Who operates 7Spins

7Spins' own archived terms page states: "The site is operated and managed by Engage Entertainment Group Inc. Correspondence address Suite no.4, Weathered Bldg., Redcliffe Street, St. John's, Antigua and Barbuda, West Indies." That statement comes from a Wayback Machine capture of the terms page dated 3 December 2016, roughly a decade before this record was compiled, and is the only entity statement found for the brand. A separate Wayback Machine capture of the 7Spins home page, dated 17 November 2020, contained no operator, licence or regulator information at all: only a language-selector shell with English, Francais, Deutsch and Espanol links. Live requests to 7spins.com and www.7spins.com both returned a connection-refused error on 6 September 2026, so no current version of either page could be read.

Neither archived capture names a gambling regulator or licence number, in Curacao or anywhere else. Clinton & Co checked the entity name Engage Entertainment Group Inc., and any 7Spins-branded licence number, against the Curacao Gaming Authority's online licence register (3 September 2026 edition) on 6 September 2026, and found no matching row. On the evidence available, the licence position for 7Spins could not be validated one way or the other: the 2016 statement names a corporate operator with an Antiguan correspondence address but does not itself claim a Curacao, or any other, licence, and no register entry was found under that name.

What could be read of the terms

The only text preserved in the 3 December 2016 Wayback Machine capture of the 7spins.com terms page was site navigation (a language switcher and game, promotion and community menu links), a security-marketing line reading "7 Spins MAKES IT SAFER!", a list of policy page titles (About Us, VIP Club, Privacy Policy, Spam Policy, Responsible Gaming, Terms & Conditions, Bonus Rules, Banking, FAQ, Contact, Live Chat) and the single operator statement quoted above. A search of the full captured text found no withdrawal limit, no KYC or source-of-funds clause, no complaint window or dispute route, no governing-law clause and no dormant-account fee anywhere in the capture; the archived snapshot most likely did not preserve dynamically loaded page content, so these clauses may exist on the live page without having been captured.

Live requests to 7spins.com and www.7spins.com both returned a connection-refused error on 6 September 2026, so no current terms could be read either. Because no restricted-territories clause or any other operative clause could be read from either the archive or the live site, no acceptance position for any customer can be stated from the terms, and none is claimed here.

Is 7Spins withholding a withdrawal?

The playbook for a stalled 7Spins payout is in what to do when a casino withholds your winnings. For a substantial sum, whether 7Spins has voided a win, confiscated a balance or simply stopped releasing a withdrawal, our withheld winnings service covers the evidence that decides these cases and the point at which specialist assessment earns its keep.

What the record shows

Our research found no substantiated public regulatory or court action against 7Spins. This file reflects licence and status records only, and is not a suggestion of wrongdoing.

Is 7Spins legit?

"Legit" is really three separate questions. 7Spins claims a Curaçao licence that could not be validated against the register. No substantiated regulator or court action against 7Spins appears in our research. No UK Gambling Commission licence is recorded for it, meaning neither GamStop nor the UK dispute framework reaches it, and that gap matters more than any review score when something goes wrong. No licence anywhere is a promise of fair treatment. Our free licence checker matches any Curaçao licence number against the CGA's own register.

Complaints about 7Spins

Clinton & Co attempted to read a review or complaints page for 7Spins on two independent complaint-and-review publishers on 6 September 2026. An AskGamblers URL for a 7 Spins Casino review returned HTTP 404 Not Found, meaning no such page currently exists at that address. A casino.guru URL for a 7 Spins Casino review returned HTTP 403 Forbidden, blocking the read entirely. Trustpilot and bitcointalk were not attempted, since both are known to block automated reads.

No player complaint data could be gathered for this record from any source checked on 6 September 2026. This reflects what could be reached on that date, not a finding that no complaints exist or that the brand has a clean record; it should not be read either way.

A complaint about 7Spins should go to 7Spins itself first, in writing, through the complaints channel it publishes or its support address where it publishes none, with every reply kept. If 7Spins does not resolve it, escalation points at Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA), and in practice the pressure comes from the evidence your own records support. The sequence is set out in how to escalate a casino complaint.

What the licence requires

7Spins's licence position could not be validated against the register, and no UK Gambling Commission licence is recorded for it, so GamStop and the UK dispute-resolution framework do not apply. Read more on how Curaçao casino law works.

If you are trying to recover money

Because no licence this file could confirm now stands behind 7Spins, there is no adjudicator anywhere that can order a refund, so recovery runs as a claim built on the 7Spins terms as they stood when you played and on the evidence your own records support, taken forward with a regulated legal partner where they support it. Preserve your account evidence first, then see how gambling-loss recovery works, the evidence you need to recover losses, and how to escalate a casino complaint.

Before you write, look 7Spins up on the Curaçao enforcement register: a recorded action against the licensee changes what the complaint should say.

Two guides carry the detail for a Curaçao brand like 7Spins. Getting your money back from a Curaçao casino sets out the complaint order and what the regulator can realistically do about 7Spins. Where you had self-excluded with 7Spins and it kept taking deposits, read what a failed self-exclusion is worth. The free complaint route finder maps the order for you.

If the amount is large

Two things tend to happen at once when a 7Spins balance gets large. The 7Spins account goes quiet on the commercial side, with a 7Spins host who replied in minutes now slow or silent, and 7Spins withdrawal caps that were irrelevant on a £500 / $650 payout suddenly shaping how long a £50,000 / $65,000 balance takes to leave. On the compliance side the Curaçao anti-money-laundering regulations of January 2025 that bind 7Spins come into play: 7Spins must carry out customer due diligence once your transactions reach NAf 4,000, roughly £1,700 / $2,200, calculated daily across every deposit and withdrawal since the 7Spins account was opened. Where the threshold is reached because you want to withdraw, those regulations call for 7Spins to freeze the account completely. Where 7Spins judges the risk higher, enhanced due diligence follows, which is why 7Spins asks for source of funds or source of wealth: savings, employment, a property sale, dividends, an inheritance, earlier gambling winnings. There is a backstop that binds 7Spins. If the documents have not reached 7Spins within 30 days of the threshold being reached, it must terminate the relationship, and absent a money-laundering presumption the funds are to be transferred to you. What to do while the 7Spins clock runs is under Where you are playing from.

Where you are playing from

The route against 7Spins is set by Curaçao law, not by where you live. Start with a written complaint to 7Spins: the LOK gives you six months from the incident, costs nothing, and obliges 7Spins to acknowledge within a week and answer within four weeks, with one four-week extension allowed to 7Spins. Unresolved, the LOK requires a licensee to offer alternative dispute resolution at its own expense and the Authority requires that body to be a CGA-certified one, on a timetable it expects to run no longer than 90 days; a licensee that has not engaged a certified provider is short of that requirement rather than outside it. Copy complaints@cga.cw: the Curaçao Gaming Authority will not decide your 7Spins case or award compensation, but it uses complaints to police the 7Spins licence. The final step against 7Spins is the Curaçao court, because Article 5.5 obliges a licensee to write Curaçao law and the Curaçao courts into the gaming agreement, and the old civil-code bar on gambling claims no longer applies to claims against a licensee.

The 7Spins licence could not be validated against the Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA) register, so treat the licence route as conditional on that licence existing; the domestic angles below stand either way.

If you are in the United States

For a United States player the domestic picture on 7Spins is short: gambling is regulated by each state, 7Spins is licensed by none of them, and the 50 state attorneys general who wrote to the Department of Justice in August 2025 described offshore platforms as operating without proper licensure and evading state regulation, which is the class 7Spins falls into. Record the 7Spins dispute with your state consumer protection office or attorney general, but expect no refund of the 7Spins balance from that channel. Against 7Spins the working route is the one attached to the 7Spins licence, meaning the Curaçao route above.

If you are in the EU

Austria and Germany are the two EU markets where courts have recognised a refund claim against an operator like 7Spins with no domestic licence. The Austrian Supreme Court settled it in 1 Ob 229/20p: no Austrian concession, no effective contract, stake repayable, which is what an Austrian 7Spins player relies on. In Germany the Court of Justice of the EU (Case C-440/23, 16 April 2026) confirmed that such restitution claims are compatible with EU law, which is the ground an EU 7Spins player stands on, on facts involving Malta-licensed operators rather than 7Spins; the Federal Court of Justice’s lead decision, I ZR 216/25, is pending after a hearing on 17 September 2026, so a German 7Spins claim is not yet settled law. The Netherlands is different: since the Hoge Raad’s ruling of 3 July 2026 an unlicensed operator’s contracts, those of 7Spins included, are not automatically void, so a Dutch 7Spins player has no automatic refund and only a case-by-case claim against 7Spins. Outside those three countries we have found no sourced domestic route against 7Spins, and against 7Spins the Curaçao route above applies.

If you are in Canada or Australia

A Canadian player outside Ontario has no sourced domestic route against 7Spins: the other provinces run government monopolies, and Ontario’s own bodies reach Ontario-registered sites only. The AGCO states that a complaint to it will not resolve a dispute and that it cannot make a gaming site such as 7Spins return your money, while iGaming Ontario has no legal relationship with unregulated operators such as 7Spins. In Australia online casinos are banned under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001; you can complain to ACMA about the breach, but ACMA says Australian regulators cannot help when an illegal service withholds winnings and suggests contacting the licensing authority overseas. For 7Spins that comes back to the Curaçao route above, the one attached to the 7Spins licence.

If you are in the UK

A UK player has no domestic adjudicator for a 7Spins dispute. The Gambling Commission says it is illegal to provide gambling to consumers in Great Britain without the operating licence 7Spins does not hold, wherever in the world the gambling is provided from, and 7Spins holds no such licence. So GAMSTOP, which covers only GB-licensed operators, never applied to 7Spins; the ADR requirement in the licence conditions, and IBAS, which adjudicates only against operators registered with it, do not reach 7Spins; and the Commission has no powers to resolve individual complaints or help consumers get money back from 7Spins, although it asks for unlicensed sites to be reported to intelligencereports@gamblingcommission.gov.uk. What reaches 7Spins is the Curaçao route above, the one attached to the 7Spins licence.

FAQ

Common questions about 7Spins

Can I get my money back from 7Spins?

Possibly. No licence this file could confirm now stands behind 7Spins, so there is no regulator or adjudicator anywhere that can order a refund. Recovery instead works through the 7Spins terms as they stood when you played, the evidence your payment history supports, and where appropriate a regulated legal partner. The right route depends on your evidence, and our initial assessment is free and confidential.

Not confirmed against the Curaçao Gaming Authority register on 6 September 2026. 7spins.com's own archived terms, a Wayback Machine capture dated 3 December 2016, state the site is operated and managed by Engage Entertainment Group Inc., correspondence address Suite no.4, Weathered Bldg., Redcliffe Street, St. John's, Antigua and Barbuda, West Indies. That statement names a corporate operator, not a gambling regulator or licence. 7Spins's licence position could not be validated against the register check recorded on this file. It is recorded as listed under Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA). This licence sits outside GamStop, so a GamStop self-exclusion does not block accounts held under it.

7Spins's position on UK players is not clear-cut. The only Wayback Machine capture of 7spins.com/terms that could be read (dated 3 December 2016) preserved site navigation and the operator statement but no restricted-territories clause or any other operative clause, most likely because the archived snapshot did not capture dynamically loaded content. Live requests to 7spins.com and www.7spins.com both failed with a connection-refused error on 6 September 2026, so no current terms could be checked either. Acceptance of any customer could not be determined. Whichever applies, the licence in force when you played is what shapes the routes open to you.

Our research found no substantiated public regulator or court action against 7Spins. This file reflects licence and status records only, and is not a suggestion of wrongdoing.

Preserve the evidence first: screenshot your balance, the stuck withdrawal, chat transcripts and emails, and save the terms as they read today. Then make one formal written complaint and escalate to the right authority or a regulated legal partner. Avoid closing the account or accepting a partial settlement before you have taken advice.

No. Nothing is sent to any operator without your written consent. The first an operator hears of your case is a formal complaint you have approved.

Is 7Spins holding your money?

The sooner the evidence is preserved, the stronger the file. Our initial assessment is free and strictly confidential.
