Basswin publishes no operating company, registration number, licence number or regulator anywhere on basswin007.com, and the Curacao Gaming Authority online register of 3 September 2026 lists none of the three entities its separate marketing domains name, while the Gambling Commission register downloaded on 4 September 2026 carries no Basswin business, trading name or domain.

Not established. basswin007.com names no operating company on its home page, About us page, Privacy Policy, Contacts page or Terms and Conditions (all read 4 September 2026). Separate marketing domains name three different companies: Bass Win Gaming Ltd. (Curacao), RBGaming N.V. and, in a third-party review, Cerberlot N.V. None of the three appears in the Curacao Gaming Authority register of 3 September 2026.

Both facts are cited: basswin007.com and gamingcontrol.spin-cdn.com.

Basswin states no licence number and names no regulator, so there is no register entry to check; the registers cited in the sources beneath were searched on 4 September 2026 and carry no matching business or domain.

Who operates Basswin

Nobody is named. The live platform at basswin007.com was read in full on 4 September 2026, and it publishes no operating company, no company registration number, no licence number, no regulator and no registered address. That is true of the home page, the About us page, the Privacy Policy, the Contacts page and the Terms and Conditions alike, and there is no validator seal anywhere in the footer. A full-text search of the 279,716 byte home page for licen, Curac, N.V, B.V, OGL, antillephone and Cerberlot returned no match. The Privacy Policy names no data controller, referring only to "Bass Win Casino" and "our company". The Contacts page gives an email address and the telephone number +441294620814 and nothing else. The mirror at bass-win.uk.net serves the identical terms text and is equally silent.

The entity claims sit somewhere else entirely, on marketing domains, and they do not agree with one another. loginbasswin.uk.com, which is where basswin.casino lands, gives "Owner Bass Win Gaming Ltd. (Curacao)" and a launch year of 2024. basswin-uk.org.uk states that "Basswin is operated by RBGaming N.V., a company registered under the laws of Curacao" and adds that its gaming activities are regulated by Antillephone N.V. under "Licence No. 8048/JAZ". basswin.uk.net repeats RBGaming N.V. and the same number. uk.basswincasino.co.uk asserts a valid and reputable Curacao eGaming permission with no number and no company attached. A third-party review at ukcasinoblog.co.uk, dated 28 August 2026, records that promotional pages and third-party profiles have associated the brand with Cerberlot N.V. One further point about that number: 8048/JAZ is the master licence number of Antillephone N.V. itself, not a licence issued to any Basswin company, so the claim identifies no permission held by this operator.

The registers are recorded here beside those claims, without reconciling them. The Curacao Gaming Authority online gaming licence registry of 3 September 2026, read as the primary PDF on 4 September 2026, contains no licensee matching Bass Win, Bass Win Gaming, RBGaming or Cerberlot; nor does the 27 August 2026 edition. The Gambling Commission register downloaded on 4 September 2026 carries no Basswin business, trading name or domain. The Anjouan register returns no rows for the brand, and no Anjouan permission is claimed anyway. The Antillephone validator could not be reached on 4 September 2026, so the 8048/JAZ claim could not be tested at its own validator, and the CGA certificate portal could not be queried because no licence number exists for this brand to query it with. Dates conflict too: clause 1 of the platform terms states that they are valid from 1 January 2017, the About us page says the brand has been known for more than one decade, and the landing page gives a launch year of 2024.

Domains, integrity checks and the public record

Basswin is not one website but a set of them, and knowing which one took your deposit matters before anything else. The platform is basswin007.com. bass-win.uk.net serves the identical terms text and is therefore a platform mirror. basswin.casino redirects to a marketing landing page at loginbasswin.uk.com, bass.win is a WordPress page whose every menu link redirects into the platform registration form with affiliate tracking parameters, and basswincasino.co.uk is a separate affiliate page. Two domains the brand is still filed under elsewhere, 07basswin.com and basswin07.com, did not resolve at all on 4 September 2026, while Gamecheck and Trustpilot both still carry profiles for them, which points to a rotating numeric-suffix domain set rather than a closure. One practical consequence: the terms published at loginbasswin.uk.com are shorter and differently worded, and name no company, no regulator and no withdrawal limits, so a player who read the terms on that landing page did not read the terms that govern play on the platform.

One third-party integrity finding is on record and it is not a regulatory one. Gamecheck, which describes itself as collecting evidence on behalf of game providers, publishes a profile for 07basswin.com under the brand name basswin headed "Fake Games Detected", explaining that a selection of games from multiple providers was checked and fake games were found. Its dated check history records that finding on 31 March 2026, 15 March 2026 and 26 January 2026. Gamecheck is an industry body rather than a regulator, so this is an integrity finding published by a third party and is recorded here as exactly that.

No regulatory or court action naming this operator was located on public record as of 4 September 2026. The searches run were the Australian Communications and Media Authority site search, the Netherlands Kansspelautoriteit search, the Swedish Spelinspektionen search, the Belgian Gaming Commission's blocked list, the Gambling Commission register, and searches for Curacao court reports, insolvency notices, advertising rulings and trade press at iGaming Business, NEXT.io, Gambling Insider and SBC. Each returned nothing naming Basswin, Bass Win, Bass Win Gaming Ltd, RBGaming N.V. or Cerberlot N.V. Two adjacent results need keeping apart from this brand: the Belgian blocked list carries bassbet.com and bassbet2.com by decision of 12 February 2026, and an April 2026 Australian blocking round included a brand reported as Bass Bet. Bass Bet is a different operator with its own review pages, and nothing read connects it to Basswin. Finally, the brand's marketing sits squarely in the not-on-GamStop segment: uk.basswincasino.co.uk carries a Remove Gamstop promotion block, basswin-uk.org.uk describes itself as a non-GamStop casino, and clause 5.4 of the platform terms excludes GAMSTOP members by contract.

Withdrawal delayed or refused

A Basswin withdrawal pending for days sits against terms that give the operator time and give you none. Clause 9.16 says a request "may be processed within 36 hours", which is permission rather than a deadline. Clause 9.17 allows further checks on gaming transactions lasting up to 30 days, clause 12.7 allows the game provider up to 30 calendar days to verify winnings, and clause 11.8 allows an investigation of up to 75 days with the account restricted throughout. Clause 9.12 blocks any payout until every payment into the account has been verified and all verification activities completed, and clause 9.13.2 triggers an identification process on any cash out of USD 1,000 (about £770) or more. Clause 9.13 also requires a successful deposit in the last 30 days before a payout request, clause 9.13.5 allows only one open request at a time, and clause 9.14 permits a fee of 20 per cent of the amount withdrawn where the money was not played. Complaints published on Trustpilot describe withdrawals rejected on roughly 48 hour cycles with payment provider explanations, and reviews published on Casino Guru describe four consecutive failed 400 euro (about £345 / $435) attempts.

Account blocked or frozen

Basswin can close an account without giving a reason for it. Clause 13.4 lists the closure grounds and the first is "We have decided not to provide services to you", followed by a link to a previously deleted account, a link to an existing blocked account, third-party software and use of the account for dishonest purposes. Clause 13.2 is the one to read next: if an account has been deleted or blocked, the return of funds present at closure is not processed and bonuses are not cashed out. Clause 4.3 lets the operator refuse further service for a breach of its KYC policy, clause 4.2 allows checks by telephone and a photograph of you holding your identity document, and clause 11.7 allows verification on randomly selected accounts. Clause 4.8 blocks the account and every deposit, bonus and win inside it on suspicion, until unnamed authorities or a court of competent jurisdiction give permission to unblock. Verification stuck is one of the themes reviewers publish: reviews published on Casino Guru describe identity documents, three bank statements and photographs of three cards submitted without the account ever being fully verified. Winnings voided or confiscated

Confiscated winnings at Basswin rest on a wide spread of clauses rather than one. Clause 29.2 caps the stake at 2 euro (about £1.70 / $2.20) while a bonus is active and treats a larger bet as bonus abuse that may result in confiscation of all winnings obtained that way; clause 29.5 treats low risk covering bets and cutting stake size sharply after building a balance the same way, as bonus misuse that may result in account termination. Clause 9.3 confiscates all winnings and refunds only the deposit where money arrived from a relative, friend or partner. Clause 6.6 allows duplicate accounts across related domains to be blocked and their funds confiscated without prior notice, although no legal entity is named anywhere in the document to define what related means. Clause 10.5 cancels winnings made while playing in more than one tab, and clauses 11.2 and 11.5 allow winnings to be cancelled on suspicion of abuse with no obligation to compensate. Casino Guru's review flags a rule it says lets the operator act, including confiscating winnings, without valid justification, and the complaint titles printed on that page include a confiscation of EUR 29,048 (about £25,000 / $31,500).

Basswin has not gone dark, but its domains move. basswin007.com was live on 4 September 2026 and bass-win.uk.net serves the identical terms text, so that address is a platform mirror rather than an affiliate page. Two domains the brand is still filed under elsewhere, 07basswin.com and basswin07.com, did not resolve at all that day, while Gamecheck and Trustpilot still carry profiles for them, so a domain that stops answering is not proof the operator has closed. What players describe is silence rather than absence. The Contacts page publishes an email address and a telephone number and no company or address. Clause 22.1 requires you to contact support before filing a complaint, sets no time limit and names no external body, arbitration scheme or regulator to escalate to. Clause 22.2 makes the operator's own server records final evidence, and clause 22.3 makes the balance on its server final where it differs from the balance you can see. It shows 5 complaints in its own database and 1,905 black points, with the Safety Index breakdown giving 25 total complaints split as 0 opened, 5 unresolved, 2 resolved and 18 rejected, and no blacklist entries. The complaint titles printed on that page carry disputed amounts including winnings confiscated at EUR 29,048 (about £25,000 / $31,500), withdrawal delayed at GBP 1,437 (about $1,870), winnings not yet received at EUR 14,000 (about £12,050 / $15,200) and access to account blocked at EUR 400 (about £345 / $435). The individual complaint pages redirect to the site's general complaints list and could not be opened, so only the titles and amounts as printed on the review page are used here.

Reviews published on Casino Guru describe a five figure win the reviewer says was confiscated, with replies the reviewer describes as copied from elsewhere; identity documents, three bank statements and photographs of three cards submitted repeatedly without the account being fully verified; withdrawals offered only to Mastercard when the deposit came from a Visa or other debit card; four consecutive failed 400 euro (about £345 / $435) withdrawal attempts attributed by the operator to a payment side issue; and a very large win offered in GBP 400 (about $520) instalments over about a year. On the other side, one reviewer describes withdrawals arriving within 36 hours once a Mastercard had been verified. Two Casino Guru forum threads add posts describing a requirement to wager three times the deposit before approval, a request to open a Skrill account to receive payment, unsolicited telephone calls, a stated 20 per cent charge on withdrawals attributed to bank costs, and a support telephone number a poster traced to North Berwick in Scotland.

The brand has several separate Trustpilot profiles rather than one. Three were read on 4 September 2026: bass.win at a TrustScore of 1.4 from 242 reviews, basswin07.com at 1.6 from 49 reviews, and basswincasino.co.uk at 1.7 from 67 reviews. Complaints published across those profiles describe withdrawals rejected on roughly 48 hour cycles with payment provider or technical explanations, balances in the low thousands of pounds or euro that reviewers say could not be withdrawn despite repeated document submissions, a GBP 100 (about $130) minimum withdrawal, a Mastercard-only payout route, telephone calls from an account manager after a withdrawal request, bonus wagering far above what the reviewer expected, and marketing as a site without deposit limits. A minority of reviews describe payouts that did arrive. Trustpilot prints on every page that it does not fact-check reviews, and none of this is a finding of fact against the operator: it is what players have published, attributed to where they published it.

If the amount is large

A five or six figure balance meets Basswin's published ladder head on. Clause 9.13.4 caps payouts at 2,000 euro a day (about £1,725 / $2,175), 10,000 euro a week (about £8,600 / $10,850) and 40,000 euro a month (about £34,500 / $43,500), "except in certain cases it may be agreed with the administration of the Site". On those numbers a £100,000 / $130,000 balance takes the best part of three months to leave even if nothing is queried, and reviews published on Casino Guru describe a very large win offered in GBP 400 (about $520) instalments over about a year. Clause 9.13.5 allows only one open withdrawal request at a time, so the queue cannot be run in parallel. Clause 9.13.2 puts any request of USD 1,000 (about £770) or more into an identification process, and clause 4.2 allows source of funds enquiries by telephone and by document, including proof of ownership of every card used and the bank statements behind them. There is no licence sitting behind those requests: no regulator has set a standard for how long the checks may take, no ADR provider is named in the terms, and clause 4.5 cites a "Prevention of Money Laundering Act" without naming the country whose Act it is. VIP style attention arrives as a telephone call from an account manager after a large withdrawal request, which the published reviews describe repeatedly, and the call itself should be documented rather than treated as progress. Where you are playing from

Clause 3.4 names the Netherlands, France, Spain and Italy, and clause 3.4.1 adds twenty one further member states, among them Germany, Belgium, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and Malta. Ireland is absent from both lists. Two further countries on the same clause 3.4 list sit outside the European Union, Ukraine and Georgia, and a player in either is excluded by the operator's own rule before any dispute begins. Searches of the Netherlands Kansspelautoriteit and of Sweden's Spelinspektionen on 4 September 2026 returned no decision naming this brand. Clause 3.4.1 lists both Canada and the Commonwealth of Australia among the countries barred from the site. The Australian Communications and Media Authority site search for basswin on 4 September 2026 returned no result, and no blocking request or formal warning naming this brand appears in its published rounds. A separate brand reported as Bass Bet featured in an April 2026 blocking round and its domains sit on the Belgian blocked list; nothing read connects Bass Bet to Basswin, and the two should not be confused.

If you are in the UK

The United Kingdom appears in neither restricted list, and the brand's marketing is aimed there: a Basswin UK landing page, a basswincasino.co.uk affiliate site and a +44 telephone number on the Contacts page. The Gambling Commission register downloaded on 4 September 2026 carries no Basswin business, trading name or domain, so GamStop, IBAS and the Commission play no part here. Clause 5.4 goes further and requires every player to declare that they are not and never have been a GAMSTOP member.
