The site's own footer, read 7 September 2026 at bonusstrike.org.uk, lists only Terms & Conditions, Responsible Gaming, Betting Rules, Contacts, FAQ and Privacy Policy links and the line '© 2026. All rights reserved. Bonus Strike Casino.'; it names no operating company, no company registration number, no licence number and no regulator. The terms at bonusstrike.org.uk/terms-conditions, also read 7 September 2026, are the same: no clause names an entity, a registration number, a licence number or a regulator. The only address the operator gives anywhere is an email, customercare@milkywins.email, quoted here as the contact address the site itself publishes; it is not treated as an entity name, since the terms never say what 'Milky Wins' is or how it relates to Bonus Strike. Searching the Curaçao Gaming Authority's online licence register, 3 September 2026 edition, for both 'Bonus Strike' and 'Milky Wins' on 7 September 2026 returned no matching row for either term.

The terms do contain one line that mentions a jurisdiction: clause 5.5.6 (an anti-money-laundering reporting clause) states that a suspicious transaction report would go 'to the competent Maltese or UK Authorities (or other appropriate Authorities)'. That sentence describes who the Company would report suspicious activity to, not who licenses it, and it is the only appearance of either 'Maltese' or 'UK' anywhere in the terms read. The terms at bonusstrike.org.uk/terms-conditions set fixed withdrawal ceilings: 'The daily withdrawal limit is 2 000 USD (EUR) / 150 000 RUB. The weekly withdrawal limit is 10 000 USD (EUR) / 700 000 RUB. The monthly withdrawal limit is 40 000 USD (EUR) / 3 000 000 RUB', and separately state that 'Withdrawals of substantial amounts to Skrill and Neteller wallets will be discussed individually', meaning a large win to those wallets is not paid to a fixed schedule at all but negotiated case by case.

On identity checks, the terms describe a Know Your Customer process folded into a wider Due Diligence policy: 'A part of Due Diligence policy is to Know Your Customer (KYC) policy' and, two sentences later in the same clause, that 'our clients could be asked to provide a copy of the passport and utility bill or bank statement'. That list does not mention the United Kingdom in either direction, so nothing in this clause states whether a UK resident may or may not hold an account.

If you are in the United States
