss recovery works, the evidence you need to recover losses, and how to escalate a casino complaint.

Before you write, look GodOdds up on the Curaçao enforcement register: a recorded action against the licensee changes what the complaint should say.

Two guides carry the detail for a Curaçao brand like GodOdds. Getting your money back from a Curaçao casino sets out the complaint order and what the regulator can realistically do about GodOdds. Where you had self-excluded with GodOdds and it kept taking deposits, read what a failed self-exclusion is worth. The free complaint route finder maps the order for you.

If the amount is large

A five or six figure balance at GodOdds meets two sets of limits. First, the operator's own payouts page caps cash out by loyalty level: £2,000 a day and £5,000 per 30 days ($2,600 / $6,500) at the entry Copper tier, £10,000 a day ($13,000) at Sapphire, and £200,000 a day and £1,000,000 per 30 days ($260,000 / $1,300,000) only at the top VIP tier, which sits behind £10,000,000 of wagering. A £50,000 ($65,000) balance at a low tier is therefore paid in monthly tranches, and each tranche is a fresh occasion for a document request. Second, the licence. Under the Curaçao Gaming Authority's AML regulations a licensee must complete customer due diligence once cumulative transactions reach NAf. 4,000 (about £1,700 / $2,200), may freeze the account entirely where that threshold is reached by a withdrawal, and, if the documents are not received within 30 days, must end the relationship and, absent any money laundering suspicion, return the funds to the source they came from. Source of funds requests are lawful under that regime, and the KYC page names the forms it accepts: payslips, bank statements, trust deeds or dated proof of an award. An open-ended hold with no decision is not what the regulation describes. VIP host silence after a big win is a pattern reported across the group's brands on review sites, not a finding. The routing section below sets out the complaint, ADR and Curaçao court route for a balance of this size.

Where you are playing from

Four steps, in order, and they are the same wherever in the world you were playing from, because they attach to the GodOdds Curaçao licence. Complain in writing to GodOdds within six months of the incident (LOK Article 5.3: free, acknowledged within a week, answered by GodOdds within four weeks, extendable once by four weeks). Escalate to alternative dispute resolution, which the LOK requires a licensee to offer at its own expense and which the Authority requires to be run by a provider holding its certification, and which the Authority expects to run no longer than 90 days from the referral; a licensee that has engaged no certified provider is in breach of that requirement rather than exempt from it. Send a copy of the complaint to complaints@cga.cw, knowing the Curaçao Gaming Authority cannot mediate or order compensation but does use complaints to supervise licensees such as GodOdds. Then the Curaçao courts, which Article 5.5 requires a licensee to nominate in its gaming agreement and where a player’s claim against a licensee such as GodOdds is enforceable.

If you are in the United States

Clause 16.3 of the GodOdds terms lists the United States among the territories from which Usoftgaming N.V. does not accept registrations, so an account opened from the US is one the operator can close under clauses 16.2 and 16.3. The dispute route is unchanged: the operator's complaints procedure, then CADRE (its named ADR body, CGA/ADR/2025/01), then the Curaçao courts.

If you are in the EU

Clause 16.3 names the Netherlands, Czech Republic, France, Belgium and Lithuania among the excluded territories; other EU states are not listed. Wherever in the EU you are, the route runs through the Curaçao licence: the operator's complaints procedure, CADRE as the named ADR body, then the Curaçao courts.

If you are in Canada or Australia

Australia is listed in clause 16.3 as a territory from which Usoftgaming N.V. does not accept registrations; Canada is not listed. For either country the route is the Curaçao one: the operator's complaints procedure within six months of the incident, CADRE as the named ADR body, then the Curaçao courts.

If you are in the UK

The United Kingdom is not listed in clause 16.3, so the terms do not exclude UK registrations, but Usoftgaming N.V. has no entry on the Gambling Commission public register (searched 3 September 2026), so there is no GAMSTOP coverage, no UK ADR and no Commission complaint route. Payment disputes sit under Cyprus law (clause 3.19) and the gaming dispute under the Curaçao licence: operator complaint, CADRE, then the Curaçao courts.

FAQ

Common questions about GodOdds

Can I get my money back from GodOdds?

Possibly. GodOdds is licensed in Curaçao, outside the UK system, so no UK adjudicator can order a refund. Recovery instead works through the operator's own complaints process, the evidence your payment history supports, and where appropriate a regulated legal partner. The right route depends on your evidence, and our initial assessment is free and confidential.

GodOdds is operated by Usoftgaming N.V., licensed in Curaçao, under licence CGA/2025/1353/1345. It is recorded as licensed under Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA). This licence sits outside GamStop, so a GamStop self-exclusion does not block accounts held under it.

GodOdds accepts UK players. The United Kingdom is not among the territories listed in clause 16.3 of the GodOdds terms, so UK registrations are not excluded by the terms (the clause ends "although there is no specific list"). Usoftgaming N.V. and GodOdds have no entry on the Gambling Commission public register (searched 3 September 2026), so the brand is not UKGC-licensed and not covered by GAMSTOP. The licence in force when you played is what shapes the routes open to you.

Our research found no substantiated public regulator or court action against GodOdds. This file reflects licence and status records only, and is not a suggestion of wrongdoing.

Preserve the evidence first: screenshot your balance, the stuck withdrawal, chat transcripts and emails, and save the terms as they read today. Then make one formal written complaint and escalate to the right authority or a regulated legal partner. Avoid closing the account or accepting a partial settlement before you have taken advice.

No. Nothing is sent to any operator without your written consent. The first an operator hears of your case is a formal complaint you have approved.

The terms set no processing time. The payouts page marks payment as 24H for the Copper to Ruby loyalty levels and Instant from Sapphire upwards, subject to the daily and 30-day cashout caps for each level, and clause 3.17 requires a one-time verification before any cash out. Complaints published on Trustpilot describe verification running well beyond the five working days reviewers say they were quoted, so the realistic clock starts when the last document is accepted, not when the request is made.

Yes. Clause 3.3 lets the operator request a passport, utility bills, bank statements and any other document, clause 3.17 requires a one-time verification before cashout, and clause 5.1 allows further documentation at any point. The KYC page (last updated 24 September 2021) adds source of funds requests, listing payslips, bank statements, trust deeds or dated proof of an award, and says withdrawals may be restricted while checks run. Documents can be refused for reasons staff deem appropriate.

The terms allow suspension or termination "immediately at its absolute discretion" (clause 3.6), closure over a player's jurisdiction (clauses 16.2 and 16.3), closure of any additional account (clause 3.12) and termination for a KYC breach without explanation (KYC page). None of those clauses obliges the operator to tell you which one it relied on, so ask for the reason and the balance in writing. The LOK gives you six months from the incident to lodge a formal complaint, and the operator must answer within four weeks, extendable once.

The payouts page publishes a cashout limit per day and per 30 days by loyalty level: £2,000 / £5,000 at Copper, £2,000 / £7,000 at Bronze, £2,000 / £8,000 at Silver, £3,000 / £10,000 at Gold, £5,000 / £20,000 at Ruby, £10,000 / £50,000 at Sapphire, £20,000 / £100,000 at Diamond, £50,000 / £200,000 at Platinum, £100,000 / £400,000 at Emerald and £200,000 / £1,000,000 at VIP (roughly $2,600 / $6,500 up to $260,000 / $1,300,000). Levels are set by wagering, from £30,000 at Copper to £10,000,000 at VIP.

Clause 16.3 of the terms says Usoftgaming N.V. does not accept registrations from the United States, Aruba, Australia, the Netherlands, Saba, Sint Maarten, Sint Eustatius, the Czech Republic, France, Belgium, Bonaire, Lithuania, South Africa and Curaçao, then adds "although there is no specific list". Clauses 3.14 and 16.2 put the burden of judging legality on the player and reserve the right to suspend and close accounts on that basis.

Usoftgaming N.V. (company number 141305, Willemstad, Curaçao) holds licence CGA/2025/1353/1345. The CGA certificate lists five approved domains under it: betswagger.com, gododds.com, hustlescasino.com, ph.casino and playhubcasino.com, and usoftgaming.com links straight to betswagger.com. casino.guru records the owner as Usoftgaming B.V. and says the brand is linked to four other casinos; the site and the certificate both say N.V.
