Who operates Bizzo Casino
Clinton & Co could not validate a licence for Bizzo Casino against the Curaçao Gaming Authority register on 6 September 2026: a register search for the brand returned no matching licensee, licence number or approved domain. Bizzo's own home page at bizzo.us.com states, in its own words, that 'the site is regulated by Curacao eGaming, which speaks volumes about its commitment to fairness and security', and a details table on the same page lists Established 2012 and a licence row reading Curacao eGaming, alongside the accepted currencies EUR, USD, GBP and CAD. Neither that page nor its Terms and Conditions, both read on 6 September 2026, name any operating company, registration number or licence number anywhere. The label 'Curacao eGaming' as printed on the site does not match the name of the current regulator, the Curaçao Gaming Authority, and does not appear anywhere on its licence register.
A second domain trading under the same brand name, bizzocasino.com, was also read on 6 September 2026: both its live home page and a Wayback Machine snapshot dated 11 May 2026 render as a React single-page app shell with no readable footer text, terms link or licence statement of any kind, and no terms page could be located on that domain at all. Nothing on bizzocasino.com corroborates or contradicts what bizzo.us.com states; it simply could not be read. A third-party listing on AskGamblers, read the same day, names a different operating entity, TechSolutions Group N.V., and states licences from the Curaçao Gaming Control Board and the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. None of that appears on either Bizzo domain, and it is recorded here as an outside claim, not as a confirmed fact.
What the terms allow Bizzo Casino to do
The Terms and Conditions at bizzo.us.com/terms/ were read in full on 6 September 2026. The document is short and leaves most operational detail unstated: it contains no restricted-territories or player-eligibility list, no named withdrawal cap or Maximum Win Limit, no stated KYC or source-of-funds procedure, and no complaint window or dispute-handling route of any kind. What it does set out: a 'Governing Law' clause naming the laws of Ireland, including the Competition Act 2002 and the European Communities (Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts) Regulations 1995, with 'all disputes... determined exclusively by Irish courts'; a 'Refunds' clause stating that no refunds are given except where the operator itself cancels a prepaid service, in which case the amount paid is returned within thirty days; a 'Limitation on Liability' clause limiting the operator's liability to loss caused by its own 'intent or gross negligence' under Irish law; an 'Amendments' clause allowing the terms to change at any time, including changes affecting a player's rights, which take effect immediately on posting with no duty to notify; and an 'Indemnification' clause requiring the player to cover the operator's costs arising from any breach of the agreement or from inaccurate registration information. A separate statement on the home page, not the terms, says withdrawals are 'processed in 24-48 hours'; the terms themselves make no such commitment.
Because the document does not set out KYC procedure, withdrawal limits, a complaint process or a restricted-country list, a player cannot establish from it alone what happens if a withdrawal is delayed, what proof of identity may be demanded, or where a complaint about the operator can be taken.
Is Bizzo Casino withholding a withdrawal?
The playbook for a stalled Bizzo Casino payout is in what to do when a casino withholds your winnings. And if the amount at stake is large, a win Bizzo Casino voided, a balance it confiscated or a payout it keeps deferring, our withheld winnings service explains which records to preserve and when a Bizzo Casino file justifies specialist assessment.
What the record shows
Our research found no substantiated public regulatory or court action against Bizzo Casino. This file reflects licence and status records only, and is not a suggestion of wrongdoing.
Is Bizzo Casino legit?
The honest answer to "is it legit" has parts. Bizzo Casino claims a Curaçao licence that could not be validated against the register. Nothing substantiated from a regulator or court sits on the Bizzo Casino file. With no UK Gambling Commission licence recorded for it, GamStop does not cover it and no UK adjudicator can hear a dispute about it, which counts for more than any star rating once money is stuck. Holding a licence is no assurance that players are treated fairly. A Curaçao licence number can be checked against the CGA's official register using our free licence checker.
Complaints about Bizzo Casino
AskGamblers' listing for Bizzo Casino, read 6 September 2026, records 11 total complaints against the operator, of which 9 are shown as resolved (82 per cent), with a 2-day average first response and a 5-day average resolution duration; the average disputed amount across cases is put at $452 (roughly £360). Complaints published on AskGamblers describe withdrawal funds not arriving, or being returned to the player's account, despite repeated contact with support; KYC document requests some players found excessive, including a request for a third party's banking information to verify a shared payment method; particular difficulty verifying e-wallet and virtual card transactions where the standard proof document does not display the player's name; self-exclusion and account-closure requests that players say were not actioned; and repeated requests for the same documents across multiple submission rounds without a clear explanation of why.
These are attributed player and publisher accounts on a third-party review platform, not a regulatory finding, and AskGamblers' own resolution rate shows that a pursued complaint is resolved in the clear majority of logged cases. No casino.guru data could be added to this section: the casino.guru review page returned a fetch error (HTTP 403) on 6 September 2026.
A complaint about Bizzo Casino should go to Bizzo Casino itself first, in writing, through the complaints channel it publishes or its support address where it publishes none, with every reply kept. If Bizzo Casino does not resolve it, escalation points at Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA), and in practice the pressure comes from the evidence your own records support. The sequence is set out in how to escalate a casino complaint.
What the licence requires
Bizzo Casino's licence position could not be validated against the register, and no UK Gambling Commission licence is recorded for it, so GamStop and the UK dispute-resolution framework do not apply. Read more on how Curaçao casino law works.
If you are trying to recover money
Because no licence this file could confirm now stands behind Bizzo Casino, there is no adjudicator anywhere that can order a refund, so recovery runs as a claim built on the Bizzo Casino terms as they stood when you played and on the evidence your own records support, taken forward with a regulated legal partner where they support it. Preserve your account evidence first, then see how gambling-loss recovery works, the evidence you need to recover losses, and how to escalate a casino complaint.
Search the Curaçao enforcement register for Bizzo Casino first, because a published action against the licence is a fact your complaint can cite.
Two guides carry the detail for a Curaçao brand like Bizzo Casino. Getting your money back from a Curaçao casino sets out the complaint order and what the regulator can realistically do about Bizzo Casino. Where you had self-excluded with Bizzo Casino and it kept taking deposits, read what a failed self-exclusion is worth. The free complaint route finder maps the order for you.
If the amount is large
Start with the deadline, because on a large Bizzo Casino withdrawal it is the most useful thing to know. The Curaçao anti-money-laundering regulations of January 2025 give Bizzo Casino 30 days from the moment your transactions reach NAf 4,000, roughly £1,700 / $2,200, to obtain the information Bizzo Casino has asked for; if Bizzo Casino does not, it must terminate the relationship, and where no presumption of money laundering exists the funds are to be transferred to you. The Bizzo Casino threshold is cumulative, counted daily across all deposits and withdrawals since the Bizzo Casino account was opened, and where it is crossed because you want to withdraw the regulations call for the Bizzo Casino account to be frozen completely in the meantime. Enhanced due diligence on higher-risk Bizzo Casino accounts is where the Bizzo Casino questions about source of funds and source of wealth come from, covering savings, employment income, property sales, dividends, inheritances and past gambling winnings. Alongside all of that, expect the softer Bizzo Casino signals: the Bizzo Casino host stops replying at the point the sum stops being routine, and withdrawal limits buried in the Bizzo Casino terms start to matter on a £50,000 / $65,000 balance in a way they never did on a £500 / $650 one. The route for a stalled Bizzo Casino account is under Where you are playing from.
Where you are playing from
The route against Bizzo Casino is set by Curaçao law, not by where you live. Start with a written complaint to Bizzo Casino: the LOK gives you six months from the incident, costs nothing, and obliges Bizzo Casino to acknowledge within a week and answer within four weeks, with one four-week extension allowed to Bizzo Casino. Unresolved, the LOK requires a licensee to offer alternative dispute resolution at its own expense and the Authority requires that body to be a CGA-certified one, on a timetable it expects to run no longer than 90 days; a licensee that has not engaged a certified provider is short of that requirement rather than outside it. Copy complaints@cga.cw: the Curaçao Gaming Authority will not decide your Bizzo Casino case or award compensation, but it uses complaints to police the Bizzo Casino licence. The final step against Bizzo Casino is the Curaçao court, because Article 5.5 obliges a licensee to write Curaçao law and the Curaçao courts into the gaming agreement, and the old civil-code bar on gambling claims no longer applies to claims against a licensee.
The Bizzo Casino licence could not be validated against the Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA) register, so treat the licence route as conditional on that licence existing; the domestic angles below stand either way.
If you are in the United States
For a United States player the domestic picture on Bizzo Casino is short: gambling is regulated by each state, Bizzo Casino is licensed by none of them, and the 50 state attorneys general who wrote to the Department of Justice in August 2025 described offshore platforms as operating without proper licensure and evading state regulation, which is the class Bizzo Casino falls into. Record the Bizzo Casino dispute with your state consumer protection office or attorney general, but expect no refund of the Bizzo Casino balance from that channel. Against Bizzo Casino the working route is the one attached to the Bizzo Casino licence, meaning the Curaçao route above.
If you are in the EU
Whether an EU player has a domestic claim against Bizzo Casino depends on the country. In Austria the position on an operator like Bizzo Casino is settled: the OGH in 1 Ob 229/20p held that a provider without an Austrian concession acts unlawfully, its contracts are ineffective and the player is entitled to repayment of the stake, so an Austrian Bizzo Casino player has a recognised route. In Germany the Court of Justice of the EU (Case C-440/23, 16 April 2026) confirmed that EU law does not prevent a restitution claim for stakes lost with Bizzo Casino on games prohibited in the player’s home state, though that ruling concerned Malta-licensed operators rather than Bizzo Casino and the BGH’s lead decision (I ZR 216/25, hearing 17 September 2026) is pending, so a German Bizzo Casino claim is not yet settled law. The Dutch Supreme Court ruled on 3 July 2026 that contracts with an unlicensed operator such as Bizzo Casino are not automatically void, so a Dutch Bizzo Casino player has no automatic refund, only a possible claim against Bizzo Casino for mistake or in tort. For every other EU country the sourced route against Bizzo Casino is the Curaçao route above, the one attached to the Bizzo Casino licence.
If you are in Canada or Australia
Neither country offers a refund route against Bizzo Casino. Canada: Ontario is the only province with a regulated private market, and its regulator and conduct body, the AGCO and iGaming Ontario, both say they cannot refund wagers or award compensation and deal only with Ontario-registered sites, not with Bizzo Casino; the other provinces run monopolies and we have found no domestic route against Bizzo Casino. Australia: the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 makes online casinos illegal to offer, ACMA takes complaints about breaches, and ACMA itself says Australian regulators cannot help if the provider withholds your Bizzo Casino winnings and points you to the licensing authority abroad. Against Bizzo Casino that is the Curaçao route above.
If you are in the UK
In Great Britain any operator serving consumers needs a Gambling Commission operating licence regardless of where it is based, and Bizzo Casino does not hold one, so nothing in that framework binds Bizzo Casino. The consequences for a Bizzo Casino player are practical: GAMSTOP only covers GB-licensed operators, so a self-exclusion did not block Bizzo Casino; the ADR duty in the Commission’s licence conditions binds Commission licensees only, which does not include Bizzo Casino, and IBAS adjudicates only against operators registered with it, so no UK adjudicator can hear a Bizzo Casino dispute; and the Commission itself says it has no power to resolve individual complaints or recover money from Bizzo Casino, though it takes reports of unlicensed sites at intelligencereports@gamblingcommission.gov.uk. The route that does reach Bizzo Casino is the Curaçao route above, the one attached to the Bizzo Casino licence.

Common questions about Bizzo Casino
Can I get my money back from Bizzo Casino?
Possibly. No licence this file could confirm now stands behind Bizzo Casino, so there is no regulator or adjudicator anywhere that can order a refund. Recovery instead works through the Bizzo Casino terms as they stood when you played, the evidence your payment history supports, and where appropriate a regulated legal partner. The right route depends on your evidence, and our initial assessment is free and confidential.
Who operates Bizzo Casino, and is it licensed?
Not established: bizzo.us.com names no operating company anywhere on its own pages, only the regulator label 'Curacao eGaming' and a founding year of 2012; a third-party review site (AskGamblers, read 6 September 2026) separately names an entity, TechSolutions Group N.V., that does not appear anywhere on the operator's own site and is not confirmed by it. Bizzo Casino's licence position could not be validated against the register check recorded on this file. It is recorded as listed under Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA). The brand has operated since 2012. This licence sits outside GamStop, so a GamStop self-exclusion does not block accounts held under it.
Does Bizzo Casino accept UK players?
Bizzo Casino's position on UK players is not clear-cut. The terms at bizzo.us.com/terms/ were read in full on 6 September 2026 and contain no restricted-territories or player-eligibility clause of any kind; the home page's accepted-currencies table lists GBP alongside EUR, USD and CAD, and the terms set governing law as Ireland with disputes decided exclusively by Irish courts. Not UKGC-licensed, so no GamStop coverage and no UK dispute route. Whichever applies, the licence in force when you played is what shapes the routes open to you.
Is there anything documented on file about Bizzo Casino?
Our research found no substantiated public regulator or court action against Bizzo Casino. This file reflects licence and status records only, and is not a suggestion of wrongdoing.
What should I do if Bizzo Casino will not pay out or has frozen my account?
Preserve the evidence first: screenshot your balance, the stuck withdrawal, chat transcripts and emails, and save the terms as they read today. Then make one formal written complaint and escalate to the right authority or a regulated legal partner. Avoid closing the account or accepting a partial settlement before you have taken advice.
Will Bizzo Casino know I contacted Clinton & Co?
No. Nothing is sent to any operator without your written consent. The first an operator hears of your case is a formal complaint you have approved.
Is Bizzo Casino holding your money?
The sooner the evidence is preserved, the stronger the file. Our initial assessment is free and strictly confidential.
