Discasino Withdrawal Problems? Not Paying Out, Blocked Accounts and Refund Options
Licence status, what the record shows and the routes open to players anywhere, with sources. A listing is a record, not an allegation of wrongdoing.
Written by Jake Thomas, Co-founder and Director. Clinton & Co Advisors is not a law firm. Last checked 4 September 2026.
Discasino is not paying out because the site itself has gone dark: discasino.com has served only a maintenance page since early March 2026, and Casino Guru carries a banner saying the brand has closed. Who operates it cannot be confirmed. The site's last published statement, archived on 7 January 2026, named Igloo Ventures SRL under an Anjouan licence; the only register that still lists discasino.com is the Curacao Gaming Authority certificate held by Entretenimiento Rojo B.V. If you have lost money to Discasino, or lost a lot of money there, this page sets out those register facts side by side, what the operator's own terms allow, and the routes open to players anywhere.
- Entity
- Not established: the Curacao Gaming Authority certificate that lists discasino.com names Entretenimiento Rojo B.V., Curacao company number 152924, Emancipatie Boulevard Dominico F. Don Martina 31, Willemstad, while the site's own last published statement, archived 7 January 2026, named Igloo Ventures SRL, Costa Rica registration 3-102-880024, San Jose, so no single operating company can be confirmed.

Closed: discasino.com stopped serving a casino between 2 and 6 March 2026 and has returned a maintenance page ever since, and no entity, licence number and regulator can be confirmed together: the site published no licence claim after 2 February 2026, the Anjouan register no longer lists the domain, and the register entry that does still list discasino.com is the Curacao Gaming Authority certificate OGL/2024/1100/0505, held by a different company, Entretenimiento Rojo B.V.

Who operates Discasino
Three positions are on record for the same brand, and they are set out here side by side rather than reconciled. The home page archived on 16 May 2025 states that discasino.com is operated by Entretenimiento Rojo B.V., a Curacao company with number 152924 at Emancipatie Boulevard Dominico F. Don Martina 31, Willemstad, holding a Certificate of Operation while application OGL/2024/1100/0505 ran with the Curacao Gaming Authority under the transitional arrangement in the National Ordinance on Games of Chance. The home page archived on 7 January 2026 states something different: that the site is owned and operated by Igloo Ventures SRL, registration number 3-102-880024, San Jose, Costa Rica, under an Anjouan licence numbered ALSI-142311005-FI2. By the capture of 2 February 2026 both fields are empty, the Anjouan seal script has lost the licence id from its address and the footer carries no licence sentence at all. The general terms, last updated 30 January 2026, name no company, no registration number and no address anywhere; the only regulator-style name in the whole document is in clause 22.6, which tells the customer they may complain to the operator's licensing body, Gaming Services Provider N.V.
The registers as read on 4 September 2026 do not settle it either. The Curacao Gaming Authority certificate portal returns a certificate for Entretenimiento Rojo B.V., company 152924, licensed by the Curacao Gaming Control Board since 17 September 2024 under OGL/2024/1100/0505, and discasino.com is one of the 13 approved domains on it; the certificate shows no status word and no expiry date, while the CGA online register records that licence as Assessment in progress, with the 27 August 2026 edition giving an issue date of 24 June 2025 and an expiry of 24 December 2025. The Anjouan register carries Igloo Ventures SRL on ALSI-142311005-FI2 as valid to 14 November 2026, but discasino.com is not among the nine domains it now covers. Archived captures show the domain on that licence on 26 March 2026 and gone by 16 April 2026, roughly six weeks after the site went dark, and the Anjouan Gaming Authority records no suspended and no revoked licences at all. Gaming Services Provider N.V. appears in neither CGA register edition. That is why this file carries the sentence that the licence status could not be validated: the company that publicly claimed the brand is not on the register that lists the domain, and the company on that register is not the one the site named.
What the terms allowed Discasino to do
The general terms archived on 3 February 2026, printed as last updated 30 January 2026, are the last version the site published, and they run heavily in the operator's favour. On money leaving the account, clause 9 sets conditions but no clock: there is no processing deadline anywhere in it. Clause 9.3 reserves the right to ask for photo identification, address confirmation, a selfie or a verification call before granting any withdrawal, and to verify identity at any time. Clause 9.1 sets a minimum withdrawal of EUR 10, clause 9.2 allows an 8 per cent fee with a EUR 4 minimum where the deposit has not been wagered through once, clause 9.4 requires payouts to return to the original method, and clause 9.6 caps withdrawals at EUR 50,000 a month, roughly £43,000 or $54,000 on an indicative conversion, with no daily or weekly figure stated. Clause 9.7 says the operator cannot promise to process withdrawals or refunds where the player has breached the restricted-use clauses, which is the country list in clause 4.1.3.
On closure and forfeiture the discretion is wide. Clause 5.1 allows registration to be refused with no obligation to give a reason. Clause 6.3 allows an account to be closed or suspended for non-compliance or on other reasonable grounds, sometimes without prior notice, and in that event allows bets to be voided and the money in the account, including the deposit, to be withheld. Clause 5.4 makes multiple accounts, extending to relatives, associates and third parties acting for the player, subject to immediate closure. Clause 17.2 allows funds to be confiscated where the operator detects dishonest activity or judges a betting pattern designed to clear wagering unfairly, and the promotional-abuse clause allows bonus funds and their winnings to be voided across the operator's network, with other funds in the account, including real-money balances and pending withdrawals, withheld to cover actual or anticipated losses. The dormancy clauses matter to anyone locked out: an account with no login for 180 continuous days is classified as dormant, a monthly maintenance fee of 10 per cent of the remaining balance may then be deducted after at least 30 days' notice by email, until the balance falls to EUR 5 or less, at which point the remaining funds may be forfeited; logging in reactivates the account and stops further deductions, and an account blocked for incomplete verification that stays unverified for 180 days may be treated the same way.
Two clauses shape any recovery route. Clause 22.4 requires a dispute to be lodged within three days from the date the wager was decided and says no claims will be honoured after that period, which is unusually short. Clause 6.10 bars the player from transferring, selling or pledging the account, and extends that bar expressly to rights and claims connected with it, whether by assignment, brokering, hypothecation or a third party acting as fiduciary, so any route has to run in the player's own name. Clause 22.3 promises reasonable endeavours to respond to queries within a few days and an intention to respond within 28 days of receipt, clause 22.5 escalates unresolved matters to management, and there is no governing law clause and no jurisdiction clause anywhere in the document.
Withdrawal delayed or refused
A Discasino withdrawal pending with no end date is what the published complaints describe, and the terms explain why: clause 9 sets no processing deadline at all. Clause 9.3 reserves the right to ask for photo identification, address confirmation, a selfie or a verification call before any payout is granted, and the AML policy holds a withdrawal until step two of its three-step process is complete, which it applies to any withdrawal of any size. Clause 9.1 puts the minimum cash out at EUR 10, clause 9.2 allows an 8 per cent fee with a EUR 4 minimum where the deposit has not been wagered through once, clause 9.4 sends payouts back to the original method, and clause 9.6 caps withdrawals at EUR 50,000 a month, roughly £43,000 or $54,000 on an indicative conversion, with no daily or weekly figure given. Complaints published on Trustpilot describe a 190 USDT withdrawal followed by a verification demand, verification completed and the balance then reduced to nil, and separately verification documents left unprocessed for several days with no reply from support. Since March 2026 no payout route runs at all, because the site is unreachable.
Account blocked or frozen
An account frozen at Discasino can be frozen under several clauses at once. Clause 6.3 allows the operator to close or suspend an account for non-compliance or on other reasonable grounds, sometimes without prior notice, and in that event to void bets and withhold the money in the account including the deposit. Clause 5.1 allows registration to be refused with no obligation to give a reason, and clause 5.4 makes multiple accounts, extending to relatives and associates, subject to immediate closure. The AML policy freezes an account where deposits reach five thousand euro in one payment or across several, pending a source of wealth review, and its third step applies to anyone depositing or withdrawing over $5,000, about £4,300. Clause 7.6 then adds a trap for anyone whose verification is stuck: an account blocked for incomplete KYC or source of funds checks that stays unverified for 180 days may be classified as dormant, and the dormancy clause allows a monthly maintenance fee of 10 per cent of the remaining balance until the balance falls to EUR 5 or less, at which point the remaining funds may be forfeited. Anyone locked out since the site went dark in March 2026 has now passed 180 days.
Winnings voided or confiscated
Confiscated winnings at Discasino rest mainly on clause 17.2, which reserves the right to take funds where the operator detects dishonest activity or judges a betting pattern designed to clear wagering unfairly. Its own examples include low-risk betting covering more than half the outcomes of a round, delaying game rounds, leaving large bets on the table and returning once wagering is complete, building value with bonus money and cashing out on it in real-money play, and exploiting software faults. The promotional-abuse clause goes wider: bonus funds and the winnings from them may be voided across the operator's network, and other funds in the account, including real-money balances and pending withdrawals, may be withheld to cover actual or anticipated losses. Clause 8.1 requires deposits to come from an account or card in the player's own name. The bonus terms cap what a bonus can produce at ten times the bonus amount, set wagering at 35 times, limit bets to $5 or EUR 5 a round and forfeit every bonus where a withdrawal is requested before wagering is met. Complaints published on Trustpilot describe a balance reduced to nil after verification, with the operator naming no specific term and calling its decision final.
Site not responding or gone dark
Discasino has gone dark, and that is the core fact of this page. Read on 4 September 2026, discasino.com returns HTTP 403 and a page headed Website Under Maintenance that points enquiries to support@discasino.com; every policy path tested returned the same page at the same byte size. The domain still resolves through Cloudflare, so this is a holding page rather than a lapsed registration. The archive record puts the last working capture on 2 March 2026 and the first maintenance capture on 6 March 2026, and every capture read since, through to July 2026, is the same. Casino Guru carries a banner stating that Discasino has been closed and no longer operates. Two things follow for anyone with a balance behind it. First, the three-day complaint window in clause 22.4 has long expired on any settled bet, so the complaint that now matters is the one addressed to the licensing side rather than to the operator. Second, the dormancy clauses keep running while the site is unreachable. The only channels the operator ever named are support@discasino.com and complaints@discasino.com, and neither is answerable from a page that does not load.
What the record shows
Spelinspektionen, the Swedish Gambling Authority, prohibited Igloo Ventures SRL from providing gambling in Sweden without the necessary licence, with immediate effect, in decision 25Si669 of 12 May 2025. The supervisory case concerned instantcasino.com, sambaslots.com and goldenpanda.com: Swedish was selectable and preselected on entry from a Swedish IP address, the sites were marketed to Swedish consumers through affiliate sites, Twitch and Swedish-language advertising slots, and Swedish consumers were not prevented from registering. The decision records Igloo Ventures SRL, registration number 3-102-880024, San Jose, Costa Rica, as operating on Anjouan under licence ALSI-142311005-FI2, and lists discasino.com among the websites on which that company conducts gambling operations. Igloo Ventures SRL was given the opportunity to respond and did not.
SourceIs Discasino legit?
The honest answer to "is it legit" has parts. Discasino claims a Curaçao licence that could not be validated against the register. The record above holds 1 documented item for Discasino, sourced and attributed. With no UK Gambling Commission licence recorded for it, GamStop does not cover it and no UK adjudicator can hear a dispute about it, which counts for more than any star rating once money is stuck. Holding a licence never guarantees players fair treatment. A Curaçao licence number can be checked against the CGA's official register using our free licence checker.
Complaints about Discasino
Trustpilot, read on 4 September 2026, shows discasino.com with a TrustScore of 3.1 out of 5 across 32 reviews, which Trustpilot labels average, split 35 per cent five star, 9 per cent four star, 31 per cent three star and 25 per cent one star, on a business profile claimed in November 2024. Complaints published there describe a withdrawal request of 190 USDT followed by a verification demand, verification then completed, and the balance afterwards reduced to nil with the operator citing a breach of the terms without identifying which term and describing the appeal as final and not open to challenge; verification documents submitted and left unprocessed for several days with no support response; and repeated deposits over several weeks with the reviewer judging the return to player far below expectations and questioning the authenticity of the positive reviews. Positive reviews on the same page describe fast crypto payouts, the 10 per cent weekly cashback, the Discord community and the esports betting, and several three-star reviews describe bonus terms that took rereading and a busy interface. The operator's published replies apologise, state that account closures and balance voids follow an internal review under the platform's terms, state that return to player percentages are configured to industry standards, and in each case ask the reviewer to email complaints@discasino.com. These are attributed player reports, not findings by any regulator.
Casino Guru, read the same day, carries a banner stating that Discasino has been closed and no longer operates, gives the brand a Safety Index of 6.9, names Igloo Ventures SRL as the owner and records estimated yearly revenues over $1,000,000. It states that no relevant complaints about the casino were found and that it holds two player reviews, below its own five-review threshold for a score, and it assesses the terms as mostly fair with some questionable clauses. It also states that to the best of its knowledge no gambling regulator granted the brand a licence, which the primary registers contradict, so that statement is recorded here and not adopted. No AskGamblers review page for the brand exists, no usable forum thread was located, and neither Reddit nor Bitcointalk could be read, so the published complaint picture rests on a small sample.
A complaint about Discasino should go to Discasino itself first, in writing, through the complaints channel it publishes or its support address where it publishes none, with every reply kept. If Discasino does not resolve it, escalation points at Curacao Gaming Authority, and in practice the pressure comes from the evidence your own records support. The sequence is set out in how to escalate a casino complaint.
What the licence requires
Discasino's licence position could not be validated against the register, and no UK Gambling Commission licence is recorded for it, so GamStop and the UK dispute-resolution framework do not apply. Read more on how Curaçao casino law works.
Since the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (the LOK) came into force on 24 December 2024, Curaçao licences are issued directly by the Curaçao Gaming Authority, which requires licensees to verify player identity, operate responsible-gaming measures and publish a complaints procedure. What it lacks is the UK layer: no GamStop participation, no Gambling Commission oversight and no UK dispute-resolution requirement. That gap changes where the pressure points are; it does not remove them.
The Curaçao Gaming Authority accepts player complaints against its licensees. Quote the licence number on file, and run the operator's own published complaints procedure first.
If you are trying to recover money
Because no licence this file could confirm now stands behind Discasino, there is no adjudicator anywhere that can order a refund, so recovery runs as a claim built on the Discasino terms as they stood when you played and on the evidence your own records support, taken forward with a regulated legal partner where they support it. Preserve your account evidence first, then see how gambling-loss recovery works, the evidence you need to recover losses, and how to escalate a casino complaint.
Search the Curaçao enforcement register for Discasino first, because a published action against the licence is a fact your complaint can cite.
Two guides carry the detail for a Curaçao brand like Discasino. Getting your money back from a Curaçao casino sets out the complaint order and what the regulator can realistically do about Discasino. Where you had self-excluded with Discasino and it kept taking deposits, read what a failed self-exclusion is worth. The free complaint route finder maps the order for you.
If the amount is large
A five or six figure balance met Discasino's own ceiling before it met anything else. Clause 9.6 caps withdrawals at EUR 50,000 a month, roughly £43,000 or $54,000 on an indicative conversion, and states no daily or weekly figure, so a balance of EUR 200,000, roughly £172,000 or $216,000 on the same indicative conversion, needed four clear months to leave even with nothing in dispute. The verification ladder arrived first. The AML policy applies step two of three to any withdrawal of any amount and holds the payout until it is done, and step three, which asks for source of wealth, to anyone depositing or withdrawing over $5,000, about £4,300. Deposits reaching five thousand euro in one payment or across several freeze the account until that review is finished. Clause 9.3 allows a selfie or a verification call on top of documents. Under the Curacao regime a licensee is required to verify identity and to ask about source of funds, so the request itself is within what a licence allows: what can be tested is whether it was raised only after the win, whether what was asked for was proportionate, and whether the account was then closed under clause 6.3 with the balance withheld. A VIP host who stops replying after a large withdrawal request is worth documenting rather than chasing. Two clauses shape any route from here. Clause 22.4 gave three days from the settlement of the bet to lodge a dispute, and clause 6.10 bars a player from transferring rights or claims in the account to anyone else, so the route runs in the player's own name. Where those complaints now go is set out in the next section.
Where you are playing from
The route against Discasino is set by Curaçao law, not by where you live. Start with a written complaint to Discasino: the LOK gives you six months from the incident, costs nothing, and obliges Discasino to acknowledge within a week and answer within four weeks, with one four-week extension allowed to Discasino. Unresolved, the LOK requires a licensee to offer alternative dispute resolution at its own expense and the Authority requires that body to be a CGA-certified one, on a timetable it expects to run no longer than 90 days; a licensee that has not engaged a certified provider is short of that requirement rather than outside it. Copy complaints@cga.cw: the Curaçao Gaming Authority will not decide your Discasino case or award compensation, but it uses complaints to police the Discasino licence. The final step against Discasino is the Curaçao court, because Article 5.5 obliges a licensee to write Curaçao law and the Curaçao courts into the gaming agreement, and the old civil-code bar on gambling claims no longer applies to claims against a licensee.
Discasino is recorded on this file as closed: its own site no longer serves the casino, so the operator side of the route above may have nobody answering it, and the licence position is the one set out in the register block. The Discasino terms as they stood when you played, your own records and the domestic angles below carry the claim.
If you are in the United States
Clause 4.1.3 of the terms lists the United States, and the named US overseas territories of American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, among the countries barred from using the site, and clause 9.7 says the operator cannot promise to process withdrawals or refunds where a player has breached those restrictions. Clause 22.4 allowed only three days from the settlement of a bet to lodge a dispute, and the general terms name no governing law and no jurisdiction.
If you are in the EU
Clause 4.1.3 restricts the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Austria, the Czech Republic, Spain, Germany, Bulgaria, Malta and Lithuania, plus the French outermost regions; other member states are not on the list. Sweden is not restricted, and Spelinspektionen's decision 25Si669 of 12 May 2025 prohibited Igloo Ventures SRL from providing gambling in Sweden without the necessary licence and lists discasino.com among the sites that company operates. The Belgian Gaming Commission's blocked list carries luckyblock.com, winningz.com, goldenpanda.com and instantcasino.com, but not discasino.com.
If you are in Canada or Australia
Canada is not on the restricted list in clause 4.1.3 and Australia is. In Australia, ACMA published a formal warning to Igloo Ventures SRL over Lucky Block in its November 2024 collection, and its blocked gambling websites list carries instantcasino.com and luckyblock.com but not discasino.com. Nothing naming Discasino or Igloo Ventures SRL appears on the AGCO orders and monetary penalties page, read 4 September 2026.
If you are in the UK
Clause 4.1.3 lists the United Kingdom among the restricted countries, and neither Discasino nor either named company appears in the Gambling Commission's published business or domain register files, so there is no GamStop cover and no domestic dispute route. The route is the Curacao one, addressed to the certificate that still carries the domain. Igloo Ventures SRL, the company that publicly claimed the brand until January 2026 and which Spelinspektionen recorded as operating discasino.com, remains a valid Anjouan licensee, so the Anjouan Gaming Authority's complaint process is a second avenue, directed at that company rather than at the domain.

Common questions about Discasino
Can I get my money back from Discasino?
Possibly. No licence this file could confirm now stands behind Discasino, so there is no regulator or adjudicator anywhere that can order a refund. Recovery instead works through the Discasino terms as they stood when you played, the evidence your payment history supports, and where appropriate a regulated legal partner. The right route depends on your evidence, and our initial assessment is free and confidential.
Who operates Discasino, and is it licensed?
Not established: the Curacao Gaming Authority certificate that lists discasino.com names Entretenimiento Rojo B.V., Curacao company number 152924, Emancipatie Boulevard Dominico F. Don Martina 31, Willemstad, while the site's own last published statement, archived 7 January 2026, named Igloo Ventures SRL, Costa Rica registration 3-102-880024, San Jose, so no single operating company can be confirmed. Discasino's licence position could not be validated against the register check recorded on this file. It is recorded as closed under Curacao Gaming Authority. This licence sits outside GamStop, so a GamStop self-exclusion does not block accounts held under it.
Does Discasino accept UK players?
Discasino is not open to UK players on the record on this file. Clause 4.1.3 of the general terms archived on 3 February 2026 lists the United Kingdom among the countries barred from using the site, alongside the United States, Australia and ten EU member states. Neither Discasino nor either named company appears in the Gambling Commission's published business or domain register files, so there is no GamStop cover and no UK dispute route. The licence in force when you played is what shapes the routes open to you.
Is there anything documented on file about Discasino?
Our research records 1 regulator or court action for Discasino, with its issuing body and a source you can check. A listing is a record, not proof of wrongdoing, and every case turns on its own evidence.
What should I do if Discasino will not pay out or has frozen my account?
Preserve the evidence first: screenshot your balance, the stuck withdrawal, chat transcripts and emails, and save the terms as they read today. Then make one formal written complaint and escalate to the right authority or a regulated legal partner. Avoid closing the account or accepting a partial settlement before you have taken advice.
Will Discasino know I contacted Clinton & Co?
No. Nothing is sent to any operator without your written consent. The first an operator hears of your case is a formal complaint you have approved.
Is Discasino still operating?
No. Read on 4 September 2026, discasino.com returns a maintenance page under HTTP 403 on every path tested, and the domain still resolves through Cloudflare, so it is a holding page rather than an expired registration. The archive record shows the last working capture on 2 March 2026 and the first maintenance capture on 6 March 2026. Casino Guru carries a banner stating that the brand has been closed and no longer operates.
How long does a Discasino withdrawal take?
The terms never said. Clause 9 of the general terms sets no processing deadline anywhere, and clause 9.3 allowed the operator to ask for identification, address confirmation, a selfie or a verification call before granting any payout. The AML policy held any withdrawal, of any size, until its step two verification was complete. Complaints published on Trustpilot describe a cash out request followed by a verification demand and then a nil balance. Since March 2026 no withdrawal route runs at all.
Does Discasino require KYC?
Yes, and at three levels. The AML policy required an identity form from every user before any withdrawal, a second step for anyone depositing over EUR 2,000 or withdrawing any amount, and a third step asking for source of wealth from anyone depositing or withdrawing over $5,000, about £4,300, or sending another user over $3,000, about £2,600. Its KYC process asked for a document photographed alongside a handwritten six-digit note, a second photograph of the customer's face, and proof of address under three months old.
Is Discasino the same as Instant Casino and Golden Panda?
They share a claimed operator. Spelinspektionen's decision of 12 May 2025 names instantcasino.com, sambaslots.com and goldenpanda.com as the sites its supervisory case examined, and lists discasino.com among 23 websites on which Igloo Ventures SRL conducts gambling operations. That is a primary document rather than an industry listing. Discasino itself named Igloo Ventures SRL as its operator until January 2026, then published no claim at all.
Why is my Discasino account suspended?
The terms allowed several routes to it at once. Clause 6.3 let the operator suspend or close an account for non-compliance or on other reasonable grounds, sometimes without notice, and then void bets and withhold the money in it including the deposit. Clause 5.4 made multiple accounts, extending to relatives and associates, subject to immediate closure. The AML policy froze an account where deposits reached five thousand euro in one payment or across several, pending a source of wealth review.
Who can I complain to now Discasino is offline?
The operator's own channels, support@discasino.com and complaints@discasino.com, sit behind a site that does not load, and clause 22.4 allowed only three days from a settled bet in any event. The route with a live register entry behind it is the Curacao Gaming Authority, quoting Entretenimiento Rojo B.V. and OGL/2024/1100/0505, the certificate that still lists discasino.com. A second avenue runs to the Anjouan Gaming Authority against Igloo Ventures SRL, which remains a valid licensee there.
