Mirax Casino Withdrawal Problems? Not Paying Out, Blocked Accounts and Refund Options

Licence status, what the record shows and the routes open to players anywhere, with sources. A listing is a record, not an allegation of wrongdoing.

If Mirax Casino is not paying out, has locked your account or has retained your winnings, this page sets out what the operator's own terms allow, what the public record shows and the recovery routes open to players anywhere. Mirax Casino is operated by Scores55 Tech B.V. (Curacao company 162990) under Curacao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1307/0748, and miraxcasino.com is named on the regulator's certificate for that licence. If you have lost money to Mirax Casino, or lost a lot of money there, the sections below cover withdrawal delays, blocked accounts, confiscated winnings, silent support, large balances and where to complain.

Licensed: miraxcasino.com is one of 24 approved domains on Curacao licence OGL/2024/1307/0748 held by Scores55 Tech B.V. (company 162990), which is the entity, number and licence the operator prints in its own footer and in clause 1 of its terms, and row 571 of the CGA register of 3 September 2026 records that licence as B2C and Indefinite while printing the licensee as Scores55 Tech N.V. and giving an issue date of 24 December 2025 where the certificate says licensed since 16 July 2024.

Our free licence checker covers this and every other operator we hold a file on.

Who operates Mirax Casino

Clause 1 of the terms and the home page footer say the same thing in the same words. The site "is operated by Scores55 Tech B.V. registered under No. 162990 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao", and it is licensed and authorised by the Curacao Gaming Authority under OGL/2024/1307/0748. That claim checks out at the regulator. The CGA certificate portal returns a Certificate B2C for Scores55 Tech B.V., company number 162990, under exactly that licence number, and miraxcasino.com is one of the twenty-four approved domains printed on it. Entity, company number, licence number and regulator all match across the operator's own material and the certificate, which is why this record is marked verified rather than merely claimed.

Three conflicts sit alongside that match, and each is recorded here as two facts rather than resolved. First, the entity suffix. The certificate and the operator's own footer and terms print Scores55 Tech B.V.; row 571 of the CGA online register, edition of 3 September 2026, prints Scores55 Tech N.V. The company registration number, 162990, is identical in all three places. Second, the dates. The certificate says the company has been licensed since 16 July 2024, while the register gives the licence an issue date of 24 December 2025, an expiry of N/A and a status of Indefinite. Third, and most visible to a player, the operator contradicts itself. Its About Us page, as archived on 16 February 2026, still states, in the section that sets out its licence, that the site is owned and operated by Hollycorn N.V., registration number 144359, under licence OGL/2023/176/0095. The CGA certificate for that second licence lists one approved domain, luckyo.com, and does not list miraxcasino.com. Hollycorn N.V. does appear on the register at row 566, but for that other licence.

The licence itself puts Mirax Casino in company. The certificate for OGL/2024/1307/0748 covers 7bitcasino.com, katsubet.com, kitcasinos.com, mbitcasino.io and rocketplay.com with eighteen rocketplay mirrors, so those are licence siblings on the public record rather than commentary. Two links often repeated elsewhere do not hold at the register: bitstarz.com sits on a separate certificate under Gareton B.V. (company 160656, licence OGL/2024/165/0185), and Dama N.V.'s certificate (company 152125, licence OGL/2023/174/0082) carries a single domain, dazard.club. The geo-block page served by the live site names 7bitpartners.com as the Mirax affiliate contact, a further public link between the two brands. One mirror needs care: the operator's own Complaints page links miraxcasino8.com, which is not on the approved-domain list.

What the terms allow Mirax Casino to do

The terms read here are version 2.7, effective from 17 March 2025 and last updated 25 February 2026, taken from the archive of 10 April 2026 because the live pages return HTTP 403 to this connection. Wording shown to players in other regions may differ, and the live text may have moved on since.

On money leaving the account, clause 8 sets out the figures. The minimum withdrawal is 20 EUR or an equivalent. The maximum is 10,000 EUR per week and 40,000 EUR per month, with exceptions available to higher VIP levels at the Casino's sole discretion. A balance above the monthly ceiling is paid out in monthly instalments of at most 40,000 EUR until it is cleared, and progressive jackpot winnings are stated to be subject to full payment. Bonus play carries its own ceilings: the maximum cash out from any bonus is ten times the deposit, free spins winnings are capped at 100 EUR or 300 EUR for VIP manager spins, and anything above those limits is forfeited. Third-party payment systems are expressly prohibited and their use may void the resulting winnings. Clause 9 sits in front of all of it: any deposit must be wagered three times, and at least ten times when the play is on table or live games, and payments are cancelled until that is done.

On identity, clause 7 gives the operator wide latitude and a short clock. It may request additional documentation at its sole discretion, and it may require a video call as part of the procedure. Proof of address must be no older than 90 days. If it cannot reach the player within two weeks of the withdrawal request, the account is locked for failure to pass verification. Funds confirmed to have been obtained by ill-gotten means or during any breach of the terms are retained. On closure and voiding, clause 6 cancels all payments to duplicate accounts and reclaims bonuses and winnings accrued through them, clause 9 declares zero tolerance for advantage play and lists collusion and low-risk gameplay, defined as systematically covering red and black or seventy per cent or more of a roulette table, and clause 4 allows confiscation of winnings where a VPN is used to bypass a provider block. Clause 2 makes the Casino the final decision-maker on whether the terms were broken.

Three clauses shape any recovery route and should be read before one starts. Clause 13 requires a claim or cause of action to be filed within one year of it arising. Clause 14 bars a player from assigning, pledging or transferring claims arising from the terms without the Casino's consent, framed as a non-transferability clause under article 83 paragraph 2 of book 3 of the Civil Code of Curacao, so a route has to run in the player's own name. Clause 15 sends all disputes to arbitration in Curacao under Curacao civil procedure rules, and no separate governing-law clause and no court are named. Clause 10 limits refunds to requests made within 24 hours of the transaction, or 30 days where the player says someone else accessed the account, with the costs of the refund falling on the player.

Withdrawal delayed or refused

A Mirax Casino withdrawal pending for days runs into clause 9 as well as clause 8. Clause 9 says any deposit is subject to wagering three times, and at least ten times on table or live games, and that the Casino will cancel any payments until the connected deposits have been sufficiently wagered, so a quick cash out after little play can be cancelled rather than refused. Clause 8 then sets the shape of the payout: a minimum of 20 EUR or an equivalent, a maximum of 10,000 EUR per week and 40,000 EUR per month, and anything above the monthly ceiling paid in monthly instalments of at most 40,000 EUR. The Payments page archived on 15 April 2026 publishes card withdrawals at 3 to 5 banking days with a 2.5 per cent fee, Sofort and InPay at 5 to 7 banking days, and e-wallets, Interac and listed cryptocurrencies as instant and free, against a per transaction limit of Min. $20/Max. $4000 on fiat methods. Complaints published on AskGamblers describe withdrawal delays of about two weeks despite instant-payout marketing, and complaints published on the LCB forum describe payouts slower than the advertised processing time.

Account blocked or frozen

Mirax Casino has no clause allowing closure at its absolute discretion without notice: the terms tie account locks to clause 7, its verification procedure, with the other closure powers in clause 6 for duplicate accounts and in clause 9 for advantage play and collusion. Clause 7 requires government-issued photo identity, proof of address "no older than 90 days" and proof of payment showing the sum debited, the account holder's name and the date, and reserves both "additional documentation at its sole discretion" and a video call as part of KYC. If the operator cannot reach you within two weeks of the withdrawal request, the account is locked for failing verification. Continued refusal to verify "might result in account suspension and consequent closure", with the balance payable only after the procedure is done. Clause 2 makes the Casino the final decision-maker on whether the terms were broken. Clause 11 allows a monthly fee of at least 25 EUR on a positive balance left without a login for twelve months. Complaints published on Trustpilot describe verification demanded again after approval, and complaints published on AskGamblers describe verification stuck in a loop and an account locked after a win.

Winnings voided or confiscated

Confiscated winnings at Mirax Casino rest on several clauses. Clause 8 caps bonus play: the maximum cash out from any bonus is ten times the deposit, free spins winnings are capped at 100 EUR, or 300 EUR for VIP manager spins, and "Any winnings exceeding these limits will be forfeited". The same clause prohibits third-party payment systems and says a breach "may lead to voiding of all resulting winnings". Clause 9 declares that "The Casino has zero tolerance for advantage play" and lists duplicate accounts, incorrect registration data, forged documents, collusion and low-risk gameplay, defined as systematically covering red and black or seventy per cent or more of a roulette table. Clause 4 allows confiscation where a VPN is used to bypass a provider block, clause 7 retains funds confirmed to be of ill-gotten origin, and clause 9 lets the operator retain payments where an account "raises reasonable suspicions". A source of funds request is provided for by clause 7; what can be tested is whether it came only after a win and whether the clause cited covers the facts. The bonus terms add 30 times wagering, 35 times on the welcome package, and a 5 EUR maximum bet.

Site not responding or gone dark

Mirax Casino has not gone dark. The site is live, miraxcasino.com is an approved domain on the current Curacao certificate, and a request from the United Kingdom on 4 September 2026 met an HTTP 403 page headed Important Notice reading "this internet site is not accepting visitors from your country", which is a geo-block rather than a closure. What players describe is silence rather than absence: complaints published on the LCB forum describe live chat answers the posters found evasive, and complaints published on Trustpilot describe dispute handling and account closure. Clause 12 sends complaints first to live chat, the support email or the online form, promises an acknowledgment no later than 24 hours after submission, notifies the outcome by email, and allows escalation to the gambling authority or a dispute resolution service. The operator's own Complaints page names two external routes and links them: the AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service and, as its ADR provider, ThePOGG. Two limits bite later. Clause 13 requires any claim to be filed within one year of it arising, and clause 14 bars assigning that claim to anyone else without the Casino's consent, so put your payout request, verification uploads and every reply in writing early.

What the record shows

Regulator / court actionAustralian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA)· 2023-02-28

The Australian Communications and Media Authority issued two formal warnings dated 28 February 2023, one to Hollycorn N.V. and one to its Cyprus subsidiary Libergos Limited, each under section 64A of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 for contravention of subsection 15(2A). The warnings record that the ACMA opened an investigation on 30 November 2022 into whether the Casino Jax, Mirax Casino and Wild Fortune Casino services provided prohibited interactive gambling services, that during the investigation those services were available at casinojax.com, miraxcasino.com and wildfortune3.io, and that each addressee is a provider of the services and contravened subsection 15(2A) by providing them to customers physically present in Australia. The warnings name this brand and this domain, but they are addressed to Hollycorn N.V. and Libergos Limited, not to Scores55 Tech B.V., which is the entity on the current Curacao licence and on the operator's footer today.

Is Mirax Casino legit?

"Legit" needs unpacking. Mirax Casino holds licence OGL/2024/1307/0748 and is recorded as licensed under Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA). Our file records 1 documented item about Mirax Casino, set out above with its source. No UK Gambling Commission licence is recorded for it, so GamStop and the UK dispute framework do not apply, which matters more than any review score if something goes wrong. A licence is not a promise that players are treated fairly. You can verify a Curaçao licence yourself against the CGA's official register with our free licence checker.

Complaints about Mirax Casino

The published picture is mixed and the platforms disagree with each other. On Trustpilot the miraxcasino.com profile shows 431 reviews, 179 of them in the last twelve months, at 57 per cent five star and 10 per cent one star, but no TrustScore: the platform shows it as unavailable because of a breach of its guidelines, and carries a notice that a number of fake reviews have been removed for this company. That notice cuts both ways and is the reason no rating figure is quoted here as a measure of the operator. The business does reply to reviews across rating levels. On AskGamblers the listing records four complaints, all four resolved, with an average response time of two days and an average complaint duration of eight days.

The themes are consistent across the three sources read. Complaints published on Trustpilot describe withdrawal problems, verification difficulties including re-verification demanded after an account had already been approved, friction over bonus terms and wagering requirements described as thirty or forty times, account closure and the way disputes were handled, and payment processing problems involving cryptocurrency addresses. Positive reviews on the same page praise the game choice, low minimum deposits and support responsiveness. Complaints published on AskGamblers describe withdrawal delays running to about two weeks despite instant-payout marketing, in one case turning on the email address used for the payout, repeated verification requests that one player describes as circular, saying they "just end up at square one", differences between a promotion as advertised and the terms applied, balance reductions after wagering was said to be complete, and an account locked after a win.

The operator's own support and complaints thread on the Latest Casino Bonuses forum runs from August 2022 to July 2024 with a casino representative posting in it. Complaints published there describe payouts slower than the advertised processing time, bonuses not credited after a deposit or credited on terms different from those advertised, disagreement over the minimum deposit that qualifies for a bonus, free spins set at stake levels the posters regard as negligible, a VIP bonus refused over a shared-device concern, and live chat answers the posters found evasive. All of these are player accounts published on review sites and forums, not findings by any regulator. One widely cited review site could not be read at all: casino.guru returned HTTP 403 to every request and holds no archived copy, so no safety rating from that source is quoted on this page.

A complaint about Mirax Casino should go to Mirax Casino itself first, in writing, through the complaints channel it publishes or its support address where it publishes none, with every reply kept. If Mirax Casino does not resolve it, escalation points at Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA), and in practice the pressure comes from the evidence your own records support. The sequence is set out in how to escalate a casino complaint.

What the licence requires

Mirax Casino is regulated by Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA) under licence OGL/2024/1307/0748, and no UK Gambling Commission licence is recorded for it, so GamStop and the UK dispute-resolution framework do not apply. Read more on how Curaçao casino law works.

Since the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (the LOK) came into force on 24 December 2024, Curaçao licences are issued directly by the Curaçao Gaming Authority, which requires licensees to verify player identity, operate responsible-gaming measures and publish a complaints procedure. What it lacks is the UK layer: no GamStop participation, no Gambling Commission oversight and no UK dispute-resolution requirement. That gap changes where the pressure points are; it does not remove them.

The Curaçao Gaming Authority accepts player complaints against its licensees. Quote the licence number on file, and run the operator's own published complaints procedure first.

If you are trying to recover money

Because Mirax Casino is licensed in Curaçao and not by the UK Gambling Commission, no UK adjudicator can order a refund, so recovery runs as a claim built on Mirax Casino's own complaints process and contractual terms, taken forward with a regulated legal partner where the evidence supports it. Preserve your account evidence first, then see how gambling-loss recovery works, the evidence you need to recover losses, and how to escalate a casino complaint.

Check whether Mirax Casino appears on the Curaçao enforcement register before you write.

Two guides carry the detail for a Curaçao brand like Mirax Casino. Getting your money back from a Curaçao casino sets out the complaint order and what the regulator can realistically do about Mirax Casino. Where you had self-excluded with Mirax Casino and it kept taking deposits, read what a failed self-exclusion is worth. The free complaint route finder maps the order for you.

If the amount is large

A five or six figure balance at Mirax Casino runs straight into clause 8. Withdrawals are capped at 10,000 EUR per week, roughly £8,500 / $10,800, and 40,000 EUR per month, roughly £34,000 / $43,000, and a balance above the monthly ceiling is paid in monthly instalments of at most 40,000 EUR until it is cleared. On those figures a 200,000 EUR balance, roughly £170,000 / $216,000, takes at least five months to clear even where nothing is in dispute. Exceptions exist only for higher VIP levels, at the Casino's sole discretion. Progressive jackpot winnings are separately stated to be subject to full payment. Clause 7 sets out what the licence allows it to ask for: identity, address no older than 90 days, proof of payment, a video call at its discretion, further documentation at its sole discretion, and confirmation that deposited funds are of legitimate origin. A source of funds request on a large balance is therefore within the rules; the questions are whether it arrived only after the win, whether the documents demanded were proportionate, and whether the two-week contact window was applied fairly. One VIP item appears in the published complaints: the LCB thread records a VIP bonus refused over a shared-device concern, so record in writing what a VIP manager promised. Clause 13 gives one year from when the claim arose, and clause 14 bars assigning it without consent. Where the complaint goes next is set out in the routing section below.

Where you are playing from

The route against Mirax Casino is set by Curaçao law, not by where you live. Start with a written complaint to Mirax Casino: the LOK gives you six months from the incident, costs nothing, and obliges Mirax Casino to acknowledge within a week and answer within four weeks, with one four-week extension allowed to Mirax Casino. Unresolved, the LOK requires a licensee to offer alternative dispute resolution at its own expense and the Authority requires that body to be a CGA-certified one, on a timetable it expects to run no longer than 90 days; a licensee that has not engaged a certified provider is short of that requirement rather than outside it. Copy complaints@cga.cw: the Curaçao Gaming Authority will not decide your Mirax Casino case or award compensation, but it uses complaints to police the Mirax Casino licence. The final step against Mirax Casino is the Curaçao court, because Article 5.5 obliges a licensee to write Curaçao law and the Curaçao courts into the gaming agreement, and the old civil-code bar on gambling claims no longer applies to claims against a licensee.

If you are in the United States

Clause 3 lists the United States of America among the restricted countries, together with Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Virgin Islands and the United States Minor Outlying Islands, so an account opened from there is outside the operator's own rules. Nothing on the operator's own site claims a United States licence, and no United States register was searched for this page, so the route on the public record is the Curacao one: clause 12 to the operator, then the Curacao Gaming Authority quoting OGL/2024/1307/0748.

If you are in the EU

Clause 3 restricts eighteen EU states, among them Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden, while Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta and Slovenia are not on the list. miraxcasino.com is not on the Belgian Gaming Commission's register of blocked sites, although 7bitcasino.com, which shares its licence, is listed at entry 216; the register also carries mbitcasino.com at entry 185, which is not the domain on the Curacao certificate for that brand, that being mbitcasino.io. Searches of the Netherlands Kansspelautoriteit returned no results, and no Swedish decision naming the brand or either entity was located.

If you are in Canada or Australia

Neither Canada nor Australia appears on the restricted list in clause 3, and clause 8 accepts Canadian, Australian and New Zealand dollars while the Payments page lists Interac. Australia carries the one confirmed enforcement item: ACMA issued formal warnings on 28 February 2023 under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 naming the Mirax Casino service and miraxcasino.com, but addressed to Hollycorn N.V. and Libergos Limited, the former operator and its Cyprus subsidiary, not to Scores55 Tech B.V.

If you are in the UK

The United Kingdom is on the restricted countries list in clause 3, and the live site returned HTTP 403 with a notice that it is not accepting visitors from that country when it was requested on 4 September 2026. Sterling is not among the currencies clause 8 accepts. No Gambling Commission licence is claimed anywhere on the site and none was located, so GamStop and IBAS play no part. The route is the Curacao one: clause 12 to the operator, then the AskGamblers service or ThePOGG named on its Complaints page, then the Curacao Gaming Authority quoting OGL/2024/1307/0748.

  17. registers.gamblingcommission.gov.uk: Gambling Commission public register searched 4 Sep 2026: the request redirects (HTTP 302) to the register landing page and the search results render client-side, so no result set was returned to this session. No UKGC licence is claimed anywhere on the operator's own site, and no Commission enforcement item naming Mirax, Scores55 Tech or Hollycorn was located
  18. uk.trustpilot.com: Trustpilot profile for miraxcasino.com read 4 Sep 2026 via WebFetch (curl returned HTTP 403): the TrustScore is shown as unavailable because of a breach of Trustpilot's guidelines, the profile shows 431 reviews (179 in the last 12 months) at 57 per cent five star and 10 per cent one star, and carries the Trustpilot notice that a number of fake reviews have been removed for this company. The business replies to reviews across rating levels. Published complaints describe withdrawal problems, verification difficulties including re-verification demanded after an account had already been approved, friction over bonus terms and wagering described as 30 or 40 times, account closure and dispute handling, and payment processing problems involving cryptocurrency addresses. Positive reviews on the same page praise game choice, low minimum deposits and support responsiveness
  19. askgamblers.com: AskGamblers listing read 4 Sep 2026 via WebFetch (curl returned HTTP 403): the operator is listed as Scores55 Tech B.V. licensed by the Curacao Gaming Control Board, with 4 complaints, 4 resolved, an average response time of 2 days and an average complaint duration of 8 days. Published complaints describe withdrawal delays running to about two weeks despite instant-payout marketing, in one case turning on the email address used for the payout, repeated verification requests the player describes as circular, differences between a promotion as advertised and the terms applied, balance reductions after wagering was said to be complete, and an account locked after a win
  20. lcb.org: Latest Casino Bonuses forum support and complaints thread read 4 Sep 2026, running from August 2022 to July 2024, with a casino representative posting in it. Published complaints describe payouts slower than the advertised processing time, bonuses not credited after a deposit or credited on different terms, disagreement over the minimum deposit qualifying for a bonus, free spins set at stake levels the posters regard as negligible, a VIP bonus refused over a shared-device concern, and live chat answers the posters found evasive
  21. cert.cga.cw: Curacao Gaming Authority certificate portal read 4 Sep 2026: bitstarz.com sits under Gareton B.V., company number 160656, licence OGL/2024/165/0185, licensed since 08/Jul/2024, with cashy.com, cashy.blue, cashy.red and eleven mirrors. bitstarz.com is not on the Scores55 Tech certificate and miraxcasino.com is not on the Gareton certificate, so the two brands do not share a licence
  22. cert.cga.cw: Curacao Gaming Authority certificate portal read 4 Sep 2026: Dama N.V., company number 152125, licence OGL/2023/174/0082, licensed since 23/Aug/2024, with a single approved domain, dazard.club. Neither miraxcasino.com nor 7bitcasino.com appears on it, so Dama N.V. is not the current licensee for those domains

FAQ

Common questions about Mirax Casino

Can I get my money back from Mirax Casino?

Possibly. Mirax Casino is licensed in Curaçao, outside the UK system, so no UK adjudicator can order a refund. Recovery instead works through the operator's own complaints process, the evidence your payment history supports, and where appropriate a regulated legal partner. The right route depends on your evidence, and our initial assessment is free and confidential.

Mirax Casino is operated by Scores55 Tech B.V., licensed in Curaçao, under licence OGL/2024/1307/0748. It is recorded as licensed under Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA). This licence sits outside GamStop, so a GamStop self-exclusion does not block accounts held under it.

Mirax Casino is not open to UK players on the record on this file. Clause 3 of the terms lists the United Kingdom in its restricted countries list, alongside the United States, its territories and eighteen EU states, and says users from those countries are not allowed to deposit and play real money games. Consistent with that, the live site returned HTTP 403 and a notice headed Important Notice to a connection from that country on 4 September 2026. Sterling is not among the currencies clause 8 says the site accepts. No Gambling Commission licence is claimed anywhere on the site, and the public register search could not be rendered from this session, so there is no UKGC licence on record, no GamStop coverage and no UK dispute route. The licence in force when you played is what shapes the routes open to you.

Our research records 1 regulator or court action for Mirax Casino, with its issuing body and a source you can check. A listing is a record, not proof of wrongdoing, and every case turns on its own evidence.

Preserve the evidence first: screenshot your balance, the stuck withdrawal, chat transcripts and emails, and save the terms as they read today. Then make one formal written complaint and escalate to the right authority or a regulated legal partner. Avoid closing the account or accepting a partial settlement before you have taken advice.

No. Nothing is sent to any operator without your written consent. The first an operator hears of your case is a formal complaint you have approved.

The terms give no overall figure. The Payments page archived in April 2026 publishes card withdrawals at 3 to 5 banking days with a 2.5 per cent fee, Sofort and InPay at 5 to 7 banking days, and e-wallets, Interac and listed cryptocurrencies as instant. Clause 9 comes first, cancelling payments until each deposit has been wagered three times, or ten times on table and live games, and clause 8 caps payouts at 10,000 EUR a week. Complaints published on AskGamblers describe delays of about two weeks.

Yes. Clause 7 makes verification an obligatory procedure and asks for government-issued photo identity, proof of address no older than 90 days and proof of payment showing the sum debited, the account holder's name and the date. It reserves further documentation at the operator's sole discretion and reserves the right to request a video call. Non-provision prevents you from receiving payments, and if the operator cannot reach you within two weeks of a withdrawal request the account is locked.

Clause 7 allows suspension and consequent closure where verification is refused or not completed, with the balance payable only after the procedure is done. Clause 6 cancels all payments to duplicate accounts and terminates them, and clause 9 covers advantage play, collusion and low-risk gameplay. Clause 2 makes the Casino the final decision-maker on breaches. Ask in writing which clause was applied, and request your transaction history and the balance recorded at closure.

The licence claim checks out, with three record conflicts alongside it. Scores55 Tech B.V., company 162990, appears on the Curacao Gaming Authority certificate for OGL/2024/1307/0748 with miraxcasino.com among its approved domains. The CGA register of 3 September 2026 records the licence as Indefinite but prints the licensee as Scores55 Tech N.V., dates its issue to 24 December 2025 where the certificate says 16 July 2024, and the operator's own About Us page still names a different company and a different licence.

Clause 3 sets out a restricted countries list of more than 220 countries and territories whose users are not allowed to deposit and play real money games. A request from the United Kingdom on 4 September 2026 returned an HTTP 403 page headed Important Notice saying the site is not accepting visitors from your country, so the restriction can be applied at the door rather than at the account page. Clause 4 separately prohibits using a VPN to bypass a provider block and allows confiscation of winnings where one is used.

They are not the same brand, but they share a licence. The Curacao certificate for OGL/2024/1307/0748 lists miraxcasino.com, 7bitcasino.com, katsubet.com, kitcasinos.com, mbitcasino.io and rocketplay.com among the approved domains of Scores55 Tech B.V. The affiliate contact on the Mirax geo-block page is 7bitpartners.com. BitStarz is a separate licensee, Gareton B.V., on its own certificate, so a shared operator should not be assumed there.
