The Curacao Gaming Authority registry of 3 September 2026 carries none of those things. casino.guru names Fortune Master Limitada as the operator, and the Anjouan register does hold that company under ALSI-202505022-FI1, valid to 13 May 2027, but for verywellcasino.best rather than the .com. Who operates Verywell Casino

The operator says almost nothing about itself. verywellcasino.com makes exactly one licence statement anywhere on its own site: a single cell in a features table on the home page reading "Licence Curacao". No operating company, company number, licence number, licensing authority, registered address, payment agent, seal or validator link appears on that page, and none appears in the terms and conditions, the privacy policy, the betting rules, the responsible gaming page or the contacts page either. The 27 clauses of the terms use the word Company throughout without ever defining it, print no governing law and name no court, and carry only one date, 1 January 2017. All of those pages were read on 4 September 2026.

Three registers were then checked against that claim, and they do not line up. The Curacao Gaming Authority online licence registry of 3 September 2026 carries no entry for Verywell, for verywellcasino.com or for Fortune Master Limitada, and the 27 August 2026 edition held in this site's own data is the same; so the one jurisdiction the operator names does not carry it. The Anjouan Gaming Authority register does carry Fortune Master Limitada, the company casino.guru names as both owner and operator, under licence ALSI-202505022-FI1, status Valid, type b2c, issued 14 May 2025 and expiring 13 May 2027. But the approved domain on that licence is verywellcasino.best, one of 45 domains listed, and a register search for verywellcasino.com returns 0 of 1,508 licences. verywellcasino.best itself returned HTTP 401 on 4 September 2026, so the domain that is registered is not serving players while the domain that is serving players is not registered. The Gambling Commission register, last updated 4 September 2026, returns nothing for verywell, verywellcasino.com or Fortune Master.

A third licensing story attaches to the same trading name and should not be merged with the first two. A separate Trustpilot business profile for very-well.casino, claimed by the company in December 2024, carries company-written text stating that the brand debuted in 2023 under the regulation and licensing of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation and is operated and owned by Very Well LTD, with a Leicestershire address and a mobile telephone number. A Companies House search on 4 September 2026 found no company of that name at that address, and very-well.casino did not resolve on the day. The establishment dates do not agree either: casino.guru records 2020, the terms are dated 2017 and that profile says 2023. All three are recorded here as read, and none is reconciled.

What the terms do not say

On a page about getting money back, the absences in this document matter as much as the clauses. There is no governing law clause anywhere in the 27 terms and no court is named, so the document that governs your account does not say where a dispute would be heard. No dispute resolution provider, no regulator and no ombudsman is named as an escalation route in the terms, the betting rules or the contacts page. Clause 20.1 sends a complaint to the support service first and only then allows a claim to be lodged, without naming a time limit or a body to lodge it with, and clauses 20.2 and 20.3 make the operator's own server records the final evidence, adding that any amount on your account may be lost as a result of a person's error or a technical problem. The betting rules give a sports claim five days from the completion of the event at clause 2.17 and leave an unprecedented dispute to the Company's final decision.

Two further clauses are worth knowing before you write. Clause 22 gives the operator the right to transfer, assign, sub-licence or pledge the terms to any person, in whole or in part, including where the resulting terms are less beneficial to you, and no clause in the 27 terms bars a player from assigning or transferring a claim. Clause 2.1 allows the terms to be edited at any time without prior notice, with notification by posting only, and the only date printed on them is 1 January 2017, so what governed your account on the day of the dispute may not be what is published now. Clause 5.5.6 refers to reporting suspicious transactions to the competent Maltese or UK authorities, neither of which is a jurisdiction in which any licence is claimed on this site, and clause 11.6 says that on closure where the player does not respond, gambling funds will be transferred to the supervisory authority or resource, without naming one.

The self-exclusion wording sits in the same place. Clause 11.7 states that a self-exclusion made via support is valid for 30 days from the blocking date, and the responsible gaming page says a break is arranged by writing to support and that account blocking is possible only after a call from the support manager to the account owner. The home page features table records the GamStop scheme as "Not Available". A player who asked for a permanent block therefore gets a 30 day one by the operator's own rule, and the complaint published on casino.guru describes exactly that pattern.

Withdrawal delayed or refused

A Verywell Casino withdrawal pending for days runs into three separate clocks in the operator's own terms. Clause 7.18 says your withdrawal could be reviewed within 36 hours, clause 7.16 sends anything above 1,000 EUR (about £860 / $1,080) for additional verification of gaming transactions for up to 72 hours, and clause 5.3 says the possibility of withdrawing may be limited while verification is running. Account blocked or frozen

Two different mechanisms block an account here, and separating them changes what you write. The first is verification. Clause 5.5.5 applies KYC checks to every player who deposits, before or after the deposit, and lists what may be demanded: a valid passport, a utility bill issued within the last 30 days or a bank statement, a selfie with a document, and both sides of every payment card used. Clause 9.7 adds selective verification of accounts chosen at random. Confiscated winnings at this operator rest on a long list of clauses rather than one. Clause 7.3 refuses funds from third parties, naming relatives, friends, partners and spouses, and states that all winnings will then be confiscated and returned to the Company. Clause 7.8 lets the operator block the account, annul payments and recover winnings where it treats a deposit as suspicious or as a way of moving funds between payment systems. Clause 9.2 allows it to block or suspend all winnings and bonuses where it considers a player is trying to take advantage of the site, and clause 16.3.4 lets it withdraw payments, bonuses or winnings received through a breach. The contacts page carries a message form and nothing else, no company name, no address, no telephone number and no email address, so no published channel creates a record outside the operator's own system. Trustpilot has closed the profile for verywellcasino.com to new reviews under a banner saying the company's website has closed, which the live site contradicts; both facts are recorded here as read. casino.guru's page carries a flag saying the casino does not react to third party complaints. The terms then give that silence its shape: clause 20.1 sends a complaint to support first and names no time limit and no external body, clauses 20.2 and 20.3 make the operator's server records the final evidence, and no dispute resolution provider, regulator or ombudsman is named anywhere in the terms, the betting rules or the contacts page. Both figures are printed on the page and neither is reconciled here. The published complaint titles run from GBP 190 to GBP 38,000 and from EUR 300 to EUR 13,183, and their dominant subjects are withdrawal delay, withdrawal cancellation, restricted withdrawal options, document-driven withdrawal blocks and account closure requests not actioned. A separate complaint published there, recorded as unresolved with a "No reaction policy" verdict and 144 black points against EUR 2,000, describes a permanent block requested on stated mental health grounds, the account being reopened on request and then reopened again unasked, further losses and no reply from the operator.
