Jack.com is the name Jackbit adopted in May 2026. It is operated by Data Link Digital B.V. (Curacao company 164124) under Curacao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1562/1139, a different licensee from Jackbit's Ryker B.V.; the CGA register listed that licence as Assessment in progress at our last check. Who operates Jack.com

Jack.com is the name Jackbit took in May 2026, and the change went deeper than the logo. The site's footer, clause 1 of its terms and its company details page all state that jack.com is operated by Data Link Digital B.V., company number 164124, registered at Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Curacao, and licensed by the Curacao Gaming Authority under licence OGL/2024/1562/1139. The CGA's certificate portal confirms that pairing and lists jack.com, together with the mirror domains jack2.com, jack10.com, jack20.com, jack23.com, jack25.com and jack55.com, as approved domains on that licence. A Cyprus company, DATALINK TECH LIMITED (HE 494415, Limassol), is named as payment agent, so the entity that took your money may differ from the entity on the licence: worth establishing before any dispute starts.

That is not the Jackbit licensee. Jackbit.com and its mirrors sit on a separate certificate, OGL/2024/1800/1049, held by Ryker B.V. (company number 154186), and jack.com does not appear on that certificate's 28 approved domains. Every enforcement item in the record below (the Swedish order of September 2025, the Australian formal warning of 2026 and the Belgian listing of the sister domain 20bets.com in 2023) names Ryker B.V. or its domains, not Data Link Digital B.V. They belong to the Jackbit era and are documented on the Jackbit file; they are summarised here because the customer base carried across. A press release of 29 May 2026 states that the company had officially completed its transition to Jack.com, and a third-party review dates the switch to mid-May 2026, so the transition was complete by late May 2026. The operator's own pages make no mention of Jackbit at all.

Two register facts sit side by side and are recorded here without reconciliation. First, the CGA register (27 August 2026 edition) shows Data Link Digital B.V.'s licence with the status Assessment in progress, where Ryker B.V.'s shows Indefinite; the certificate page itself carries no status word. Second, the operator's site says the licence was issued on 15 May 2026, while the CGA certificate says the company has been licensed since 23 July 2025. The site also uses two regulator names, Curacao eGaming in its marketing copy and Curacao Gaming Authority in its legal footer, and carries no validator link to the CGA certificate portal.

What the terms allow Jack.com to do

The terms at jack.com/legal/terms carry no printed effective date, and they give the operator wide discretion. Clause 7 makes the Company the final decision-maker on whether a player has breached the terms. Clause 9 lets it request proof of address, proof of identity, video verification or source of income at any time, and if the proof is not provided it may terminate the account and hold the funds, with winnings confiscated. The same clause allows termination and suspension of all payouts without the player being told the reasons, declares zero tolerance to advantage play, and allows closure of an account at the Company's absolute discretion without stating a reason. Clause 11 sets the withdrawal caps ($50,000 or its equivalent, roughly £38,500, per seven days and $100,000, roughly £77,000, per 30 days) and lets the Company hold withdrawals while it checks identity. Clause 14 gives a player two months from the issue arising to complain, after which the complaint may be disregarded, and makes the operator's server logs the final authority.

Two clauses matter specifically to anyone seeking help with a dispute. Clause 13 forbids selling or legally transferring any claim to a third party without the Company's prior written approval, so a recovery route has to be structured around the player acting in their own name. Clause 12 charges a monthly administrative fee of 10 EUR on accounts inactive for 12 months, so a balance left in a suspended account does not simply wait.

Withdrawal delayed or refused

A Jack.com withdrawal pending for days usually traces to clause 11 of the terms, which reserves the right to check your identity before processing payouts and to hold withdrawals for the time needed. Nothing in that clause fixes a number of days. The same clause caps what leaves the account: a maximum of $50,000 or its equivalent (about £38,500) per seven days and $100,000 (about £77,000) per 30 days, with larger wins paid in monthly instalments of at most $100,000. Clause 9 adds a processing charge where your bets since the last deposit come to less than three times that deposit, so a quick cash out after a small stake can be reduced rather than refused. Complaints published on Trustpilot for jack.com describe document requests followed by a refused withdrawal, deposits not credited for more than ten days, and winnings removed after a withdrawal or cashback request without explanation; complaints on AskGamblers describe payouts stuck in review, incomplete crypto transfers and disputed processing fees. AskGamblers also records 32 of 34 complaints resolved, which suggests a documented complaint with dates, amounts and transaction IDs is worth filing early. Keep every message, and note the two-month complaint window in clause 14.

Account blocked or frozen

Jack.com can close or suspend an account without telling you why. Clause 9 allows the Company to terminate an account and suspend all payouts where it suspects a breach, and states that the player will not be notified or informed about the reasons; the same clause allows closure at the Company's absolute discretion without stating a reason or giving notice. Clause 7 makes the Company the final decision-maker on whether the terms were broken, and clause 8 lets it reclaim winnings from an account it treats as a duplicate. Complaints published on Trustpilot for jack.com cite closures for multiple violations or an IP connection with another account that the reviewer denies; a complaint on the LCB forum describes betting restrictions once the player became profitable, repeated KYC and video verification, and then closure citing terms violations. Verification stuck at the video stage is a recurring theme on AskGamblers too. If your Jack.com account has been suspended, ask in writing which clause was applied, request your full transaction history and the balance at closure, and record the date: clause 12 starts charging 10 EUR a month on accounts inactive for 12 months, so a frozen balance does not stand still.

Winnings voided or confiscated

Confiscated winnings at Jack.com usually rest on clause 9. It lets the operator request proof of address, identity, video verification or source of income at any time, and if that proof is not provided it may terminate the account and hold the funds, with winnings confiscated. The clause declares zero tolerance to advantage play and reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings from them. Clause 10 confiscates winnings from deposits made by a third-party payment method and returns the deposit to that method's owner. Clause 11 goes further for crypto players: where a wallet is shared across accounts, the Company may terminate every account involved, cancel current winnings and bonuses, and charge an administrative fee of 20 per cent of the last deposit. Complaints published on Trustpilot for jackbit.com describe bonus winnings capped by a 10x rule the reviewers say was not clearly disclosed and funds seized for terms violations; complaints for jackbitcasino.com describe verification demanded only after a win. A source of funds request is legitimate under the Curacao regime; what can be tested is whether it was applied honestly, on time and in a way the terms actually support, so the confiscation notice's wording matters.

Site not responding or gone dark

Jack.com has not gone dark: jack.com is live and is an approved domain on Data Link Digital B.V.'s CGA certificate, alongside mirrors jack2.com, jack10.com, jack20.com, jack23.com, jack25.com and jack55.com, so a domain switch is not a closure. What players describe is silence rather than absence. Complaints published on Trustpilot for jack.com describe unresponsive support and chats being disconnected; complaints on jackbit.com and jackbitcasino.com describe generic, copy-paste replies and weekend unavailability; AskGamblers reviewers describe withdrawals left in review with no finish date. The terms shape the response to that silence. Clause 14 requires a complaint within two months of the issue arising, or it may be disregarded, and names the operator's server logs and records as the final authority, so your own record of the payout request, the KYC upload and every reply is the counterweight. The published complaints address is support@jack.com and the KYC address is kyc@jack.com. What the record shows

Spelinspektionen, the Swedish Gambling Authority, prohibited Ryker B.V. (Curacao registration 154186, licence OGL/2024/1800/1049) from providing gambling in Sweden without a Swedish licence, with immediate effect, in decision 25Si1821 of 8 September 2025. The supervisory case concerned jackbit.com in the Jackbit era: the site carried Swedish text, preselected the Swedish country code for Swedish IP addresses and was marketed through Swedish-language affiliates; Ryker B.V. did not respond. The order names Ryker B.V., not Data Link Digital B.V., the entity that holds the jack.com licence today.

The honest answer to "is it legit" has parts. Jack.com holds licence OGL/2024/1562/1139 and is recorded as licensed under Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA). The record above holds 4 documented items for Jack.com, sourced and attributed. With no UK Gambling Commission licence recorded for it, GamStop does not cover it and no UK adjudicator can hear a dispute about it, which counts for more than any star rating once money is stuck. Complaints published on Trustpilot for jack.com, where the profile shows a TrustScore of 2.4 out of 5 across 34 reviews with 79 per cent rated one star, describe winnings withheld or removed after a win, accounts closed citing multiple violations or an IP connection with another account that the reviewer denies, deposits not credited for more than ten days, document requests followed by a refused withdrawal, and support chats that disconnect. Complaints on the older jackbit.com profile (322 reviews, TrustScore withheld by Trustpilot for a breach of its guidelines, 54 per cent five star against 32 per cent one star) describe a 10x bonus winnings cap the reviewers say was not clearly disclosed, accounts closed for terms violations with funds seized, and unexpected identity verification at withdrawal on a site marketed as anonymous; several refer to the transition from Jackbit to Jack. The business replies on that profile, typically denying manipulation and citing licensed providers and certified RNGs. A third profile, jackbitcasino.com (TrustScore 1.9, 64 reviews), describes verification demanded only after a win.

AskGamblers, which now presents the brand as Jack.com Casino while still showing Ryker B.V. as owner, records 34 complaints, 32 resolved and 2 rejected, with a one-day average response time. Those complaints describe extended identity and video verification, withdrawals stuck in review, disputed processing fees and sudden suspensions with funds confiscated; reviewers also note that balances carried over from Jackbit after the rebrand. A complaint published on the LCB forum in November 2025 describes betting restrictions after the player became profitable, repeated KYC and video verification, a refused withdrawal and then closure with most of the balance confiscated. All of these are attributed player reports, not findings by any regulator, and the AskGamblers resolution rate shows that pressure through a published channel does move some cases.

A complaint about Jack.com should go to Jack.com itself first, in writing, through the complaints channel it publishes or its support address where it publishes none, with every reply kept. What the licence requires

Jack.com is regulated by Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA) under licence OGL/2024/1562/1139, and no UK Gambling Commission licence is recorded for it, so GamStop and the UK dispute-resolution framework do not apply. Read more on how Curaçao casino law works.

Since the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (the LOK) came into force on 24 December 2024, Curaçao licences are issued directly by the Curaçao Gaming Authority, which requires licensees to verify player identity, operate responsible-gaming measures and publish a complaints procedure. What it lacks is the UK layer: no GamStop participation, no Gambling Commission oversight and no UK dispute-resolution requirement. That gap changes where the pressure points are; it does not remove them.

If the amount is large

A five or six figure balance at Jack.com meets its terms head on. Clause 11 caps withdrawals at $50,000 or its equivalent (about £38,500) per seven days and $100,000 (about £77,000) per 30 days, and pays anything above that in monthly instalments of no more than $100,000, so a $250,000 (about £192,000) win takes at least three months to leave even with no dispute. Clause 9 lets the operator ask for proof of address, proof of identity, video verification and source of income at any time, and the KYC policy states that identification is completed before any financial transaction. Under the Curacao regime the licensee is required to verify identity, so a source of income request is within what the licence allows; the questions are whether it was raised only after the win, whether the documents requested were proportionate, and whether the account was then closed under clause 9 with the balance held. A VIP host who falls silent after the withdrawal request is a common feature of the published complaints and should be documented, not chased. Where you are playing from

Wherever you are playing from, a dispute with Jack.com runs through the Jack.com Curaçao licence and seat. Under Article 5.3 of the LOK, the National Ordinance on Games of Chance, you can complain to Jack.com free of charge within six months of the incident; Jack.com must acknowledge within a week and rule within four weeks, extendable once by four weeks. If that fails, the LOK requires a licensee to offer alternative dispute resolution at its own expense, and the Curaçao Gaming Authority requires that provider to be one it has certified, on a timetable it expects to run no longer than 90 days from the referral. A licensee that has not engaged a certified provider has fallen short of that requirement rather than been released from it. The Authority does not mediate the Jack.com dispute or order compensation, but a complaint to complaints@cga.cw feeds its supervision of the Jack.com licence. Beyond that, Article 5.5 requires a licensee to provide a clause submitting the gaming agreement to Curaçao law and any dispute to the Curaçao courts, and Article 15.3 makes a player’s claim against a licensee such as Jack.com enforceable there.

If you are in the United States

Clause 3 of the terms does not list the United States as a restricted territory and clause 4 lists USD among the accepted currencies, so an account opened from the US is not excluded by the operator's own rules. No US regulator or court item naming Jack.com or Data Link Digital B.V. was located on public record at our last check; the dispute route sits with the Curacao licence.

If you are in the EU

Only Lithuania and Latvia among EU states are restricted under clause 3, and the Curacao route applies whichever EU country you played from. The Jackbit-era operator Ryker B.V. was prohibited by Spelinspektionen from providing gambling in Sweden (decision 25Si1821, 8 September 2025, concerning jackbit.com) and its sister domain 20bets.com is on the Belgian Gaming Commission's blocked list (2023); neither item names Data Link Digital B.V. or jack.com, and the site still lists Swedish among its supported languages.

If you are in Canada or Australia

Neither Canada nor Australia is restricted under clause 3, CAD and AUD are accepted currencies under clause 4, and no Canadian regulator item naming Jack.com was located. In Australia, ACMA published a formal warning to Ryker B.V. (Jackbit, CasinOK) in April 2026 and press reports of 17 April 2026 state that ACMA ordered ISPs to block JackBit among 19 sites under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001; those items concern the Jackbit era and Ryker B.V., and jack.com was not named.

If you are in the UK

Jack.com holds no UK Gambling Commission licence, so GamStop, IBAS and the Commission play no part, and clause 3 does not restrict the United Kingdom while clause 4 accepts GBP. The route is the Curacao one: the operator's clause 14 procedure within two months, then the Curacao Gaming Authority quoting licence OGL/2024/1562/1139.
