What Laba360 was and who ran it

Laba360, at laba360.co.uk, was a UK-facing sportsbook and casino that review sites record entering the British market in 2018, announcing itself as a sponsor of Premier League side Burnley FC and even styling its site in Burnley's claret and blue. The brand belonged to Vivaro Limited, the operator behind VBET UK and part of the SoftConstruct/BetConstruct group founded in Yerevan. On the Gambling Commission's register the company is now recorded as SCGO Limited under the same account, 44662, with its remote licences shown as active. That matters for anyone with unfinished business under the Laba360 name: the storefront has gone, but the accountable company is a live, UK-licensed operator.

A closed brand, and the copycat problem

Laba360 is finished as a trading brand. Review databases report it was shut down by its operator, Trustpilot's page for the site carries a closed-website notice with no reviews in the last twelve months, laba360.co.uk no longer resolves, and the register's domain list for SCGO Limited contains no laba360 domain in any status.

What remains online is more of a hazard than the original site. Pages now using the Laba360 name, laba360.gb.net among them, advertise sign-up bonuses and quote Gambling Commission licence numbers such as 41352. None of those domains appears on the operator's register entry, and the register page for account 41352 returns nothing, while genuine account pages load normally. Nothing verified connects those sites to the company that ran Laba360, so money deposited with them sits outside every protection the original brand carried. Anyone searching for a Laba360 login in 2026 is far more likely to reach one of these pages than anything run by the original operator.

The licence position, and what it means for a UK player

Because Laba360 traded under a Gambling Commission licence, its UK customers played inside the full domestic framework: GamStop self-exclusion applied, and the operator owed them a complaints procedure with a free route to independent dispute resolution behind it. That framework does not evaporate when a brand closes. If the amount is large

Expect questions on a £50,000 / $65,000 Laba360 balance, and expect them to be lawful ones. Regulation 27 of the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 requires Laba360 to carry out customer due diligence where a transaction of £2,000 / $2,600 or more consists of wagering stakes or the collection of winnings, whether in a single operation or several that appear linked, and the threshold has been stated in sterling since 30 June 2026. Regulation 33 requires enhanced due diligence in higher-risk cases, which extends to obtaining information on your source of funds and source of wealth, so payslips, bank statements or the record of a property sale are fair requests from Laba360. What is not fair is the timing of a first request. Licence condition 17.1.1(2) bars Laba360 from making a withdrawal conditional on information it could reasonably have asked for earlier, the Gambling Commission has said that identity documents held back until a payout may put an operator in breach, and its 2023 analysis found the major firms paying around 99 per cent of withdrawals within 24 to 48 hours. Where you are playing from

Start with what the Laba360 licence actually reaches. The Gambling Commission regulates gambling in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) under the Gambling Act 2005 and says it has no powers in Northern Ireland. The Laba360 licence therefore protects Great Britain customers through the route under the UK heading below and protects no one else by itself; whether Laba360 is separately licensed in Ireland, Ontario or another market is not recorded on this page.

If you are in the United States

The Court of Justice of the EU in Case C-440/23 (16 April 2026) confirmed a German player’s restitution claim against Malta-licensed operators for games prohibited in Germany; the Federal Court of Justice’s lead decision, I ZR 216/25, is pending after the 17 September 2026 hearing. The Netherlands is different: the Hoge Raad ruled on 3 July 2026 that an unlicensed operator’s contracts are not automatically void, so no automatic refund there. Beyond those three countries we have found no sourced route against Laba360 other than the Laba360 complaints procedure.

If you are in Canada or Australia

The Laba360 Great Britain licence carries no protection in Canada or Australia. In Canada only Ontario runs a regulated private market, and its route (complaint to Laba360, a complaint number, then escalation to iGaming Ontario for review) applies only to Ontario-registered operators, which this file does not assert Laba360 is; even then, iGaming Ontario cannot refund wagers or award compensation, and the AGCO cannot get your money back. In Australia online casinos and unlicensed sports betting are banned under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, and ACMA says Australian regulators cannot help recover money withheld by an illegal service, though it accepts complaints about the breach.

If you are in the UK

Three stages apply in Great Britain, and the Laba360 licence makes them mandatory. First, a written complaint through the Laba360 procedure, which has eight weeks to resolve it. Second, referral to the free ADR provider Laba360 must name in its terms, available after eight weeks or on a deadlock letter; if that provider is IBAS, its adjudications bind registered operators up to £10,000 / $13,000. Third, court, a right that licence condition 6.1.1 says the Laba360 terms cannot restrict. The Gambling Commission does not resolve individual complaints and cannot get your money back, so it is not a stage in the route.
