Casino complaints.

From the first written complaint to independent adjudication: guides that keep a genuine grievance alive.

Inside this hub

What this collection covers.

Most casino complaints fail for procedural reasons, not because the player was wrong. Operators lean on the fact that few customers know the formal route: complain in writing, exhaust the internal process, then take the deadlock to an independent adjudicator. These guides map that route from the first email to the final decision, so a genuine grievance is not lost to a technicality.

Start with the walkthrough of the complaints ladder if you are at the beginning. It covers how to put a complaint to an operator in a form it cannot ignore, the response times a licensed site has to honour, and what a deadlock letter is. The template guide gives you wording to adapt for the most common situations, from a withheld withdrawal to a closed account. From there, the escalation guides explain Alternative Dispute Resolution: which ADR bodies handle gambling, what IBAS does, the evidence an adjudicator expects to see, and why the operator's licence decides whether any of this machinery can reach your case at all.

This hub also collects our player-rights guides on the situations that trigger complaints in the first place: frozen accounts, voided winnings, confiscated bonus wins, refused verification and accounts closed with a balance still inside. Each one explains what the operator will claim, what the rules actually say, and how to answer. The Gambling Commission guide rounds the set out by explaining what the regulator does with reports about operators, and why ordering an individual refund is not part of its toolkit. And if the problem is bigger than a letter can fix, we assess cases and connect players with regulated legal partners.

Try the tools before you write anything

Two free tools do the mechanical part of this hub for you. The route finder asks three questions and returns the escalation order that actually applies to your casino, and the letter generator turns your facts into a calm, formal complaint you can download and send yourself.
