Who operates Bronze Casino

Bronze Casino's own home page, read 7 September 2026, states in its introductory marketing text (not in the site footer or the Terms and Conditions page) that 'Bronze Casino operates under a Curacao eGaming licence (license no. 8048/JAZ2015-035), ensuring a regulated gaming environment. Established in 2018 and owned by Alpha Interactive Solutions N.V.' The site's footer, by contrast, carries only a copyright notice for 2026 and links to its Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Responsible Gaming page and Terms & Conditions, with no separate licence or entity statement of its own.

The Curaçao Gaming Authority's online licence register, 3 September 2026 edition, was searched on 7 September 2026 for the terms 'Bronze', 'Alpha Interactive' and the licence number 8048: none of the three searches returned a row. The register's 3 September 2026 edition holds no row containing 8048, and none for Alpha Interactive Solutions N.V. or Bronze Casino. A second domain trading under the same brand name, bronze-casino.uk, was also read on 7 September 2026; its footer states only a copyright notice and an 18+ age statement, names no licence, entity or regulator, and no terms and conditions page could be found on it. A listing on AskGamblers, read 7 September 2026, names the same owner, Alpha Interactive Solutions N.V., and describes the licence as 'Curacao Gaming Control Board' without quoting a licence number, which is independent (third-party) corroboration of the entity name the site itself gives, though it does not supply a register row either. On the strength of what the operator's own domain, the register search and that listing show, Clinton & Co could not validate a licence for Bronze Casino against the Curaçao Gaming Authority register on 7 September 2026.

What the terms allow Bronze Casino to do

Bronze Casino's Terms & Conditions, read 7 September 2026, set eligibility at 'aged 18 and over, in line with UK legislation' and require that 'Users must complete full identity and age verification before withdrawals or bonuses can be processed.' On withdrawals, the terms state plainly that 'Withdrawals may require re-verification of personal and payment details to prevent fraudulent activity,' with no stated timeframe for how long that re-verification may take or what documents it may demand. The governing-law clause requires that, by registering an account, a user agrees 'to comply fully with the rules, as mandated by United Kingdom law and relevant gaming authorities.' No clause anywhere in the document sets out a list of restricted or excluded countries.

On account closure, the terms reserve the right to 'suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms & Conditions,' and separately state that 'Inactivity of over 12 months may result in account closure, with funds handled as required by law,' without naming a dormancy fee or a fixed process for returning a dormant balance. On disputes, the terms give a single route: 'Users may contact support@bronzecasino.uk.com for any service-related queries or disputes,' stating that complaints are 'handled in accordance with UK regulations' without naming a complaint window, an external adjudicator or an ADR body. No clause sets a maximum win or withdrawal limit. A liability clause states that Bronze Casino 'does not accept responsibility for interruptions, technical malfunctions, or unauthorised third-party access,' and that 'Winnings may be void if user conduct violates these Terms or local laws.'

Is Bronze Casino withholding a withdrawal?

The playbook for a stalled Bronze Casino payout is in what to do when a casino withholds your winnings. Where the sum is substantial, a voided win, a confiscated balance or a withdrawal Bronze Casino will not release, our withheld winnings service sets out the evidence that matters and when a specialist assessment of a Bronze Casino case is proportionate.

What the record shows

Our research found no substantiated public regulatory or court action against Bronze Casino. This file reflects licence and status records only, and is not a suggestion of wrongdoing.

Is Bronze Casino legit?

"Legit" needs unpacking. Bronze Casino claims a Curaçao licence that could not be validated against the register. Our research found no substantiated regulator or court action against Bronze Casino. No UK Gambling Commission licence is recorded for it, so GamStop and the UK dispute framework do not apply, which matters more than any review score if something goes wrong. A licence is not a promise that players are treated fairly. You can verify a Curaçao licence yourself against the CGA's official register with our free licence checker.

Complaints about Bronze Casino

A listing on AskGamblers, read 7 September 2026, records 116 total complaints against Bronze Casino, with 114 of 115 logged cases resolved (99 per cent) and a 2-day average first response. Complaint themes described on that listing include withdrawal delays running weeks beyond a promised timeframe, with some accounts describing a payment reported as bounced back and reissued; repeated requests for documentation a player states they had already supplied, in one case described as bank statements sent on five or more separate occasions; and accounts suspended during a pending withdrawal, including one player's account of an account closed while EUR 600 (roughly £515/$680) sat unwithdrawn. The same listing states that Bronze Casino is closed; the operator's own domain, which returned a normal page on 7 September 2026, does not corroborate that, so it is reported here as the listing's own statement rather than as a fact about the site's current operating status. These are attributed player and publisher accounts rather than regulatory findings, and no other review or complaints platform was checked for Bronze Casino on 7 September 2026.

A complaint about Bronze Casino should go to Bronze Casino itself first, in writing, through the complaints channel it publishes or its support address where it publishes none, with every reply kept. If Bronze Casino does not resolve it, escalation points at Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA), and in practice the pressure comes from the evidence your own records support. The sequence is set out in how to escalate a casino complaint.

What the licence requires

Bronze Casino's licence position could not be validated against the register, and no UK Gambling Commission licence is recorded for it, so GamStop and the UK dispute-resolution framework do not apply. Read more on how Curaçao casino law works.

If you are trying to recover money

Because no licence this file could confirm now stands behind Bronze Casino, there is no adjudicator anywhere that can order a refund, so recovery runs as a claim built on the Bronze Casino terms as they stood when you played and on the evidence your own records support, taken forward with a regulated legal partner where they support it. Preserve your account evidence first, then see how gambling-loss recovery works, the evidence you need to recover losses, and how to escalate a casino complaint.

Check whether Bronze Casino appears on the Curaçao enforcement register before you write.

Two guides carry the detail for a Curaçao brand like Bronze Casino. Getting your money back from a Curaçao casino sets out the complaint order and what the regulator can realistically do about Bronze Casino. Where you had self-excluded with Bronze Casino and it kept taking deposits, read what a failed self-exclusion is worth. The free complaint route finder maps the order for you.

If the amount is large

A five or six figure balance at Bronze Casino is handled differently from a small one, and the Curaçao rules explain why. Under the Gaming Authority’s anti-money-laundering regulations of January 2025, Bronze Casino must carry out customer due diligence once your financial transactions reach NAf 4,000, roughly £1,700 / $2,200, counted cumulatively across every deposit and withdrawal since you opened the Bronze Casino account rather than transaction by transaction. Where that threshold is crossed because you asked to withdraw, the regulations require Bronze Casino to freeze the account completely until your documents reach Bronze Casino. They also set a limit the other way: if Bronze Casino has not received the information within 30 days of the threshold being reached, it must end the Bronze Casino relationship, and where no presumption of money laundering exists the funds are to be transferred to you. Higher-risk Bronze Casino accounts attract enhanced due diligence, which is where the Bronze Casino requests for source of funds and source of wealth come from, covering savings, employment income, property sales, dividends, inheritances and earlier gambling winnings. The Bronze Casino commercial treatment usually shifts alongside the compliance one: the Bronze Casino host who answered within minutes goes quiet, and Bronze Casino withdrawal limits that never mattered on a £500 / $650 payout start to govern a £50,000 / $65,000 one. Where the Bronze Casino account is frozen, the escalation route is set out under Where you are playing from.

Where you are playing from

Four steps, in order, and they are the same wherever in the world you were playing from, because they attach to the Bronze Casino Curaçao licence. Complain in writing to Bronze Casino within six months of the incident (LOK Article 5.3: free, acknowledged within a week, answered by Bronze Casino within four weeks, extendable once by four weeks). Escalate to alternative dispute resolution, which the LOK requires a licensee to offer at its own expense and which the Authority requires to be run by a provider holding its certification, and which the Authority expects to run no longer than 90 days from the referral; a licensee that has engaged no certified provider is in breach of that requirement rather than exempt from it. Send a copy of the complaint to complaints@cga.cw, knowing the Curaçao Gaming Authority cannot mediate or order compensation but does use complaints to supervise licensees such as Bronze Casino. Then the Curaçao courts, which Article 5.5 requires a licensee to nominate in its gaming agreement and where a player’s claim against a licensee such as Bronze Casino is enforceable.

The Bronze Casino licence could not be validated against the Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA) register, so treat the licence route as conditional on that licence existing; the domestic angles below stand either way.

If you are in the United States

There is no state regulator standing behind Bronze Casino for a United States player: online gambling is licensed state by state and an offshore site like Bronze Casino holds no state licence, so nothing in state law reaches your Bronze Casino balance. In August 2025 a coalition of 50 state attorneys general asked the Department of Justice to block offshore platforms and their payment systems under the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act, which is enforcement rather than a route to the money Bronze Casino holds. Your state consumer protection office or attorney general can log the Bronze Casino dispute. The route that reaches Bronze Casino itself is the one attached to the Bronze Casino licence: the Curaçao route above.

If you are in the EU

Whether an EU player has a domestic claim against Bronze Casino depends on the country. In Austria the position on an operator like Bronze Casino is settled: the OGH in 1 Ob 229/20p held that a provider without an Austrian concession acts unlawfully, its contracts are ineffective and the player is entitled to repayment of the stake, so an Austrian Bronze Casino player has a recognised route. In Germany the Court of Justice of the EU (Case C-440/23, 16 April 2026) confirmed that EU law does not prevent a restitution claim for stakes lost with Bronze Casino on games prohibited in the player’s home state, though that ruling concerned Malta-licensed operators rather than Bronze Casino and the BGH’s lead decision (I ZR 216/25, hearing 17 September 2026) is pending, so a German Bronze Casino claim is not yet settled law. The Dutch Supreme Court ruled on 3 July 2026 that contracts with an unlicensed operator such as Bronze Casino are not automatically void, so a Dutch Bronze Casino player has no automatic refund, only a possible claim against Bronze Casino for mistake or in tort. For every other EU country the sourced route against Bronze Casino is the Curaçao route above, the one attached to the Bronze Casino licence.

If you are in Canada or Australia

In Canada the only regulator with a player-dispute process is Ontario’s, and it reaches Ontario-registered sites only, so it does not reach Bronze Casino: the AGCO says it cannot get your money back from Bronze Casino and only assists with disputes about regulated sites, and iGaming Ontario has no legal relationship with unregulated operators and cannot refund wagers. Every other province runs a government monopoly, and we have found no domestic route against Bronze Casino there. In Australia the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 bans online casinos outright; ACMA accepts complaints about breaches but says plainly that Australian regulators cannot help if an overseas site such as Bronze Casino withholds your winnings, and points Bronze Casino players back to the licensing authority abroad. For Bronze Casino that means the Curaçao route above.

If you are in the UK

A UK player has no domestic adjudicator for a Bronze Casino dispute. The Gambling Commission says it is illegal to provide gambling to consumers in Great Britain without the operating licence Bronze Casino does not hold, wherever in the world the gambling is provided from, and Bronze Casino holds no such licence. So GAMSTOP, which covers only GB-licensed operators, never applied to Bronze Casino; the ADR requirement in the licence conditions, and IBAS, which adjudicates only against operators registered with it, do not reach Bronze Casino; and the Commission has no powers to resolve individual complaints or help consumers get money back from Bronze Casino, although it asks for unlicensed sites to be reported to intelligencereports@gamblingcommission.gov.uk. What reaches Bronze Casino is the Curaçao route above, the one attached to the Bronze Casino licence.

FAQ

Common questions about Bronze Casino

Can I get my money back from Bronze Casino?

Possibly. No licence this file could confirm now stands behind Bronze Casino, so there is no regulator or adjudicator anywhere that can order a refund. Recovery instead works through the Bronze Casino terms as they stood when you played, the evidence your payment history supports, and where appropriate a regulated legal partner. The right route depends on your evidence, and our initial assessment is free and confidential.

Not confirmed: Bronze Casino's own home page states it is 'owned by Alpha Interactive Solutions N.V.', but no row for that entity, or for Bronze Casino, appears on the Curaçao Gaming Authority's online licence register, 3 September 2026 edition. Bronze Casino's licence position could not be validated against the register check recorded on this file. It is recorded as listed under Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA). The brand has operated since 2018. This licence sits outside GamStop, so a GamStop self-exclusion does not block accounts held under it.

Bronze Casino's position on UK players is not clear-cut. The operator's own terms and conditions, read 7 September 2026, contain no restricted-territories clause. Age eligibility is stated as 'in line with UK legislation' and the governing-law clause requires compliance 'as mandated by United Kingdom law and relevant gaming authorities', but no clause names the United Kingdom, or any other country, as excluded from registering or playing. Whichever applies, the licence in force when you played is what shapes the routes open to you.

Our research found no substantiated public regulator or court action against Bronze Casino. This file reflects licence and status records only, and is not a suggestion of wrongdoing.

Preserve the evidence first: screenshot your balance, the stuck withdrawal, chat transcripts and emails, and save the terms as they read today. Then make one formal written complaint and escalate to the right authority or a regulated legal partner. Avoid closing the account or accepting a partial settlement before you have taken advice.

No. Nothing is sent to any operator without your written consent. The first an operator hears of your case is a formal complaint you have approved.

Is Bronze Casino holding your money?

The sooner the evidence is preserved, the stronger the file. Our initial assessment is free and strictly confidential.
