Golden Mister Withdrawal Problems? Not Paying Out, Blocked Accounts and Refund Options

Licence status, what the record shows and the routes open to players anywhere, with sources. A listing is a record, not an allegation of wrongdoing.

If Golden Mister is not paying out, start with the domains: goldenmister.com, goldenmister77.com and goldenmister88.net no longer resolve, and goldenmister777.com now shows a parking page. The platform behind it still trades as Mister Golden Casino at mistergolden.best, under the same internal brand identifier. casino.guru names Fortune Master Limitada as the owner, and that site's footer gives its Costa Rica registration as 3-102-918986. It holds Anjouan licence ALSI-202505022-FI1, recorded as Valid to 13 May 2027, although no Golden Mister domain is named on it, so the register does not confirm this brand. If you have lost money to Golden Mister, or lost a lot of money, this page covers withdrawal delays, blocked accounts, confiscated winnings, large balances and where to complain.

Fortune Master Limitada holds Anjouan licence ALSI-202505022-FI1, recorded as Valid to 13 May 2027, but no Golden Mister domain appears among the 46 domains approved on that licence, so the register does not confirm this brand, and the brand's own domains no longer serve the casino: goldenmister.com, goldenmister77.com and goldenmister88.net did not resolve and goldenmister777.com redirected to a domain parking page when checked on 4 September 2026.

Fortune Master Limitada (Costa Rica registration 3-102-918986, Provincia 06 Puntarenas, Canton 11 Garabito, Jaco, Costa Rica); named as the owner of Golden Mister Casino by casino.guru and named in the footer of the live platform at mistergolden.best; European representative Fara.Tech Services LTD (Cyprus HE 462026), Nicosia

Who operates Golden Mister

casino.guru names Fortune Master Limitada as the owner of Golden Mister Casino. The platform that carries the brand says the same in its own words, although it now does so under a different name: the footer at mistergolden.best states that the website is owned and operated by Fortune Master Limitada, registration number 3-102-918986, at an address in Jaco, Costa Rica, that it is regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, and that its European representative is Fara.Tech Services LTD, Cyprus registration HE 462026. The Anjouan Gaming public register, read in a rendered browser on 4 September 2026, returns a single row for that company: licence ALSI-202505022-FI1, status Valid, type b2c, issued 14 May 2025 and expiring 13 May 2027.

Two details sit beside that confirmation rather than inside it. First, the numbering does not match exactly: the operator's footer prints the licence ending F11, while the register prints FI1, with a capital i where the site has the first one. Second, and more usefully for anyone chasing money, the register's 46 approved domains include mistergolden.best, luckymister.best, verywellcasino.best and basswin.best, but no Golden Mister domain at all, and a register search for goldenmister returns no licence rows. The archived Golden Mister site of 11 July 2025 printed no licence claim, no operating entity, no registration number and no regulator anywhere on the page. So Fortune Master Limitada and licence ALSI-202505022-FI1 sit on the regulator's own register, read on a recorded date, while no Golden Mister domain was ever named on that licence, which is why the licence status recorded on this page is unverified: the register carries the company, not this brand.

casino.guru's review of the brand, last modified 6 July 2026, records a different conclusion on licensing: it states that as far as it knows the brand has no gambling licence, marks the licensing factor as negative on that basis, gives a Safety Index of 5.2 and rates the terms unfair with four issues found. Its complaints team closed two cases as unresolved on the same footing, in December 2024 and January 2026. Its review of the sibling brand VeryWell, read on the same day, names the same owner and records an Anjouan licence for that brand. Both positions are set out here as what those sources record, next to the register facts above, rather than resolved in either direction.

Where the Golden Mister site went

Every domain the brand traded under has stopped serving the casino. goldenmister.com does not resolve, and it was never the live site in any case: the Wayback Machine holds a single capture of it, a redirect dated 4 January 2024. goldenmister77.com, which casino.guru records as the operator's own address, does not resolve either, and its archived registration page of 4 August 2025 carries a canonical link to goldenmister88.net, a domain the archive holds one 301 capture of, from 17 July 2025, and which does not resolve today. goldenmister777.com still resolves but redirects to a domain parking page; its last casino captures are from July 2025. All four checks were run on 4 September 2026.

The platform behind them is still running under a new public name. mistergolden.best serves a casino titled Mister Golden Casino, and its page code sets the internal brand identifier goldenmister, with the support widget carrying the same value. That is the same platform brand identifier the archived Golden Mister site used, on the same underlying casino software. The About Us page there uses Mister Golden Casino throughout, gives no operating entity and no licence number, and never mentions Golden Mister at all, so a player who registered with the old brand will find nothing on the new site that connects the two by name.

That matters for two practical reasons. An account opened at a Golden Mister domain cannot be reached at that address any more, so any withdrawal, verification or complaint has to be pursued through the live platform's own channels rather than the address on your old emails. And a domain that has stopped resolving is not on its own evidence that the operator has gone: the company named on the licence is trading, and the complaint routes described below are the ones attached to it.

Withdrawal delayed or refused

A Golden Mister withdrawal pending for days has to be chased on the live platform, because the old domains no longer answer. The published clocks are short and the exceptions are long, and the documents that set them are the live platform's own, because the Golden Mister era terms are not held by the Wayback Machine. The FAQ at mistergolden.best puts processing at 24 to 36 hours, and Account Rules 3.7 says a request may be processed within 36 hours, but the same rule sends anything above EUR 1,000 for additional review, typically within 72 hours, and rule 3.10 allows further checks of gaming activity of up to 30 days. Rule 3.8 holds a payout funded by bank transfer until the deposit clears, in most cases up to five business days, and rule 3.5 allows only one active request at a time. Before you can cash out at all, rule 3.1.4 requires qualifying bets of at least three times your deposit, with low-risk table, crash and live bets and sports bets under odds 1.55 excluded from that turnover, and rule 3.6 allows a fee of 20 per cent for cashing out funds that have not been played. Complaints published on Trustpilot for goldenmister777.com describe withdrawal requests cancelled repeatedly and put down to technical problems, and rejections across four different cards and banks.

Account blocked or frozen

Two routes lead to a blocked Golden Mister account, and they need separating. The first is verification. Terms 1.4 requires identity checks before you can bet or withdraw, allows live selfie and video checks and database lookups, adds source of funds or wealth questions in higher risk situations, and lets the operator place temporary limits on deposits, bets and withdrawals or put the account on hold until the checks finish. The KYC Policy makes full checks compulsory on a withdrawal request of any amount, and will not accept an identity document issued by a country on its restricted list, which names the United Kingdom. Verification stuck at that point is not a technical fault, it is the clause working as written. The second is discretion. Terms 20.1 allows suspension or termination without notice on a reasonable belief of a breach, including suspected misuse of promotions, multiple accounts, or play from a prohibited jurisdiction or through a VPN. Terms 2.3 allows bets to be voided and funds withheld, and says prior notice may not always be given. Complaints published on Trustpilot describe an account blocked while a four-figure euro withdrawal was pending, with no clear explanation of the document problem.

Winnings voided or confiscated

Confiscated winnings at this operator meet the bonus rules first. Account Rules 4.3 caps a counting bet at EUR 2 while a bonus is active and states that a larger stake may be treated as bonus abuse and lead to confiscation of the winnings obtained that way; casino.guru's bonus table for the brand records wagering of 45 times the bonus, a maximum cash out of five times the deposit and the same EUR 2 bet cap. Rule 3.2 blocks any withdrawal while a bonus, free spins or free bets are in play. Two further rules confiscate outside the bonus: rule 2.3 confiscates and retains all winnings where a third-party payment is detected on a security check, and rules 1.5 to 1.5.3 void winnings accrued on a duplicate account and allow amounts already withdrawn to be reclaimed. Complaints published on casino.guru describe a withdrawal cancelled and the whole balance withheld after a single bet above the stated bonus maximum, with the player saying the system accepted the bet without a real-time block. What can be tested is whether the rule was applied at the time or only after the win.

Site not responding or gone dark

Golden Mister has closed, and that is the central fact of this page: every domain the brand traded under has stopped serving the casino. goldenmister.com, goldenmister77.com and goldenmister88.net did not resolve when checked on 4 September 2026, and goldenmister777.com redirected to a domain parking page. Trustpilot has removed the goldenmister.com profile from its site altogether. None of that means the operator has gone: the same platform serves today as Mister Golden Casino at mistergolden.best under the internal brand identifier goldenmister. Anjouan licence ALSI-202505022-FI1 is recorded as Valid to 13 May 2027 but names no Golden Mister domain, so the regulator route runs against Fortune Master Limitada and the live platform rather than the retired brand. The payout you are chasing has an address, just not the one in your old emails. Use the live platform's published channels, keep the complaint in writing and date it, and note the windows before you do: Terms 19.5 gives 14 calendar days from the session date for a game outcome dispute and 30 calendar days for account issues such as payout discrepancies, suspensions and bonus calculations, and the operator says it may not consider claims made later.

What the record shows

Our research found no substantiated public regulatory or court action against Golden Mister. This file reflects licence and status records only, and is not a suggestion of wrongdoing.

Is Golden Mister legit?

The honest answer to "is it legit" has parts. Golden Mister quotes licence ALSI-202505022-FI1 on its site, which could not be validated against the Anjouan Gaming (Union of the Comoros) register. Nothing substantiated from a regulator or court sits on the Golden Mister file. With no UK Gambling Commission licence recorded for it, GamStop does not cover it and no UK adjudicator can hear a dispute about it, which counts for more than any star rating once money is stuck. Holding a licence never guarantees players fair treatment.

Complaints about Golden Mister

Complaints published on Trustpilot for goldenmister777.com describe a consistent set of problems. The profile is unclaimed, scores 1.8 of 5 across 28 reviews with 89 per cent at one star, carries no company replies and shows its most recent review on 8 April 2026. Reviewers describe withdrawal requests cancelled repeatedly and attributed to technical problems; identity documents submitted several times and rejected as unverifiable; a five-figure win held for a stated 30 day game-provider check, followed by a requirement to deposit and wager again before a further withdrawal request, then rejections across four different cards and banks; an account blocked while a four-figure euro withdrawal was pending, with no clear explanation of the document problem; winnings removed in full for exceeding a stated maximum bet while a bonus was active, with the reviewer saying the limit message appeared only during the bonus; a minimum withdrawal floor and a low per-transaction maximum said to trap small balances; free spins credited while a withdrawal was pending, which the reviewer says cancelled it; and card descriptors on bank statements that reviewers say did not name the casino. One five-star review of 17 June 2025 reports verification inside 24 hours and a working card withdrawal.

casino.guru holds five complaints against the brand: two recorded unresolved, three rejected, none resolved. The amounts shown run from GBP 30 to GBP 3,200, with two euro cases at EUR 1,079 and EUR 1,140, submitted between November 2024 and July 2025. The themes published there are a withdrawal cancelled and the whole balance withheld after a single bet above the stated bonus maximum stake, with the player saying the system accepted the bet without a real-time block; winnings withheld after a bonus was said to have been wagered; a deposit refund promised in live chat and then refused because photo identity could not be supplied; an inability to complete email and phone verification, with the balance eventually lost in play; and continued play after repeated self-exclusion requests, including registration at a sibling site the player names as Bounty Reels. casino.guru's team recorded that the operator did not respond in the two unresolved cases.

There is nothing to add from the usual complaint boards. AskGamblers returns no results at all for the brand across every category, including complaints, and no LCB forum, Reddit or Bitcointalk thread naming Golden Mister or Fortune Master Limitada was located. All of the above are attributed player reports, not findings by any regulator or court.

A complaint about Golden Mister should go to Golden Mister itself first, in writing, through the complaints channel it publishes or its support address where it publishes none, with every reply kept. If Golden Mister does not resolve it, escalation runs through the Anjouan route set out under Where you are playing from, because the Anjouan authority does not handle player complaints itself. The sequence is set out in how to escalate a casino complaint.

What the licence requires

Golden Mister's licence position could not be validated against the register (the reference on this file, ALSI-202505022-FI1, is not confirmed for this brand), and no UK Gambling Commission licence is recorded for it, so GamStop and the UK dispute-resolution framework do not apply. Read more on what an Anjouan licence means for UK players.

An Anjouan licence sets a light-touch framework. Operators are expected to hold player funds responsibly and publish their terms, but enforcement is limited and there is no UK-style ombudsman behind it. The obligations still exist in the operator's own terms, and those terms are usually where a withheld-winnings or bonus dispute is won or lost.

Anjouan Gaming does not handle player complaints itself: its third-party complaint policy expects a written complaint to the licensee first, then a referral to an approved dispute resolution provider, then the courts. A formal, deadlined complaint citing the operator's own published terms, supported by your account and payment history, is therefore the first step.

If you are trying to recover money

Because no licence this file could confirm now stands behind Golden Mister, there is no adjudicator anywhere that can order a refund, so recovery runs as a claim built on the Golden Mister terms as they stood when you played and on the evidence your own records support, taken forward with a regulated legal partner where they support it. Preserve your account evidence first, then see how gambling-loss recovery works, the evidence you need to recover losses, and how to escalate a casino complaint.

Golden Mister sits outside the UK framework. For the wider picture, read getting money back from an offshore casino. If you self-excluded before Golden Mister took your deposits, read getting money back after gambling on GamStop. For the escalation order that applies to Golden Mister, licensed in Anjouan (Comoros), use the free complaint route finder.

If the amount is large

A five or six figure balance meets three of this operator's own clauses at once. First the caps, which contradict each other. Terms 6.7 limits withdrawals to EUR 5,000 a month (about £4,300 / $5,400) where the balance is at least ten times total deposits, and EUR 10,000 (about £8,600 / $10,800) otherwise, while Account Rules 3.3 and 3.4 state a standard maximum of EUR 40,000 a month (about £34,000 / $43,000) with tiers of EUR 2,000 a day and EUR 10,000 a week beneath it. The terms take precedence by their own wording, so the big winner is capped hardest: a EUR 60,000 balance (about £51,000 / $65,000) leaves at EUR 5,000 a month on that reading. Second, the checks scale with the amount. Terms 6.3 allows enhanced checks including your source of funds or wealth before a withdrawal is approved, and Account Rules 3.10 allows a review of gaming activity of up to 30 days. Third, nothing said to you informally binds anyone: rule 3.10 states that whatever support or a personal manager tells you about withdrawals or rewards is informational only, and that final decisions rest with the payment department, so VIP reassurance is worth recording rather than relying on. Terms 19.6 adds the clause that matters most above EUR 25,000 (about £21,500 / $27,000): the operator says it cannot settle a dispute over that figure without approval from Anjouan Gaming. The routing section below sets out where that complaint goes.

Where you are playing from

The Anjouan route runs in three stages, and they follow the Golden Mister licence rather than your passport. First, a written complaint through the Golden Mister complaints procedure, which the policy expects to be reached through the interactive seal where the site carries one, and which Golden Mister must answer within 30 calendar days (14 calendar days is the deadline for raising a dispute about a game outcome). Second, a referral to one of the four ADR providers approved by Anjouan Gaming, EGIS-ADR, Axion ADR, iGaming ADR or CADRE B.V., once the 30 days have run without resolution or reply; Golden Mister is obliged to participate and to bear the cost, and the process runs in English. Third, a court claim against the company that operates Golden Mister. A complaint from a player in an excluded territory is outside the policy entirely, so the country paragraphs below settle whether any of this reaches you. The Authority does not adjudicate complaints itself, gives no time limit for the ADR stage and publishes no postal address, so the 30-day clock is the one to document.

Golden Mister is recorded on this file as closed: its own site no longer serves the casino, so the operator side of the route above may have nobody answering it, and the licence position is the one set out in the register block. The Golden Mister terms as they stood when you played, your own records and the domestic angles below carry the claim.

If you are in the United States

The United States and its territories are named as prohibited jurisdictions in clause 4.1(c) of the terms and repeated in clause 1.3, so an account opened from there is in breach of the operator's own rules before any dispute starts, and clause 20.1 treats play from a prohibited jurisdiction as a ground for suspension without notice. The Anjouan validator page states that disputes from players in the excluded territories fall outside the scope of the licence and will not be entertained.

If you are in the EU

Austria, France and its territories, Germany, the Netherlands and its territories, and Spain are named as prohibited jurisdictions in clause 4.1(c); no other EU member state is named, so the Anjouan route below applies from the rest of the EU. Searches of the Dutch Kansspelautoriteit and the Swedish Spelinspektionen decisions list on 4 September 2026 returned no item naming Fortune Master Limitada, Golden Mister or Mister Golden, and the Belgian Gaming Commission's blocked list carries none of those names either.

If you are in Canada or Australia

Canada is not named in either restricted-territory clause. Australia is named in clause 4.1(c) of the terms, although the KYC Policy's version of the same list omits it, and the ACMA blocked gambling websites list, read on 4 September 2026 with 1,640 domains extracted, contains no Golden Mister, Mister Golden or sibling domain. So there is no Australian blocking item against this brand, but the terms treat an Australian account as prohibited.

If you are in the UK

The United Kingdom is named as a prohibited jurisdiction in clause 4.1(c) and clause 1.3, and the KYC Policy will not accept an identity document issued by a restricted country, which includes it. The live platform at mistergolden.best nevertheless served in full to a United Kingdom IP address on 4 September 2026. There is no Gambling Commission record for Golden Mister or for Fortune Master Limitada, so no GamStop coverage and no domestic dispute route, and the Anjouan validator page states that disputes from excluded territories fall outside the licence's scope.

  20. verification.anjouangamingboard.org: Anjouan validator page read 4 September 2026, cited only for the regulator-side wording it publishes: disputes from players in the excluded territories, which include the United Kingdom, fall entirely outside the regulatory scope of the Anjouan gaming licence and will not be entertained. Its validation output is not relied on here and is not evidence either way: the same page returns an identical negative result for every domain queried, including a domain that is on the register and an unrelated non-gambling domain

The routing section also cites one further source, read 3 September 2026: anjouangaming.com.

FAQ

Common questions about Golden Mister

Can I get my money back from Golden Mister?

Possibly. No licence this file could confirm now stands behind Golden Mister, so there is no regulator or adjudicator anywhere that can order a refund. Recovery instead works through the Golden Mister terms as they stood when you played, the evidence your payment history supports, and where appropriate a regulated legal partner. The right route depends on your evidence, and our initial assessment is free and confidential.

Golden Mister is operated by Fortune Master Limitada. The licence reference on this file for Golden Mister, ALSI-202505022-FI1, could not be confirmed for this brand against the Anjouan (Comoros) register check recorded here. It is recorded as closed under Anjouan Gaming (Union of the Comoros). The brand has operated since 2023. This licence sits outside GamStop, so a GamStop self-exclusion does not block accounts held under it.

Golden Mister is not open to UK players on the record on this file. Clause 4.1(c) of the terms lists the United Kingdom among the prohibited jurisdictions, alongside Australia, Austria, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the Union of the Comoros and the United States and its territories; clause 1.3 repeats the same list. The KYC Policy will not accept an identity document issued by a country on that restricted list. The live platform at mistergolden.best nonetheless served in full to a United Kingdom IP address on 4 September 2026, its own support widget recording the country code gb, so this is a terms restriction rather than a geo-block. No Gambling Commission licence, so no GamStop coverage and no domestic dispute route. The licence in force when you played is what shapes the routes open to you.

Our research found no substantiated public regulator or court action against Golden Mister. This file reflects licence and status records only, and is not a suggestion of wrongdoing.

Preserve the evidence first: screenshot your balance, the stuck withdrawal, chat transcripts and emails, and save the terms as they read today. Then make one formal written complaint and escalate to the right authority or a regulated legal partner. Avoid closing the account or accepting a partial settlement before you have taken advice.

No. Nothing is sent to any operator without your written consent. The first an operator hears of your case is a formal complaint you have approved.

They run on the same platform. mistergolden.best serves a casino titled Mister Golden Casino, and its page code sets the internal brand identifier goldenmister, the same value the archived Golden Mister site used. Its About Us page never mentions Golden Mister and names no operating entity, while its footer names Fortune Master Limitada, the company casino.guru records as the owner of Golden Mister Casino. The Golden Mister domains themselves no longer serve a casino.

The FAQ at mistergolden.best says processing typically takes 24 to 36 hours and Account Rules 3.7 repeats the 36 hour figure, but the same rule sends any request above EUR 1,000 for a review of your gaming transactions, typically within 72 hours. Rule 3.10 allows further checks of gaming activity of up to 30 days, and rule 3.8 holds a payout funded by bank transfer until the deposit clears, in most cases up to five business days.

Yes, and on any withdrawal. The KYC Policy makes full identity checks compulsory when lifetime deposits pass EUR 5,000, on a withdrawal request of any amount, or on a transaction it deems suspicious. It asks for a government photo identity document, a selfie holding it, and a bank statement or utility bill dated within the last three months, and it will not accept a document issued by a country on its restricted list. Terms 1.4 adds live selfie and video checks.

The terms give two separate routes. Terms 1.4 lets the operator put an account on hold while identity, address or source of funds checks are outstanding. Terms 20.1 allows suspension or termination without notice on a reasonable belief of a breach, including multiple accounts, misuse of promotions, or play from a prohibited jurisdiction or through a VPN. Ask in writing which clause was applied, and request your transaction history and the balance at the moment of suspension.

In writing, and inside the operator's own windows. Terms 19.5 allows 14 calendar days from the session date for a game outcome dispute and 30 days for account issues. Terms 19.1 says only the registered player may complain and that claims cannot be transferred. If support does not settle it, the published ladder is voluntary mediation, Anjouan Gaming's dispute service, whose wording asks you to accept its decision as final rather than go to court, or arbitration in English begun within 180 calendar days of the session date.

The operator's own pages, read on 4 September 2026, publish no self-service deletion route, so closure runs through the support channels on the live platform. Two clauses are worth quoting when you ask. Terms 6.1 sets a minimum withdrawal of EUR 10 but waives it for the whole balance where the account is being closed, and Terms 6.6 tells a player who cannot access an inactive, suspended or terminated account to contact support and possibly re-verify.
